We loved these accommodations. Right on the beach (we saw whales and rainbows daily from the lanai) and well stocked with everything we needed. While there was no AC, the ocean breeze and sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep nightly. Gas, market and great pizza nearby on days when returning late from sightseeing. Had kitchen basics like aluminum foil, sandwich bags, coffee needs, spices, paper towels, t-paper, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent. Lots of beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Thanks for being such a great host. So welcoming. We will return for sure.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was very quick with communication. The place is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It was spacious for 6 people with a kitchen fully supplied for dining in. The lanai is huge and has amazing patio furniture with beautiful views. We also enjoyed having beach chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach with us.The reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars was for a few reasons but I would still recommend staying here:1. There was an incident one night where there was a mentally unstable man (not with anyone from the condos) yelling & chasing someone around 4:30am & the following night around 5am, I heard a woman scream. It was strange but thought this was probably not the norm. Later that night, we had a discussion about this incident & safety. We didn’t realize how loud we were talking & heard a banging on our door. We were hesitant to answer the door but when we did, it was actually the property manager banging on the door telling us she was calling the police on us. Considering we didn’t have any prior issues with noise, we felt her response was out of line but gave her the benefit of doubt with having to deal with the earlier incident. We told the host about this & she assured us this was not the norm & she would speak to the property manager on it. 2. If you are a person who needs AC, keep in mind this place doesn’t have it but does supply a few fans. We did have a guest sleep on the couch on the Lanai one night because she was too hot and did not like the Murphey bed. I slept fine on the Murphey bed and did not mind the temperature.3. With no AC, you will have all the windows and doors open so you’ll have to be mindful of your voice. We did have noisy people below us but didn’t complain. *We were gone most of the time, so the construction did not affect us much. You can lightly hear it from the room but not enough for it to bother you. I did la

The place is nice. Great view. However, we booked in 2022.Between then and our reservation, we werent made aware of the construction scheduled. Had we, we would have moved our reservation. When we inquired about the construction, we were told that the owner did not want us notified. We paid close to $4000 for this rental to listen to hammer drills and pounding to the point where our walls shook.That alone is bad, but having that information withheld is absolutely dreadful. Upon emailing we were told things like, we cannot get a hold of the host, talk to the property manager and we are looking into how to compensate. They just kept saying that they were surprised it was still going on. Next thing is the property manager Lenore. We questioned her about the construction, she said she thought we were being refunded and that she's sorry but there's nothing she could do. Lenore has 2 cats running around meowing as early as 5 am. While there is no smoking in the rooms, the lady below us smoked several cigarettes per day. She shined a flashlight nightly up to rooms, and was argumentative with several other renters thru the week. Our power was out and we weren't allowed to use the pool or grills. When we asked to use her personal grill, she sneered "get in line". I pleaded to cook on the grills for my 3 kids, she told me to give them a piece of bread. During the 2 days without power and food, her and residents cooked ribs. We were luck the hotel next door let us grill there. Awful.

The unit was very clean and had a Hawaiian vibe. The views were breathtaking. The owner was very courteous and always responded to our questions promtly. The only negative about this unit, and for us it was huge. There is no air conditioning in the unit-possibly even the entire building.
We tried everything to keep the unit breezy and relaxing; however , we were unable to do so. Even with multiple fans, every window and door opened-we never could get much relief. Mid stay we had to go stay at another property just to have air conditioning for one evening. I only say all of this b/c if you are used to sleeping with AC on 68-69 degrees and ceiling fans running all night-you might have a difficult time. It was this way for both my wife and myself.
If you are not hot natured and AC is not a priority-this is a fantastic place for you. The location is great-Lahaina on front street is 10 minutes away. Great golf courses that are close by and the blowhole is reachable in about 30 minutes.

We had a great stay. This condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Gorgeous ocean view from balcony. Nice location with a great coffee shop just a 5 min walk away. They included beach towels, chairs, boogie boards to use as well. The owners were very attentive, responding to emails often within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and all needed amenities supplied. We went when work was being done below our condo. It was loud bur owners offered a discount for the inconvenience or an opportunity to cancel. Felt that was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was smaller than most which was what we wanted. It provided great ocean views and Whsle Watching. There wasn’t a beach out front but that actually helped us to travel to a variety of beaches that all offered different experiences. The BBQs were cleaned very well every night and allowed us to grill and eat in when we wanted. The property was well maintained, parking being covered was a huge help as it rained a few times. One small wish, if you have room for 6 you should provide six beach chairs. Great place we will stay here again!!!

Two couples traveling together and we were very comfortable in this unit. Indoor space accurately pictured but what can't be captured in photos is the view. We sat and watched whales from the balcony every day...a lot of whales! Great location with short drives to Lahina for various excursions. Short walk of 4-5 minutes to a very nice beach (you may want to drive if you are lugging all the beach equipment that is supplied) and a short walk for dining. Our "go to spot" was the Beach House for good food, drinks, and really nice beach vibe. Only minor irritants, which are out of the control of the condo complex, were the gas blowers for about 1-2 hours every morning being used at, or in the vicinity of the condo but the view overcame that noise. There were also a few guests that had clearly "overserved" themselves and were a little loud in the evening, much the same as I would have been 30 years ago, but you had to just smile about that and wonder how they felt in the morning! Overall great stay and would certainly stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one teen. The accommodations were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the ocean breezes and watching the whales. We also had a great time snorkeling with the sea turtles right out in front of the condo. Location was quiet and relaxing. We hope to visit again soon! Mahalo!

