32B was spectacular!The kitchen is amazing! It has everything you could need just like home. Beautiful cabinets. We chose this unit for the ease of getting to the beach through the pavilion. View from the lanai was great. Comfy chairs!

We loved the 32B unit and thought it perfectly met all of our beach needs! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the gadgets and was lovely cook and hang out in. The distance down to the pool and beach is about a 5 minute walk. We considered other units a bit further back in the unit and we are happy we didn’t stay any further back within the Wailea Ekahi units. The management company was very responsive to any questions/concerns via text. We would stay here again!

The rooms were all good sizes. Even though the unit is set back, I thought the view in real life was better than the photo. There was a large patio set with tables, chairs and chaise lounges. The large kitchen was nicely updated and had all your needs (less spices), to cook. Two separate A/C units kept us comfortable at night. The breeze during the day (in May) was great during the day, so we just opened the patio and front doors when we were at the condo during the day. There were beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and snorkel gear. I didn't see a beach umbrella, which would be a plus to have when going to other beaches. It was a good thing I had found a map in advance as the entrance to the unit is on Okolani Dr., not Wailea Alanui, which is the main address for the complex, and the address on the welcome email. We were initially given incorrect codes for the pool and beach access, but got it from another guest before the mgmt co got back to us. We had a couple of lightbulbs out and a minor repair which was responded to very quickly. We found the beach and snorkeling right at the complex terrific, best to go earlier in the day before the winds pick up. There were ample choices of sun and shade seating around the pool and lanai. I saw other families cooking in the kitchen in the lanai, which was a great option that we didn't take advantage of. All in all, it was a great condo and complex and I would stay there again!

The condo was on the ground floor so we were able to walk from our lanai directly onto the grass, then down the hill to the beach and large pool. We loved the gorgeous gardens in this development.

Direct quote from a friend who owns and rents Kihei condos - "these owners know their stuff". Classy decor, two full bathrooms, nice view of the ocean and palm trees. Direct access to the ocean next to the pool area was very nice. At the time the other tenants were all very nice, calm and quiet. I'd book this 32B again.

To start, the location is incredibly beautiful and convenient – a perfect jumping-off point for beaches north and south and access to the North Shore, upcountry, and adventure. The condo is exactly as pictured. 32B is a superbly appointed unit in a very good location in the complex, close to two pools, BBQ’s and most importantly, the beach complete with beautiful sounds and views of the ocean. The decor is lovely and tasteful, and the villa is very well-equipped. The bedroom and bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. The king-size bed is very comfortable with high-quality soft sheets and towels, and the open space and kitchen are well laid out and include everything you need. We made breakfast and lunch at home most days and cooked several dinners, so we were grateful for the well-equipped kitchen space. And there was just about ANYTHING you need for the beach!
Equally important, was the immediate response from Maui Paradise Properties to any of our questions during our stay. Communication from Randy and his team at Maui Paradise Properties was fast, easy, and friendly, making our 10-day stay absolutely perfect.

This property has many high end features. We arrived to find broken glass shards on the lanai and all over the grass at the edge of the patio. A screen door was broken and banged in the wind. It took two attempts to get the property management to come to fix the door. They were notified several times of the broken glass issue but never seemed interested in addressing that. I expected to find the unit clean on my arrival. We removed our shoes to enter the condo as is the Hawaiian custom, but then had to go retrieve them to go out on the Lanai for fear of stepping on glass. The air conditioning system is outdated without a temperature control and only a 6hour timer.
We did enjoy the lovely Ekahi Village and the new pool area by the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this well-appointed and well-stocked condo at Wailea Ekahi. This complex is easily the best value in Wailea - great beach for walking, swimming or snorkeling (hello sea turtles every day!), great beachside pool and newly renovated pavilion area, and 32B has a great view and is close to the amenities. Highly recommend and we would return!

Incredible property and we loved the location. Much better than we thought it would be based on the pictures - very clean and a great pool area for grilling and having dinner. We thought the check in process was a bit incomplete because we had to ask for the pool and beach access code.
Use the beach chairs and go down to the beach! It is a short walk and the condo provides a cooler.

Overall we loved our stay at this rental. Well equipped and lots of room for a one bedroom unit. We needed to ask for sheets for the pull out bed but other then that we loved this unit.
Grounds right outside are nice and flat plus the amenities these condos have to offer is great. You have several pools available to you and the outdoor clubhouse has fridges, stove, and microwave so you can stay at the pool or beach all day with the close available club house.

Examples; dishwasher broken…electric shock if used, screen door very hard to open, patio dirty, bed pad dirty, kitchen sink water pressure excessive causing water spray all over, no bathroom sink stoppers, no soap in bathroom, main light in living room not working, TV difficult to operate

Great location, great place. Would stay here again. Please Note: there is a passcode required to access the gated pools and gated beach access. This wasn’t communicated ahead of time nor provided to us upon our arrival (seemingly the only thing not in the 11 page welcome “blue booklet”), so we spent the first hour our vacation walking between the pool gate and the room (to look for the code) while waiting for a call back from the communicate the PM. Otherwise, perfect stay.

The apartment is great! Property pictures are accurate.
Very nice decor, clean, spacious, had all amenities, including a nice grill at the patio, with garden and ocean view for a relaxing afternoon after a beach day! The unit had everything for a beach day: towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and cooler.
Excellent condominium structure with several pools and direct access to the beach!
Also the location was really convenient, close to several shops and restaurants and easy access to other beaches. Ps: the beach direct from condo is great!
Just a few cons: AC timer would be best if we could settle for a 8h sleep. Current max is 6h.
Suite bathroom does not have a door and the toilet seat faces directly the bed, which is weird. Even though I am married for many years, there are things I still prefer to do in private, ;-)
Patio grill could have better maintenance days.
Other than that I had a great stay and if I am back to Maui, I would return to this unit.

This property was great. My wife and I stayed for 5 days. The kitchen, living and bed room are comfortable and spacious. You’ll have everything you need in the kitchen from glassware to cooking. Huge fridge. The lanai is great and has a spectacular ocean view. Beach is truly a 3 minute walk down the hill, it’s never super crowded and seems to be mostly people from the condos. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear are awesome to have as well. The pool and pavilion are in great shape and steps from the ocean. Excellent place to stay! Hope to be back soon.

Our rental unit was flooded upon arrival in Maui. The rental company did not have an acceptable alternate for our reservation. We had to scramble to find accommodations for the remainder of our week vacation in Maui. I will never use VRBO ever again.

We have stayed in Ekahi at least 6 times in the last 5 years. This is a very nice condo in a great location. There was an issue with the dishwasher so I sent a note to the management company. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.
