This fantastic condo is the perfect starting point for your tropical getaway. Perched on the 10th floor, it treats you to breathtaking mountain and city views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony, and the best part? The beach is just a leisurely stroll away. It's a true treasure trove of delights!

For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit boasts an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish countertop with three cozy barstools. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an additional full-size bed, while the living room area features a reclining futon sofa and a flat-screen TV. To add the finishing touch, the condo includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you'll also have easy access to laundry facilities located on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can't go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

As if that weren't enough, Waikiki Banyan offers an incredible sixth-floor recreation deck, featuring a large pool, jet spa, sauna, coin-operated electric BBQ, and a children's playground. Take advantage of these fantastic amenities and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. We spent four nights in the condo. Nice place. Nothing very fancy but well appointed and clean. I chose the property because of lower rate and parking was included (absolutely essential if you plan to rent a car). Two blocks from the beach and all the Waikiki fun. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan before, but not all of the listings are as accurate as the one for this property. We didn't notice anything wrong and everything was well-maintained. The check-in and check out process was a breeze. We like the fact that very little heat from the sun entered the unit by virtue of it facing mostly north toward the mountains. A/C unit was very quiet--for a window unit anyway--and it had NO rattles or other undesirable noises. And a fan was present to help circulate the air in the unit. We used the beach chairs and towels that were furnished. Good Wi-Fi. And we liked the fact that the toilet and shower were in a separate room from the vanity. 5-stars for our stay.

This property looked exactly like the pictures. It’s clean, stocked with towels and beach chairs, and the location is amazing. Short walk to beach and shops. The parking pass was a nice bonus. Very easy to check in/out. We were 3 adults - plenty of space. Comfortable beds! Would highly recommend this place!

Overall, the location is great and room was easy to get to. Parking was a plus. The TV in the bedroom side doesn’t work. The place could use an update. The bathroom door doesn’t latch shut. The laundromat took extra quarters each time I used it.

This condo was in a prim location. It was located a block and a half from the beach. It was very clean and easy to get into. The property has a parking garage which was a plus. You should definitely consider renting this condo if you are ever in the Waikiki area.

Family of four for a vacation Condo was great for the four of us. AC was excellent for the summer heat. Overall pretty quiet while inside even though it was right next to Waikiki Beach. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and tons of shops and ABC stores for your needs.

We chose to stay in Waikiki for 5 of 11 nights of our Hawaiian vacation. I know Oahu well because I lived their for five years. Waikiki is part of a big city, but it still has its highlights such as food and history and makes for a great "home-base" when you plan to do other parts of the island. Its easy to get to the Windward side, south shore, and north shore. This property was basically like a hotel suite. It was different in that it has pocket doors to close off the bedroom for those who need some space to sleep in, nap, etc. It was stocked with dishes, pans, and some great beach chairs! It is outdated, as we expected for an affordable Honolulu property to be, but we never saw any pests, and everything worked well. We were able to cook breakfasts, and sit on the Lani for coffee each morning. The mountain view is beautiful and cool in throughout the day. I have read complaints about the elevators, but we rarely, if ever, waited more than 1 - 2 minutes for an elevator. The parking is tight, with typical, big-city sized spots, but this unit has a free spot, which saved us the $40/day most hotels charge!

The only thing I disliked about the stay was the bathroom door always coming off the rail… within the 7 days we stayed there, I probably fixed it about 10 times. It was a pain always having to adjust and realign everything.

Condo is nice, has everything you need and more. The building is easy to find, great that parking is included. There are plenty of towels in the Condo, beach and bath. The bath towels need to be changed out, they are thin and scratchy.(my only complaint!!) Pretty good, we would stay here again.

There were no surprises with this room. The description and photos were pretty accurate. A bit dated decor but everything was clean and in good order. The remote controls to the TVs didn’t always work properly. The elevators in the towers sometimes had a 5-10 minute wait - and people don’t stay socially distant. Overall, the condo was nice and the location was decent.
