4 stayed. Ok, but best suit would be a couple. Parking pass a really nice touch. Shower needs upgrading to match rest of condo. Queen bed excellent. Came with great accessories for the beach. Pull out couch is adequate. Needs more blankets to use the option of extra floor mat. No dishwasher is fine, but it would be nice to have sink plugs for kitchen to do dishes properly. An easy fix.

Nice place. Nice people. The place is a little dated but fine for the price range. Tons of stuff in walking distance. Seems safe. Traffic is a little heavy at times. Overall a very good experience.

The unit was very comfortable for the three of us sisters. We loved the fact that it was close to the elevators! Everything was clean and in good repair. The info book could use a little updating; remove all the references to keys and maybe a few more restaurant options, those with delivery (for those checking in late). And I would recommend leaving the fitted sheet off of the hide-a-bed; we were a little hesitant not knowing if it had been used previously, since it was already in place.

This is a great location. Easy to get to the beach and lots of good food and coffee places. We had 2 teenage boys who used the hideabed. It wasn’t the most comfortable for them. They did leave a roll out mat that we put under the mattress which helped a little. Other than that we had a great stay. All the kitchen items you could need!

Overall not a bad choice. The location is outstanding if staying near Waikiki is the goal. The apartment is of decent size. Communication with the host was fast and fine. Negatives - dirty kitchenware (no dishwasher in the unit), not the cleanest place, pretty rundown building.

The place was nice. Way smaller then I thought and there was some issues. The sliding glass door was broken and when I went to go open it for the first time the whole door almost landed on me which is super scary cause it’s rally heavy. We rented this place for our wedding week and it just wasn’t as nice as the pictures let on. My mother in law stayed with us on night and the pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The bathroom is VERY small like VERY small. But it was clean and it did what it needed to do. Just wish I would have booked a little bit better place for my wedding.
The person who owns it was very responsive and had no issues there. Check in was easy they even had it ready for us early and it came with parking which is amazing because that’s very rare right now for Waikiki. For a regular vacation it is nice just definitely on the smaller side.

Condo was as described with great view. Property manger was not honest / rude. I asked a few days before we arrived if there was anyway we could check in before 3 as our flight arrived before noon. Mark said check in is not until 3 and he would let me know if it was ready before that. I thanked him and got no response back. We arrived at the condo at 2 so I asked Mark if maybe the the room was ready or if we could get our parking pass. He said no check in is not until after 3. No problem just thought I would try. We order groceries and they were going to be delivered between 3 and 5. In case they were delivered early we decided to go up to our room and wait in the hallway at 2:30. At 3:05 still no word from Mark so we decided to try our door. No problem the room was clean and ready for us and had been since at least 2:30. We would have been happy to pay extra to get in the room a little early. Marks communication was very poor and he lied to us. Would not recommend Mark but would recommend the Condo. Other family members were staying here in another condo and got in there room before 1:30 and said there properly manager was awesome and happy to let them in early.

The property was clean and well equipped, however bathroom could do with a refurb safe and secure included parking on site. Adequate pool and BBQ area on lower level. Short distance from the beach and shops .

Great place to stay with a full kitchen. Had all the appliances needed to make us feel right at home. The complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch as well. The location was exceptional.

Clean property, close to many restaurants and stores. The beach is a few short blocks away which was amazing but packed when we were there (July). The only downside is there was no real coffee pot, but a single serve keurig (k cups were provided which was amazing!) but we still prefer a full coffee pot!

Clean, cute unit with great view and close walking proximity to gorgeous beaches, restaurants, things to do. Good pool area. Super easy check in. Bed/pull out were not the comfiest but fine. Had most amenities but access directly to beach chairs in room should be standard but we’re provided when they became available. Wonderful balcony and view of ocean to wake up and drink your morning coffee to. Easy access to property manager if required . Was a great stay, Thankyou for having us.

Property owners are great to work with, price was fair, location was excellent and the accommodations meet every need. We came to explore the island not stay in a room. We don’t need a perfect view or high end amenities. The condo had a nice view regardless and all the amenities where more than enough to be comfortable for our stay away from home. This rental will not disappoint if you are looking for something affordable/ practical and clean. From here you have Waikiki beach and all of Honolulu right out the door! You can walk to the strip/ beach: parks and the Zoo. Like 1 block at most!!

Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach.
Ensure you arrange to check in correctly as we waited a fair bit of time before we could get into our room. Someone was supposed to meet us on site but this never occurred and hours later I received an email saying they’d automatically programmed the auto lock to allow us access.
Mark responded/communicated quickly to my questions.

Our stay was wonderful, thank you for accommodating us.
The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and balcony has a nice view of the beach.
The only feedback we wish to provide is that the air conditioning unit leaks all over the balcony while it’s on, this creates a pool of water that we had to drain daily.
The check in process was also a little slower than we are used to. The guest host didn’t touch base with us until after 3:30pm so we found that process a little disjointed and frustrating.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

the apartment was pleasant. The floor was quiet. The neighborhood was close to a lot of good restaurants and the beach. The view was spectacular.
The kitchen had a big refrigerator and stove top so we could save a little money making our own breakfast and lunch, then go out for dinner.
The only thing that was less than perfect was that we could not figure out how to work the TV. The sign said that the building had 100+ channels in every room. But when we stayed there we came back home very late at night and did not want to call the property managers to ask them how to work the remote control. We even had a 14-year old who couldn't figure it out. It wasnt a big deal because the place was so great. But if they could do anything better, It would be to tell the guests how to work the cable TV.
We would definitely stay there again and hopefully we will.

Property was even nicer than the pictures. Location was very convenient with easy access to the beach and walkable to all of Waikiki. Very safe area, I felt comfortable running from the room to Diamond Head. Sofa bed was very comfortable and no issue for two adults to use.
One of the most impressive things was the communication with the Management team. Mark and his group were always prompt in responding to any emails. We also had multiple flight cancellations and delays in our arriving flights. They stayed in constant contact with us and met us promptly when we arrived at the condo hours after our planned arrival. Gave us the parking pass, showed us all the functions of the room and parking garage. They really went above and beyond in making us welcome. We had been up for over 48 hours when we arrived and it was nice to be treated so kindly. Thank you very much!
