This property was as described. It was very quiet, comfortable and just what we all needed! The only thing I would have liked was a beach umbrella and beach towels. Towels and umbrella we could take off property to the other beaches. Everything else such as snorkeling gear we rented. We bought beach towels and took them home.
We used the coolers and had picnic lunches. We requested extra pillows and they were dropped off which was amazing! We had 8 adults staying and the condo was big enough for all of us. We loved the rooster which we named Charlie and he would greet us each morning. The sunrises from the beach front of the resort were amazing and a great way for us girls to connect first thing in the morning. We will definitely be back! Thanks for allowing us to rent this property!

This was a last minute find for us that turned out wonderful! The rooms are fantastic, pool is amazing, and beds comfy.
It has a large 2 person soaking bath, another deep single soaking bath, multiple beds. Everything was super clean and comfy. The only weird thing was the bathroom lights were on a timer, and we never figured out how to prevent them from turning off during our baths (but hey, extra mood lighting right?).
Would 100% stay again (especially for the perfect price!). Thank you for hosting our family!

The resort had all the amenities you would need to have a fun, fulfilled trip. The rooms were fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom accessories, the sub-zero refrigerated was unexpected and very nice. In door washer and dryer made is so I could pack less and take more home! A true 5-star experience from Kaua'i Calls.

We were a family of six adults staying for three nights in early April, 2023. The booking process was very efficient prior to arrival. Once there, we quickly installed ourselves and luggage via the key code that had been provided. The apartment was exactly as promised; clean, well furnished, and the kitchen had all the appliances one could ask for. The facilities of the resort are superb with an amazing and giant pool, BBQ pits and jacuzzi. At the end of a property, near the beach walk on the premises was a really nice and cozy "Margaritaville" type Bar and Restaurant. We enjoyed a few happy-hour cocktails there in great atmosphere. The location is also very good for day-trips. Safeway and Starbucks is across the street, Costco 20 minutes by car, and the airport about 15 minutes away. Adventure Hawaii, with the fabulous half-day Secret Falls Wailua River tour, ten minutes away.
Overall, an outstanding stay for us and we can highly recommend this property for futures guests.

We rented this unit for a family getaway and the condo did not disappoint. Well stocked in the kitchen and well stocked for fun in the sun with beach chairs etc. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and we enjoyed the morning sun rises over the ocean from the beach attached to the resort and the pool and hot tub were great for us the kids! The location of this resort made it easy to travel to either sides of the island as the location is central and not to mention close to the airport, grocery stores, Coconut Market, pharmacies and restaurants.
The property manager is very responsive and let us know right away when their cleaning staff found a lost ring of our daughters. Their honesty was appreciated and they were flexible in making arrangements to meet us to pick it up.
The concierge that was included through Kauai Calls was also another bonus that we used to book tours, and a luau and because we booked with them received discounted prices and not to mention ease of booking.
We appreciated the ground location of this unit as it was east for loading in the kids and our beach bags after a long day out sightseeing and the location was great for accessing the pool and bbqs etc. The ease to and from this unit was an unexpected bonus and even though we didn’t have an “ocean view” we loved the location for our family.

The property was clean and nice. The pool and hot tubs were nice. The gym was adequate for a decent vacation workout. The proximity to the grocery store was a plus. We found we enjoyed the north part of the island best, which made for a bit of a commute each time.

Overall, this is a beautiful property, and we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and provided the basic necessities. The location was close to the airport and walkable to shops and a beach. The host provided a map of the island which proved to be very helpful! There were a few disappointments, however: (1) the listing described a lazy river, but we discovered it is really just a long and winding pool - not a loop and no inflatable devices allowed. (2) the TV in the living room did not receive a DIRECTV signal. We had to call maintenance for a repair which didn’t take place until our third day. (3) we also discovered on the third day that our dishwasher did not work, the host did not reply to my email regarding repair. (4) being a first floor unit isn’t ideal if there is someone keeping different hours above.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Resort. The unit was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to make our visit perfect. We particularly appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards provided in the unit. The communication with the Kauai Calls team was excellent. The complimentary concierge service recommended by Candace was also very responsive and managed to book a Luau and a boat tour of the Na Pali coast for us at the last minute. It was surprising how quickly all of them responded to our emails. The pool at the resort was so much fun for our family after our days of exploring the island. Thank you Kauai Calls for giving us the experience of a lifetime!

All of us loved the location of this property. This was our 4th time to this island and our kids and grandkids first time. So convenient to shopping and central to explore the island. Needless to say the kids loved the pool and slides. Pool could get busy but always could find somewhere to sit. The little ones enjoyed the koi feeding on Thursday and Sundays. We hope to return again.

Condo was perfect. It was spacious for a family of 8. The beach is literally located behind the condo. A perfect location to catch the sunset. The condo is conveniently located across the street from, Safeway, Starbucks, subway, Panda Express, Ross and a variety of other stores. I’d definitely recommend this rental.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed waking up every morning and walking to the beach to view the sunrise. It was great that this property was so close to the beach and had a great pool. The staff keep the resort very clean and everyone was super nice. At the last minute we asked to have a later checkout but they had something already booked for our room but they were nice enough to give us the pool code so that we could hang out at the pool to kill some time before our flight. This location is very convenient; walking distance to restaurants and groceries! Thanks for letting us stay!

