the place was exactly that I expected. located near the beach and the shopping centers. there was a market nearby to get groceries and near plenty of restaurants to walk to. free parking was a major plus.

This property was just as advertised. It was close to everything in Waikiki, clean and comfortable. There were so many places to eat and the beach was so close that we hardly had to drive anywhere. The parking garage was a little cramped if you have a big car or SUV but still much better than trying to street park. There was a nice view of the ocean from the porch.

Enjoyed staying at this property, location was great and a very short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and check in process was very easy. The only inconvenience was that the bathtub stopper/plug did not work and shower water pressure was low... but overall, it was a good experience.

The condo is in a great location, within a couple blocks of Waikiki beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The views from the 36 floor give you both the beach and the mountains. The A/C and fan included kept the condo at our desired temperature even though it was the middle of the summer. Parking is in the garage and we never had trouble finding a spot. Also, great communication from the host and nice little care package left as a greeting. Overall, my wife and I loved the place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Bed was very comfortable, AC kept the room nice and cool. Additionally, being located right across the hall from laundry turned out to be quite convenient. Only comment/recommendation i have is they need to update their list of recommended restaurants. We tried to go to a coffee house that was listed but it was permanently closed (appeared to have been closed for quite some time)

Just posted: We were a bit early and requested an early check in. The unit was rented the evening prior so Midway was initially unable to help, which is fully understandable. They made calls and were able to help us out so that we could drop our bags and enjoy the beach. This is the second or third time we have rented from Midway at the Banyon buildings and will continue for our annual Hawai’i vacation. We could not be happier with their proactive communication and help with questions. Unit was in perfect condition, great view and amazing location.

The overall building is rather old. Parking is a bit cumbersome and there can be a line to enter or exit. The apartment is nice and offers beautiful ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen and all amenities we needed were there. Mahalo

The unit we had was nice. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only I would change is the shower curtain ( it’s a cheap 1 ply and had no liner), add an ice bin to the freezer and maybe add an option to swap sheets and towels after 5-7 days. We loved the view, liked the parking spot being included! The common areas (Capet in the hall, pool area, hot tubs didn’t have very good air flow) were a little run down and the people above us were very noisy, but that is not the owners fault.

This condo had wonderful views! I knew I was living the dream life every day. The place was clean and neat. It had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The sleeper couch was new and comfortable. There were even 3 rolls of toilet paper, a plus. We also had paper towels, salt and pepper and spray oil—all very helpful, The beach towels and beach chairs meant lighter luggage for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is a economical vacation condo that is a 5 minute walk to Waikiki. The best thing about it for us was the “3 part views”: from the balcony you see the mountains, city and the beach. It was perfect. Absolutely gorgeous. No real negatives but you have to realize that the unit is not in a 5 star resort. The condo building is about a 3.5 out of 5. The elevators were being worked on and there was a lot of maintenance going on in other parts of the building. The parking is a little tricky to find at first. You have to go down Ohua and then turn left at the light and then turn left through the divided median to enter the garage. Do that first and tell the guard you are checking in. Checking in was a little tough since our flight was early and we couldn’t check in for several hours. We drove around the island and it worked out pretty well. You cannot see the Friday fireworks from the building. There were some minor things that I would change to include a drying rack for clothes and a well secured drain line or hose from the air conditioning unit to the patio drain. Water stands on the lania and can cause one to slip when coming back into the condo. Caulking around the tub and bathroom threshold need repair but the overall condition of the property is very good and very clean and well worth the money spent. My wife and I stayed with our two teenagers and the new King bed and new pullout sofa were great. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Waikkiki. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is the perfect spot to bounce around Waikiki. The parking pass also allowed us to travel the island and come back with no stress. The lanai has an ocean view and we enjoyed the sunset from there. The kitchen has your basics, we really enjoyed this spot!

This property was super cute and perfect for our getaway. It’s a block away from the ocean, easy walk. I loved having a full kitchen. Thank heavens for the fan & AC! I will definitely try to stay here again in the future. It was delightful.

Unit was very clean and in a fantastic location. The building is great with a coffee shop and mini mart downstairs and a few blocks walk to everything including Waikiki. The view was amazing but being on the 36th floor with small kids, we did not use the balcony much, but huge windows allowed us to still enjoy the view! The management company was very helpful and allowed us to pay for a late check out, which was great. My only compliant was 2 double beds are very small for 2 adults to share and the couch is not usable, as it slants downward, my 6 year old could not even sleep on it. Maybe switch one double for a queen and get a pull out couch. We bought an air mattress which we left so that should help for the next guest! Had a great trip and would come again. Very thankful for the great stay the only trouble on our trip was the car rental company. Don't use Economy car rental they are a scam!

This place has everything you need for a great vacation in Waikiki. Great location, where you can walk to everything in Waikiki. It is wonderful that parking is INCLUDED! You cant find parking that is included at the big hotels. Great view. It is nice to just sit out on the lanai and look out on the ocean and watch the sunset and to have your morning coffee. If you want to stay in the fully stocked kitchen is great to save a little money on meals like breakfast or have fridge space to have items to make snacks for the beach! And with the soft cooler and beach chairs, it made beach days that much easier! Wonderful place, easy to check-in/out. On my next trip, I will try and get the same unit!

This was a great stay in Waikiki. The balcony had wonderful views. Its on the 36th floor so if you are afraid of heights, just don't look out. You are blocks away from the beach. Just a short walk. And a short walk from food trucks and other restaurants. starbucks is close bye as well. There was beach chairs which we used often. There are two full size beds and one fold out couch that is just for one person really. Maybe two young kids. That wasnt the most comfortable sleeping area, but a sleeping spot nonetheless. The fish pond downstairs was lovely for the kids to look at. The playground was under construction. We never went to the pool. The beach and other towns we enjoyed better. Parking spots are plentiful but make sure you dont have a tall car. Laundry room has one washer and one dryer for each floor. $2.50 for wash and same for dry. We brought coins but theres a app you can use to pay for use. The apartment was clean and up to date. No contact check in and check out. There was no need to contact owner so i cannot comment on service. But overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.
