The villas are super quaint with a bungalow feel and well takin care of. We loved sitting out by the pool and talking to the other guests. The privacy of the fenced in and gated property was really nice and felt secure. Id definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to our next trip there.

Pros: great central neighborhood next to everything, amazing to have a unit with a kitchen, super helpful gated parking area, beach essentials included in the rental, units are generally nice and clean, price/value ratio is excellent, truly excellent management communication and vibe, laundry on site
Cons: some of the components of the units are cheap or unfinished, decent amount of road noise (earplugs worked), beds are high quality but have some significant depressions from use, families spend all day at the pool so privacy is highly dependent on the villa you get.
Overall thought this place was good value and I especially appreciated the quality and speed of management communication. I would stay here in the future - would just strategically choose the villa with the best location. Thank you!

We stayed ten nights in Villa 3 and it was wonderful! The villa is very comfortable and the whole property is beautiful. As others have noted, it can get a bit noisy given the proximity to busy South Kihei road, but it wasn't terrible. It can be a bit difficult getting in and out of Iliili road from and to South Kihei.
The cove park across the street was wonderful for sunsets and watching surfers, paddleboarders, kayakers, etc. And Charley Young beach down the street was great for swimming and snorkeling (fish, turtles, etc).
There were some things missing from the kitchen (e.g. scissors, sink stopper, etc) but we just grabbed these from Safeway.
The communal areas were great. We enjoyed the small pool and laying out around the pool. The pavilion is wonderful for hanging out in the shade or chilling with an adult beverage in the evening. The music which played all the time was nice, but the playlist was a little limited ( a lot of repeats). The sunsets were great from the pavilion and we could watch the whales while standing on the pool deck.
For most of our stay the only others staying were adults. However, in the latter part of our stay families with small kids arrived bringing a lot of noise to the small common area, but that can happen anywhere.
The washer/dryer were great. And the Rubbermaid container full of snorkeling gear was awesome.
The villas are a really nice alternatives to the all of the condo-only options available on Maui. We will be back!!!

We travelled all over Maui and decided that if/when we returned we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The place is perfectly located, perfectly decorated, and so well thought out. It had everything we needed for the beach, all we needed for cooking, Bluetooth radio, free yoga, and even free paddle boards and surfboards. We loved the community grill, the shower to rinse off after a day in the water, the outdoor seating area, gated parking, and because it is a smaller property, it felt like the pool was ours. Most places do not sit directly on the beach and if they do, there is grass or rocks out front, not the traditional beach I am used to on the East Coast. So I was skeptical about being “across the street” from the water. But the street is basically an alley, and is just steps from the PERFECT spot to paddle board, surf, and fish. Plus, if you want to lay on the beach, you have two great options within a block. One smaller beach and Charley Young beach which is expansive and beautiful. We have stayed at the Four Seasons and many other fine resorts, and this little gem sits right up there with them. We do not have anything but praise for this charming, well-outfitted and fresh surfer’s paradise. Kudos to the owners and managers.

Beautiful, peaceful, easy to love. Has everything you need. Get off the airplane, drive here and walk straight to Charley Young Beach. Fall asleep in your super comfy bed listening to the surf at Cove Beach Park. Walk to breakfast in the morning at Kihei Caffe. We'll be back!

Location to beach areas (K1,2and 3 as well as several others closer to Waialea) was excellent. Several varied and satisfying cafes / restaurants in the neighborhood added to our stay. Explore - you'll find them easily!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Maui Cove Park Inn #3. The location is great - within walking distance of good beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. Ralph is a manager committed to providing excellence with a smile. Maui Cove isn't a huge facility with tons of extras that you will never use and we like it that way! On-site amenities include: gated access, private parking, cable TV and FREE/RELIABLE WIFI, coin operated washer/dryer, air conditioning, beach chairs and umbrella for off-site use.

Centrally located with the beach across the street. Renovated rooms were very nice with a comfortable bed and couch. Very friendly owner! Even let us stay late since no one was booked right after us so we had somewhere to stay - our flight wasn't until 11pm. We'll stay here next time we come to Maui for sure!

I will be coming back for all my future visits to Maui. I have stayed at all levels of accommodations and this was my most favorite. I came to Maui to run the Maui Marathon and was looking for something close to the beach and with less people so I could focus on my upcoming race and relax. Maui Cove Park Inn is private, cozy, relaxing and steps away from some breathtaking beaches. Ralph made sure we had everything we needed and even took the time to cut down some fresh guava from the trees for us to eat and take us on a little tour of the nearby beach. He was full of knowledgeable information and had great ideas for exploring the island. The villa is equipped with everything you need. If you’re looking for pure and simple relaxation with steps away to views that take your breath away, this is your place! If you want to sit by a pool all day and ignore the natural beauty Maui has to offer, this is not your place and neither is Maui. I snorkeled every day only steps away from the Villa and enjoyed conversation with the friendly locals and neighbors. This truly is a secret little gem.

This stay at Maui Cove Park Inn was unbelievable. We enjoyed our week there so much.
Ralph prepared everything for a late arrival and it worked perfectly. He welcomed us at the next morning and took some time to show us around and give us travel recommendations.
The Bigalow is so comfortable that we wanted to stay there forever. You hit everything yoy need and he even provides you with two beach chairs, a body board, a beach umbrella and snorkeling gear.
The property is clean and beautiful. The beach and also some good beginners waves for surfers are just a few steps away.
We enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles every morning. There is a guarantee to see some of them at the rocks on the beach. Just amazing!
We highly recommend this place to everybody and we will come back again.
Big thanks to Ralph for the mangos and the guavas. We enjoyed them.

We had a great time staying in Kihei at this cottage. The property is located right across a small cove across a tiny road. There were beautiful beaches nearby. The grounds were very well kept, and we had 3-4 mangoes from the tree right outside the cottage. The room is a studio with all you could want from a rental unit. Beach gear was provided, and kitchenette was adequate to cook breakfast every morning. Laundry was a bonus. 5 stars for amenities. We had dirty feet from walking around the room but hey, it's a beach town! We stayed in one of the back cottages and heard the traffic a little, but it wasn't bad. Very convenient location, and not so touristy as I was expecting; it was pretty secluded. Restaurants and shopping nearby, and close to the hwys. Ralph was very accommodating and gave us good ideas for our trip. Will stay here again for sure!

My husband and I planned a trip to Maui for our second wedding anniversary. We booked villa #3 and did not know what to expect as, we have never been to Maui before. We stayed 7 nights 8 days, we could have stayed forever! Let me just say we were blown away!! The villa is beautiful. So cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean! Pictures do not do this place justice. It is perfectly located next to all the beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants! We ate dinner in Kihei every day! Ralph, the host was very helpful. Every day he gave us freshly grown mangos and guavas grown on the property. There is a book called Maui reveled in the villa, put it in your rental car and take it every where you go! This will be your bible while you are in Maui. Ralph helped us navigate the book in the beginning. The sunset at park cove beach cannot be missed it is the most beautiful sunset. Lastly, you must check out ulua beach.
Ralph suggested we go there and we loved it! It was our favorite beach on the island! We have re commanded Ralph's properties to all of our friends and families! At some point we would like to come back to Maui and stay in villa #3. Thank you Ralph

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in Villa#3. This place is just steps to an awesome beach with beautiful views. Ralph was great. He made it a point to meet us and was so helpful in getting around. We came to Hawaii for a good friend's wedding on Molokai which my husband was the photographer. We must have been in a rush leaving that my morning because my husband actually left the batteries for his camera. Ralph was nice enough to drop them off at the airport and save the day. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back in the future!
