155 is a great unit. Very well stocked kitchen and beach/bbq room. The unit is a little dated and could use a new sofa and master bedroom mattress but the location and view from the unit was perfect.

We enjoyed this location very much. Towards the end of the strip, so easy in and out of the parking lot, but still close by to a wonderful beach and other local stores. The only part that I didn't know beforehand was the only air conditioner was a small window unit in the bedroom. It was plenty to keep the room cooler at night, and the temperatures during the day didn't make the rest of the condo unbearable. I may have missed that in the description, but again it was not uncomfortable in the condo.

Condo was comfortable, well equiped with play toy goodies such as boogie boards, fins, tennis rackets & balls, ukulele, and guitar. Enjoyed having the Maui guidebook, music books, and bird ID book. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Having a washer/dryer that didn't take quarters was a bonus.

Overall we were very pleased with our rental unit. It was very clean and had all of the supplies that we needed. The location was great with very close proximity to the upper pool and the view of the ocean from the patio was amazing. We also made use of several of items that were available in the outdoor closet (snorkel gear, boogie boards, golf clubs). The only negative thing is that the front door lock needs to be fixed (the housing for where the door latches is extremely loose and needs re-set with new screws and holes).

Overall it’s was fine but that’s about it. The unit is very tired, old linens, old beds, old towels, old everything! Missing tongs, knives that work, carpet is filthy. The grounds need serious work as well. Grass areas were dangerous to walk with ruts everywhere and uneven grass. Poorly manicured grounds and it’s showing its age.

Spacious 1 bedroom with well stocked kitchen and outdoor accessories. Lovely lanai with a small ocean view, near barbecues and pool. Snorkels, body boards and tennis rackets all there. Very good location across from beach. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Comfortable, well supplied unit, including beach chairs and ample beach towels. Air conditioner struggles to keep up, but unit is comfortable when doors open and ceiling fan in use. Bed is comfy, good view from patio. Noth8ng luxurious, but exactly what we expected.

Space was clean, well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our vacation. Snorkeling and beach goodies were very available and we loved the lanai access to the lawn and proximity to the pool and bbq. They were remodeling 2 units next to us so parking became a bit of a challenge halfway through our stay but it wasn't terrible. Our AC unit also went out and maintenance arrived promptly to address it.

This property has everything you could need. Everything was in like new condition, bedding/towels were awesome. Furnishings were really nice. The only thing that needed some care would be the cupboards (could have used a good wipe down on the outside) and the doors could be repainted. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 weeks here and did not need a thing. We cooked in most days and the kitchen is perfectly supplied. The grills right across the lawn are also great. Unlike many other rentals this place really does have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

While we were excited to get back to Maui, we had never stayed in this particular area. All our family was staying at Wailea. We could not have asked for better accommodations and location. The thoughtfulness of the owners was evident, from bedding to musical instruments. Views of the pool and ocean were a welcomed surprise. Office staff, gracious. The ultimate Aloha experience from beginning to end, we can't wait to return.

We have never been disappointed when staying at Hale Kamaole, that is why we keep going back! The location is great - view and convenience to the beach and amenities. Our unit, a ground-level 1-bedroom was beautifully clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The king bed was SO comfortable we got the best sleep. Having shade in the afternoon kept the unit's lanai a great place to hang out. We had a great time and already booked our condo for May.

The view was exactly what it looked like in the photo, condo was simple, clean and stocked with necessary kitchenware, basic kitchen supplies, linen & beach equipment. Location across the road from the beach and walking distance or quick ride to shopping area. The ride to and from the airport was between 20 and 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Nathan and Kayla in the office were really welcoming and friendly.
