The room itself and location was great. However the entire recreation deck with all of the properties amenities was closed. This was not communicated to us prior to arrival. That piece of information would have changed our booking for sure.

Enjoyed the condo though smaller than we thought it would be. Kitchen was reasonably stovked but no dishes to cook in the oven with. No dishwasher either but was.close walkbto the beach.

The condo was as pictured and described. We didn’t spend much time in the condo aside from sleeping because we spent our time out and about, but it was the right price for what we needed and a clean comfortable space. We didn’t necessarily love the location in Waikiki and the parking was awful, but for only staying two nights it wasn’t terrible.

Location is fantastic! Close to everything- beautiful beach, shops, and all the restaurants. Check in process was super easy. No issues with elevators. The pool was nice, too! We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at this condo on the 37th floor (top floor). Great views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Easy access to all the shopping in Waikiki. Short walk to the beach. Management was very responsive to everything. The free parking was a huge perk. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Very nice flat. Great view, well maintained and clean. It’s on the top floor (37th) which means great view, but elevator can take a while… especially during busy periods. Fix or upgrade the AC (which was a bit noisy) and it’s perfect. Thanks!

We needed a place big enough for 3 adults and 1 infant and the space was more than enough. Checking in and out was super easy and we loved the location. All of the restaurants, shopping and beaches were within walking distance. I would recommend this place for anyone with more than 2 people!

First time renting through Vrbo and it was such an easy, accommodating, stress free experience! My family and I enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was a breeze! Having the parking pass available saved so much time! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We dined in majority of our stay! The view was amazing from the room and balcony! Location was ideal, just on the outskirts of Waiks! Less traffic being a block away from Kapahulu Ave so if ya need to get outta town quick, H1 is right there. Just a few minutes walk to the beach too. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit! Thank you!

This turned out to be an ideal location for us. We walked all over, but also had easy access to the highway to get to the north shore and all over the island. The condo was clean, check in was easy and the view from the top floor can't be beat. We didn't have any trouble waiting for the elevator. Great place to stay, with everything you need.

Amazing experience! We had a great stay. I was a little concerned by previous reviews mentioning the bedroom being warm, but we used the fan provided in the unit and had no issues. We loved having the free parking, and the location was perfect. I can’t say enough about the staff. I had to coordinate a few things with the host company before arrival and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

This is our second time that we’ve stayed here because we already knew the place would be exactly what we needed for my husband’s fragile recovery after his surgery. We spent a lot of time in there because his after-care required limited mobility. (we had to evacuate the night of his surgery at 10:00. Someone around the twentieth floor had burned food which set off the hall alarms. The announcement over the loudspeaker said to use the stairwell only, no elevators, so you can only imagine being up at the very top floor). All is well that ends well and everyone was safe is the main takeaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was within 5 minutes of Waikiki Beach. Everything we needed was at the condo. The beach chairs and towels were very useful. Having a kitchen was wonderful. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
I would recommend a non-slip mat in the bathtub. It was very slippery.

Although the neighborhood was too touristy for me, the room was perfect. Incredible views, clean and big. Me and my 2 friends were very comfortable the whole time. The parking spot was much appreciated and led us to renting a car the whole time we were there. Would recommend for a party of 2-3.

Stayed here to be within walking distance to Queen’s Beach for a beach volleyball tourney. Worked perfectly! Cooked breakfast in the am then walked down to the beach. Location is near everything…restaurants, shopping, beach. Super clean condo and check in was a breeze! Will look to stay here again on our next trip to Waikiki!

We rounded out our trip to Hawaii with our final two night stay in this beautiful condo at the Waikiki Banyan. The location is everything you could imagine with all types of food and stores and the beach within easy walking distance. The condo itself was clean and well taken care of. The communication was great and I would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with both the unit itself and the management company. Everything was as promised. There were 3 of us so the size of the unit was perfect. We loved the convenience of the mini mart and the coffee shop that were right next to the elevators. During our stay there was an emergency evacuation. Didn’t learn why, and by the time we got to the 9th floor they had given the all clear. But we felt the safety features of the building were good. Loud clear alarm/announcements, sprinklers in the unit, stairs clearly marked and segregated by a firewall, etc. I don’t know that we would have noticed/appreciated these safety features if it hadn’t been for the evacuation, so thought I would mention them.

Overall, we will for sure stay there again if available because it had all the basics that you needed for a comfortable stay whether a few days or few weeks. Also, there communication was so nice that I felt like if we needed anything else while we were there all we would have to do is ask and there would be no question. I really like how clean and spacious it felt because the unit wasn't filled up with a bunch of unnecessary items. After we got used to being on the top floor and using the elevator multiple times a day, we got to know the time of day where the elevator was quicker and making less stops to and fro. The location is the best. We walked everywhere. You don't really need a car, although, having a car is convenient and the best part is there is parking included with your stay! We were super happy with our experience!

The unit is clean and have beautiful views of the mountains, the sea, and the city! In the morning you can see the sunrise behind the mountain and nice view of the sea, at night, overlooking at the city lights and stars are very calming. There are alot of stores, food stalls/trucks restaurants within walking distance, and the International Marketplace mall is just 10 minute walk and the Ala Moana mall is just about 2mi away. The beach is also a short walk from the building. The staff and generally all people and residents in the building are very nice and polite. The Banyan breeze cafe on the first floor have really good breakfast and coffee choices but my favorite is the Haupia latte! There's recreation center on the 6th floor with pool, hot tubs, sauna and kids play ground. Trash chutes and coin operated laundry on every floor. And then the best of all you get FREE and SECURED PARKING!! The location is close enough to access all good parts of Waikiki but far enough from the crazy part of the main roads. Our unit was quiet, no disruptive or annoying neighbors. Love our stay, we would try to book again here if there's availability 😊
