Room needs some make over care. Musty smell would no go away after a few days. The bathroom sink has been broken and repaired but needs replacing. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Was no dishwasher, but was glad we had all we needed for our trip. None of these were enough to distract from our visit. Just observations. Thank you for making your space available.

Excellent location and great views of the sunset. The room had a strong musty smell when we first arrived, but it became much more subtle once we settled in, so probably just needed more airing out. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and generally fit our needs. Our main complaint was a lack of any bedding for the pullout couch despite a request for 4 guests. There were plenty of pillows, but no sheets or blankets other than what was on the bed. After a request, a single sheet was provided, then the next day an additional sheet was provided after requesting it. It seems that bedding would be a basic provision, so might have just been a housekeeping oversight, hopefully has been remedied. The pullout couch was very easy to operate, and although not super comfortable in my opinion due to a bit of unevenness on part of it, was as expected for a pullout. Worked great for my 12 year old, no complaints at all from him.The convenient location of the room and view definitely were as described, and we enjoyed being able to make a few meals in our room. Good selection of utensils and dishes. Shower water pressure was awesome. Overall it worked well for what we needed.

Stayed here for a wedding where there rest of the guests were also staying. Everything went very smoothly with check in and check out! 10/10 would stay again

The Ilikai building is in a great location, and this condo is very convenient being on the third floor… With that being said, the unit and furniture are a bit older, and definitely could use some improvement… But it was very clean, and very well stocked

Love Iliki location. However, Bacony, table and chairs were so dirty. Water dripping from above unit 24 hours. Can't fully enjoy the balcony. Inside is reasonable but not excellent condition.

Clean neat , sofa could use a new cover , could use a few more dishes, and a colander , right rear burner on the stove has a wire disconnected . Overall we enjoyed our stay very much . Thinking of coming back next year !

The apartment is located in the same building as the Ilikai Hotel. It's in a great location for the Waikiki beaches.
Access to the unit is by a digital key which works well once you get used to it. The apartment was spacious and clean, although it was starting to show its age.
We found a problem with the room when we arrived. However, we called the agent and they sorted it out very efficiently to our satisfaction.

Had to get another room and finally got a hold of someone the next morning. They reimbursed for hotel room that night and gave us the correct room. Scary situation at midnight. Sheets were dirty/stained. Good location from beach.

Property and location are beautiful and fantastic. The pullout is advertised as queen but it is definitely a twin or a double at largest. We had 4 adults in the room and the pull-out is pretty small so I think 4 people is pushing the limit. I had to ask for extra sheets and pillows as the ones in the unit were dirty but they got me clean ones quickly. Accessing the room is very easy and I liked that. Beach is about 5 min walk away. Good store selection in the lobby. In summary, it's fine for 2 or 3 people. I think 4 is pushing it as the pull-out is not a queen as advertised.

Nice property but the sheets were stained, the towels were stained, and the carpet had a large stain. The right rear burner on the stove does not work. The place had a musty smell so we’d have to open the doors to air it out every time we walked in.

The room was what we expected, but was a good space. Really great having the big fridge, stove, toaster and microwave. Didn’t use the oven but good to have as an option. Location was awesome. A quieter end of Waikiki and short walk to Ala Moana shopping Center. We would stay here again, for sure.

Very comfortable vacation rental. Third floor was best for husband afraid of heights. Low enough for him but still a great view of marina and ocean. Valet parking was worth every penny. Would rent it again.