Just what we needed for my husband and I and two adult sons to stay together since the second bedroom has two beds and it’s own en-suite bathroom. Great location and a beautiful pool area that is good for families of all ages. The beach is very nice and we were lucky enough to see a monk seal sleeping in the sand one morning! The unit was clean and the kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and there is a nice stacked washer and dryer.
We liked the convenient location of this unit on the first floor and the privacy of the patio garden area.
We also appreciated that there were two coolers we could use to take food and beverages on our day trips.

The property was heavenly!! Candice is a GEM, in every single regard. She owns Kauai Calls, and she is the loveliest person on earth! The place itself was fabulously designed, with easy access, very very comfortable, beautiful art and fabrics, lovely functional easy kitchen, and an amazingly incredible pool situation, which we did not expect. our teens were in heaven!

The condo was perfectly clean, not 1 bug sighted the entire time we were there. Stocked with everything you need and more. Right across the street from Safeway, Subway and Panda. Pools are wonderful and beach is good for walking or playing but not for swimming. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this unit for 3 weeks in Decembe 2012 with my family including one young child and an infant. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The unit is HUGE, well appointed, well kept and up-to-date. It was well stocked with basics like garbage bags, soap, dish soap, etc. The unit also has beach toys, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, a high chair and a play pen which saved us from packing or having to buy all of this stuff. The kitchen is great with a huge fridge and stove. Also, this unit has three spacious bathrooms. Each bedroom as well as the living room has a walkout to the patio/lawn. Being a ground floor unit meant that I had a lawn for my child to play on and didn't need to take the elevator or stairs.
This unit is perfect for a family of four since the second bedroom has two beds and an ensuite bathroom. As well, the unit has a full size washing machine and dryer.
This unit also has air conditioning which I noticed during my research on where to stay in Kauai that many hotels/condos do not have.
The resort pool and water slides were great. When we didn't feel like exploring the island we could spend time enjoying the water slides, lazy river, pool, children's pool with a built in beach and sandy bottom and the hot tubs with sand bottom.
The beach was great and you can swim in some spots, but truly great beaches are a short drive away and the island is full of beaches you'll want to explore.
The fish pool and twice a week feedings that the kids can participate in are a great touch.
There are also communal BBQs that can be used for when you want to stay in for lunch or dinner.
There are two grocery stores across the street from the resort (Safeway & Foodland) and Costo and Walmart are about a 15 minute drive away.
The resort location is great because it's located in the middle of the island (not geographically, but driving distance). This makes it easy to explore the west, south and north shores of the island without facing a long drive.
I would highly recommend this resort and especially unit E105.

This was a great place to stay in. We loved our time in this Condo and if we ever go back would stay there again. The place was very spacious we had our 4 children there and we did not feel crowded. Having a washer and dryer in the unit I could have brought half the cloths I took. It was easy to make our own meals in and the layout of the bathrooms was great. Love the big front grassy area too. The view of the mountain was pretty. We ate outside 90% of the time. This is a great resort and a great condo. The kids loved the pool and slides. Even had mom going down the slides a couple pof times. The owner and property manger are so nice and very easy to deal with. Thanks for everything. I will leave great reviews wherever I find this condo advertised. We miss Kauai already.

We had a wonderful time this January 2012 in Kauai. We stayed 14 nights at the Waipouli Beach Resort and our trip could not have gone any better. The accomodations we spectacular and the customer service was over and beyond. The home was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, layout of the condo was perfect, and the resort's grounds were immaculate. We had two families staying in the condo and had plenty of room. The children still say their favorite part of Kauai was the sand bottom hot tub at the resort. My daughter said she'd like to move there, but just wanted to fly home to get her toys first! I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I also should mention I think we were in the best location on the island. We not only had fantastic weather on the Eastern shore but it was easy to get to the North, South, and West shores from our location. Plus, there is a grocery store directly across the street! I'm not sure how we will top this trip!

We had an incredible stay at Waipouli E105. It was myself, my husband and our 5 year old son and we felt like we were living in a palace! We are used to all sharing a small hotel room so staying in a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo felt very luxurious. The condo is clean, updated and quiet. We ate many a meal on the back lanai and enjoyed views of the Sleeping Giant (Kauai's beautiful mountains) and puffy white clouds over head. It is about a 1 minute walk to the pool and a 5 minute walk across the street to many stores and restaurants. We really liked that it is on the first floor so we could walk right out our door to many adventures. Another thing I really appreciated were the laundry machines which are located right in the condo. I don't like to pack a ton of clothes so having a washer and dryer is really convenient. We also liked the location of the resort...half way between the North Shore and Poipu. It was just perfect. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I would move in if I could!!

We just returned from a ten-day stay in this unit and it was a great trip. This is our second stay at Waipouli Beach Resort and we highly recommend this location, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed having a ground-floor unit this time for space to play and eat outside. Our only complaint about this particular unit was the lack of adequate kitchen supplies. There were no sharp knives, not enough of each type of utensil, and only one pot with a matching lid! We met friends while there and their unit was much better stocked in terms of dishes (versatility and number of items) but not as good a location. Overall, we had a great stay and this unit met the needs of a family of five quite well.
