This property was perfect for us! It was comfortable, yet felt luxurious. The lanai of this particular unit was cool all throughout the day, without direct sun hitting it. The view was beautiful as we could see the lay out of the pool as well as the ocean. We are beyond thankful to have chosen this property!

This place was perfect for our family! The fridge and pantry were well stocked, the pack n play and high chair were in great shape, and the whole place looked just like the photos. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before and love the resort and everything within walking distance. This is a great unit, would rent again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was perfect for our family of four to enjoy the last leg of our Hawaiian vacation. The condo itself was even more lovely than the listing photos, and the overall property and amenities were just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spectacular “home base” while enjoying Oahu.

I stayed here with my spouse and in-laws and we had a fantastic time! The space was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were able to snorkel in the lagoon associated with the resort and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. The view from the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed viewing sunsets from the beach! The location also worked well for checking out other spots on Oahu (North Shore, Pearl Harbor, etc.). Worth noting that there’s not a lot of touristy things that we could see directly outside of the resort area.

We were suppose to have a host greet and meet us that didnt happen, so our family of 5 were scrambling around the place trying to figure out where to park , where and how to get all our stuff up to our room. Parking spot didnt fit our vehicle , assigned an economy when told them our vehicle was a van. The Dinning room chairs were left dirty from the previous renters , left us feeling what else was dirty. maintenance came day 2 of our vacation to fix the AC unit in back bedroom. Management company did satisfy the janitors to clean chairs and maintenance to come replace AC unit in back bedroom in a decent time frame. We will be avoiding the Management company for future rentals. Two other groups of family were with us who received stellar treatment from their room rentals made our party feel low. The room overall was nice, and the resort is well kept up.

My family of 14 stayed for 3 weeks at the KoOlina Beach Villas. The property is amazing with everything we needed. I rented 2 units from property manager Denice Kolodny. I rented a 2 bd, 2 bath (this one) and a 3bd, 3ba. The 2 bedroom was very clean and perfect for our family. The 3 bd was also very clean however, the couch was significantly stained, the master bedroom TV had to be replaced during our stay and the Master bedroom carpet was very dirty. We also had very stained hand and bath towels and no washcloths for bathroom use. We ended up purchasing some at Costco and taking the majority of them home. Also, the booking and payment process was aweful. My payments were not adequetely reflected and VRBO site did not reflect the actual dates I was staying. On top of this it has been almost 2 weeks since we checked out of our Units, and we did not get our deposit back and no explanation. The property manager had indicated we would get our deposit back in a few days. I guess something must have been wrong or that or that taking security deposits with no explanation is a practice of this property manager/owners? This is probably another example of unprofessional communication and is consistent with the negative booking experience. Both of these units were very well stocked with everything needed for the family to enjoy the property, the beaches, and the holidays. I would not rent this property again simply because of the booking, payment and communication around deposit. I can only attribute this to poor property management. We left the units cleaner than we found them and have been rated as 5 star renters at this property in the past so not sure why our deposits were not returned? It's tough to complain about paradise but we did stay a long time and the lack of communication around the deposits are maddening!

The kids weren’t happy with the inability to throw a ball or have a place to jump in. It was a beautiful view and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. It was very quiet inside. I wish there was a restaurant or grill for people to order food because the food at the bar was below standard. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would come back.

My sister in law, myself and a niece stayed in the condo in February 2021. We needed a get away and we’re not disappointed at all. So much for the beach was provided. We loved that. Very clean. Well stocked. Kitchen. Loved the balcony. We were out every morning and evening. The sunsets were incredible. The resorts pool were extremely fun. We had a problem with the air and was fixed. Timely. Perfect place for us!

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. There was everything there that you could need and then some. It was clean and beautiful. My only complaint was the parking spot, it was so tiny, we only had a Jeep Wrangler and barely fit, however when the car in the next spot parked we couldn’t even get in the car, there was no way to even repark. The front dest gave me a spot outside but someone was parked in it, so I had to go back again and get another outside spot. Apart from parking it was wonderful! We would hands down stay here again.

this condo lived up to the photos and everything is just as described. this is a beautiful resort that I would highly recommend. It is on a very quiet part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. the condo has all of the beach toys that you need including snorkeling gear. Denice is very easy to work with and quickly answers any issues you might have. The only down fall is the parking space. When is says compact it means compact. We rented a Ford Edge and it was a tight squeeze.