This unit is an absolute gem! Breathtaking view from the balcony with 2 large glass sliding doors to feel the breeze and hear the waves crash. It's clean, decorated nicely and includes so many thoughtful amenities. Check out the guide to Hawaii's reef fish after your snorkel trip! Great location between Lahaina and Kapalua, and unit is conveniently near the building elevator and trash chute.

We loved our stay and the location. We had everything we needed. The dishwasher was broken and replaced on our last day there, but that wasn't an issue for us. For some reason we also expected the unit to have AC and since it doesn't it was a bit warmer than we expected (but again, not a problem). Definitely recommend this unit for a family of 5 or 6.

This place was so magical.
You wake up to the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. You have an amazing breeze that flows through the whole house. You swim with the turtles right out front of the condo. It's in a perfect location close to everything. This place is beautiful. I was very happy staying here. Amazing vacation.

Our flight got changed and we were able to text and check in an hour early which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The view is incredible. Only thing that could be an issue for some is the noise from the pool/ BBQ area. It wasn’t an issue for us and people were very respectful of quite hours. A perfect visit for our family of 5!

This rental is amazing.... From the location to the items that are included for the renter, just in case you forgot something it's probably already there. The furnishings are like brand new, clean, comfortable linens, beach chairs, umbrella's boggie boards, etc. The only drawback which is of course no fault of the owner is the street noise, the beautiful well appointed Lanai makes up for it. This unit is clean, clean, clean.

The condo is very clean and very nice. It is stocked with about everything and if you need anything they are very prompt to help you. However, the street right below you is busy, and loud, all the time. The pool area below is very loud, and the unit next door is being renovated so constant pounding and drilling and slamming doors. Not exactly serene for vacation.

Beautiful convenient location. Condo was stocked with basic essentials that made trip so enjoyable. Towels, sunscreen, paper towels, cooler, condiments, laundry and dishwasher tablets. Beach access was easy. Parking was easy. Condo was absolutely perfect. We had a girls trip reunion. All of us ladies have known each other since we were 5 years old and this was so therapeutic and tranquil.

The pictures are completely on point. The place was clean, easy check-in, easy parking, easy access to the pool and beach. The only thing missing was the beach chairs but it wasn't a big deal for us so I didn't bother asking the PM. Also, to our surprise, the kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, pots and pans, and everything you need, even coffee filters. Will definitely book again next time we're in Maui. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Hula. The place was comfortable, clean and well equipped. I do have a couple of suggestions to make it perfect. Replace the anti-slip mat in Master bathroom. It is grungy. We had been to Maui before but had never experienced Maui in the winter. We were so excited to see the whales and experience the breaching that we had been told about. It was amazing! We loved everything about our trip this time. The location of the Hula Hideaway was perfect and the view was amazing. We watched many whales right off of our Lanai. The Lanai was shaded most of the time and we had a nice breeze to keep us cool. The temperature was perfect this time of year and we loved our experience. The condo was very nice and well represented by the listing and pictures on VRBO. The location was close to most everything we wanted to do in the water. The road noise was a little much at times but the view of the water off of the lanai definitely made up for it. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Everything was as promised and pictured. The view from the lanai was spectacular. Extremely well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed and more- even binoculars to watch the whales from our lanai. Check in and check out were both super easy as the communication from mgmt was seamless. We loved the location and our favorite snorkeling beach turned out to be just a short walk away. Great restaurants nearby even a yummy vegan place. We really loved the laid back feeling of the area and cannot wait to return.

While booking online, i was little skeptical as sometimes property owner fabricate pictures in order to lure you in. However, this property turned out to be exactly same as how it was in picture, located in front of Ocean. Location and neighborhood was great.
Only reason i gave 4.5 and not full 5 was distance from airport (45 minutes drive) and 2nd bedroom has very tiny beds. Definitely not for young kids as you constantly fear they may fall off the bed (or if you have any large family member...they will for sure not fit into those tiny single beds). Also cleaning crew forgot to leave toilet paper roll in both bathroom and they were not found anywhere in the house.
Other than that tiny hiccups...overall good stay.

The photos on Vrbo were exactly like they appeared to be!!! We had some reserve in the beginning, curious if the resident would appear as the photos, but to our surprised, it completely met our expectations the only thing that was missing was a bottle of wine, bottled water and a snack basket(smile). Very tidy and lovely condo, equipped with just about everything you needed. Comfortable beds and the bedding was fresh and soft especially after being on a long flight and day. The location is perfect and the views are extraordinary and breathtaking. Walking distances to eateries and nearby local shopping centers and the communication was super easy and quick , we are definitely planning on visiting Maui again and we would love to booked at this location.
