Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Only thing I would warn people of. yes it’s great to have free parking but the garage is rough and the spaces are very small.

My husband & I stayed at the Waikiki Banyon T1 room 2912. Had a slight delay in getting into the room but it was resolved pretty quickly. The room was updated & had everything you needed including beach chairs! The view from the balcony was great & it was really nice to enjoy in the evenings and watch the city light up! The location was walking distance to the beach, restaurants & parks! Would definitely stay here again.

We are on the balcony looking at the waves as I type this. Our daughter just said, “what a perfect vacation.” That is quite a statement from a 16 year old! The condo is fantastic for four people, great proximity to the beach and has an incredible view. I have absolutely no issues with anything about the place and could not be happier.

Great view of beach and mountains. The condo was updated in decor and was very clean and well furnished with everything you could need to kick off your vacation. The location is a short walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, shops and coffee shops. All amenities were in walking distance. Parking was adequate daily. We had a few concerns about the room and the realty offered to send someone right away to address our concerns. We declined and just asked that they be addressed for the next guests. However I did read a review and some of the same things that we experienced were reported but must not have been addressed because they were still an issue upon our arrival. We also experienced a evacuation at the condo and it was loud stressful and apparently unwarranted. Not sure of the details but in the middle of the night when this occurred it was very alarming and disorienting. I would recommend it for the location and convenience to everything!

The unit itself is nice enough. The views are nice and the unit is clean and had everything we needed to have a good stay. It was good for the four of us. There were a few trivial things - the balcony door doesn't slide very well and the pull-out couch is terribly difficult to get back into place once you've used it. Neither of those things was very important, however, so we did not mention them to Midway Realty and they did not affect the quality of our stay - just something to note for the future. We appreciated having the beach chairs and beach towels. The air conditioner kept the unit cool and comfy. The Wi-Fi was very good. The unit was very quiet while we stayed. Communication with Midway Realty was pretty good. Overall, as far as the actual unit was concerned, we were happy. The problem we had was with the actual building that the unit is located in and, unfortunately, that's not something that can be overlooked. The building itself is decrepit. It seems to be in a constant state of refurbishment, so it looks pretty bad at the moment. I could live with that - upkeep and repairs need to happen after all - but multiple days of constant fire alarms and power outages and loud messages blaring into the bathroom (there is a speaker in the bathroom) was so annoying. The final straw was the emergency evacuation which occurred early in our stay and ruined the rest of our trip. It started with an evacuation announcement accompanied by screeching alarms and a constant loop of commands to leave the building immediately. My husband was out at the time this happened, so I sent my older daughter on for help and began dragging my handicapped daughter down 29 flights of steps. My daughter is 11 and is severely cognitively and functionally handicapped. While she can walk, it is extremely difficult for her and she normally uses a wheelchair. She is also autistic, so the alarm itself was causing her great distress. I managed to drag her down 29 flights, terrified that we were all going to die because we were not moving fast enough. The announcement kept telling people to evacuate immediately and that handicapped patrons should follow the 'handicapped evacuation plan'. NOWHERE in the unit was there any mention of this plan. When we finally reached the bottom - we were then informed that the alarm was by mistake and there was never an emergency at all. No one bothered to announce that there was NO emergency until the event was over.

We had a great, easy, convenient stay at this unit. Although the building itself is old and outdated, the unit was not. It was thoughtfully decorated, had the basics we needed to make meals at home and the views did not disappoint. I would have to say, the beds were not very comfortable, but perhaps it's also just personal preference.

Stayed here for two days after a longer visit to Maui. The condo is a very short walk to Waikiki Beach and has great city views. It was a bit smaller and more outdated than the pictures suggest, and the condo tower was having work done (so the overall impression may be improved once that's complete). If you just need a place downtown at a good price, this will probably suit you fine.