Ko Olina is the place to be if you are looking for a chill Hawaiian beach vacation, and the Beach Villas are the perfect spot. Awesome unit with a great lanai with ocean views. There is a "quiet pool" for "adults" and a separate family pool with a kids depth wading pool, and two hot tubs. Just outside of the pool area there is one of the amazing ocean coves for swimming with the family. The beach here was awesome! The unit had all the beach needs available to use: 4 beach chairs, 4 Boogie Boards, floaties for toddlers, pool noodles, a big igloo cooler on wheels, and tons of snorkel gear. Like I said, BEACH READY! My family and I had a wonderful 10 day stay here, and wanted to stay longer. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We rented this unit for Christmas and it did not disappoint. Excellent condo with ocean view. Directly next door to Disney Aulani and across the street from restaurants and coffee shops. Great layout. Kitchen has everything you'll need. Would absolutely rent this condo again. Wonderful, professional property manager and easy check-in process complete with greeter. Of note, I would rent a smaller car next time to fit into the compact parking spot! Condo comes with beach equipment and cooler plus pack-and-play.

If you stay it's best to have a car. Stop at Costco or Target so you can pick up things like food and toiletries. Nothing is close by. The shampoo and conditioner that are provided won't last more than a day or two tops and they do not give you more.
The coves are great. Especially if you have small kids. MIne are all older so we went to various beaches. For that you'll need the car. Some really beautiful ones north of the property.

We've been in KoOlina villas many times. Amazing location - very quite with easy access to the beach and pools. This villa is great - very clean and we had everything we need in the kitchen, lots of towels, great view and parking. Communication with owner and greeter were very easy and helpful.

We have been vacationing in the Ko’Olina area for over 10 years now and have fallen in love with this property. This is the second year we have rented Denice’s villa and we had another wonderful vacation. Working with Denice was a pleasure. Denice was quick to respond to all of our questions and our security deposit was quickly refunded after checkout. The villa is perfect for our family of four and the pictures accurately represent the space. The view is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. In addition, the villa has beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. We absolutely love the location and the property in general. The staff at the Beach Villas is extremely friendly and helpful and the grounds are always well maintained! We are already counting down the days to our return. My family of four stayed at Denice's property and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for our two little kids to run around and they loved going to the pool each day. The beach was also great because it didn't have huge waves, which is great for little kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. As previous reviewers mentioned, the assigned parking space in the garage is small. We rented an SUV, and had no issues parking due to the spaces next to us not being utilized during most of our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again!

Condo was spacious, master bedroom a good size, 2nd bedroom too small for 2 grown adults. Check out time is 10:00am, my flight was in the evening. I did request for a late check out, but was told room was booked. The cleaning lady (with her baby ??) showed up right at 10:00am to make sure we were out.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation! All 6 of us fit very comfortably and the condo was gorgeous. Our favorite place to sit was on the patio overlooking the pools and ocean. Pure bliss!! The pools and beach were never crowded and we practically had our own private elevator. We stayed here for our wedding in Ko Olina and we were so happy to have some of the room photographed while we were getting ready for our wedding! It is a beautiful place and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and Denise was very wonderful! We spent every morning on the lanai with the beautiful view. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

The condo resort is just as pictured with high end amenities. Comfy beds, couch and outdoor lanai chairs. (no mosquitos) The grounds were beautifully designed and well kept. The pools and hot tubs had long chairs available for ultimate comfort. The pool bar had a singer entertain a few nights per week. The walk to the clear lagoon was not far at all and the sunsets were memorable. KoOlina is easy to find and conveniently located to get to other beaches and adventures on the Island. We took a snorkel cruise from Koolina marina to see dolphins swim and snorkel. Walked over to enjoy meals, shaved ice and shop at the abc store located the corner mini mall. Parasailed at Diamond Head with H2O sports and surfed with Buttons.

We stayed at Denise's 2 BR, 2 bath Ko’Olina Beach Villa with our 3 young adult daughters and had a relaxing and wonderful experience. As we stepped foot into the room, we were greeted with a clean scent and neat surroundings. The furnishings were well kept and extremely tidy. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on away from home. Our daughters said the couch was comfortable to sleep on too. It would have been nice to have an extra set of sheets to use for the couch though. We only found a (clean) comforter to use for it. The view from the Lanai of the well maintained grounds, clean pools, and peaceful ocean are truly lovely. The lanai is shaded so you don't get direct hot sun. If you want direct sun, the lanai off the master bedroom has the warm morning sunshine. The best of both worlds. The Koi pond is beautiful, something you have to see in person to really appreciate. Supplied are nice thick beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear as well as beach chairs in the condo for you to use. High end appliances, great. Walk over to visit Aulani. You can get there by the beach walkway or the roadside. It only takes about 5 minutes. Costco, Safeway, Zippy's, a 10 minute drive. Having the Tiki bar on the property was also great. Derek, the evening bartender was really friendly to us as well as to the kids, making them creative non-alcoholic drinks. And, he can sing! The only negative aspect of the Villas are the tight parking spaces in the parking garage. Security made sure we knew they are very particular about your car not touching the lines, a challenge when you have a van. Other than that, this Beach Villa is beautiful! So much better than over crowded Waikiki. Not sure if it was the time of year that we came to visit, but there were not many residents here. Lagoon 2 is right in front of the Villas, and it was like our own private beach. While we were there, there were not more than 10-16 groups of (mostly) 2-4 people on the beach at time. It allowed us to enjoy a relaxing vacation filled with memories that will last our Ohana a lifetime. Yes, stay here. I would definitely return, and highly recommend staying here in this Ko’Olina Beach Villa to anyone! Mahalo Denise for allowing us to share your slice of paradise!

We loved our stay here. We have two little boys and Denise was very accomodating when we requested an early check-in if it were available. The condo was very clean, well equipped. Our boys loved the lanai and the pools. The beach is perfect for little ones. The premises were kept very clean and always had staff overseeing activities in the quiet/family pools etc. The only thing missing in the complex is a full restaurant for those last minute dinner plans as the surrounding area does get a little busy thanks to Aulani next door. But that doesn't take away the peace and quiet you do get within the premises. We will definitely recommend the condo and the location to whomever is thinking about visiting the island and staying in the Ko Olina area.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it totally became our home away from home the one week we were there. It was clean and spacious, with everything you need to make meals for the family (so close to Target, Costco, and Foodland - for Poke madness!). The bed in our master bedroom is heavenly, and the bathroom was awesome! It was the perfect vacation home for us and our baby girl. =) Our villa had a portable crib, high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel equipment, boogie board, omg everything you'll need for the beach essentially!) Washer/dryer was very helpful. Owner Denice was very responsive to my questions via texts, and accommodating to our requests. It's within a 15-20 minute walk to Disney's Aulani (super busy and crowded, which made me appreciate the peace and quiet we had at our villa/pool/lagoon), where we had lunch one day, yum! Four lagoons to choose from to spend your day laying on the beach, nice lap pool, shallow pool, and even a man-made beach area for little kids! A 30-min drive to the Honolulu Airport, and 45-min drive to Honolulu on the H1 without traffic, and a 40-min drive to the North Shore. Location was perfect for us. At the end of our 7-night stay, I seriously did not want to leave this place.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfect for a family of four. We were a family of six and the oversized couch was a little tight for two teens. The condo itself was beautiful and clean! The amenities and laundry in condo was key! The views were amazing! The beach villas were gorgeous! The lagoon and pools perfect! Beach bar awesome! This complex was very quite and work out facility great..also we were all able to take morning runs on the paved path connecting resorts. Only thing that was a nucience was the parking spots very small and you are not allowed to touch the lines or you get a violation. Other than that all was wonderful'

Denice and Drew's beach villa exceeds beyond our expectation. The inside of the property was immaculately clean while the outside areas were very well kept. Everything in this villa defines high end yet very pleasant for a family of 5 with young kids. The beds were comfortable and so was the over sized couch in the main living room. Since we didn't travel with a big group this time, I wanted a more secure place to stay and this residence met my expectation. To get through to the parking lot, to activate the elevators, to get in through the gates from the lagoons, and of course to get in the actual property, one must have the card key. I thought this was such a thorough way of keeping the place secured.
There were days when we just sat at the balcony, stared at the horizon and just marveled at the beautiful and serene surrounding as we listened to the birds and the calming sounds of the water from the multiple ponds. Strolling on the paths near the lagoons and watching the beautiful sunset was definitely our most favorite activity at the end of the day. By the way, the lagoon for this property is definitely the best compared to the other lagoons (tested and approved)!
My family and I will forever cherish the wonderful time we had at this beach villa. We are so glad to have found this place and to have Denice and Drew as our hosts. They were so gracious and thoughtful and it definitely made our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to come back!
