This is a lovely spot, very conveniently in North Kihei so it’s pretty centrally located. The condo was quite clean and included many useful things — so nice to not have to pack beach towels! We enjoyed several meals on the balcony. It’s amazing to be able to walk across the street and into the water! The closest beach is well sheltered for kids to play in, with a number of turtles who choose to sleep on the rocks! The only drawback is that the street noise is a bit loud through the night, but the fan of the AC unit gave enough white noise to block it out. A perk: we really appreciated being able to check in early. Everything was easy!

We are actually satisfied with the stay. It’s big enough for 2 people, studio apartment with kitchen and everything you need. It was not properly cleaned , looks old , but we are really fine with that. Location is also great, we enjoyed sunsets on the beach across the street. It could be loud for sensitive people during the evening and early morning because it’s near the main road and cars are pretty often. But we are happy that chose this stay.

This condo had everything we needed, and some things we didn’t know we would. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies, comfortable bed and sofa, and a great location across the street from the beach. Hot tub and pool were especially nice after a long day at the beach.

The check in process was easy and simple. The location is great, view of the pool and ocean from the balcony.
Once I entered the room, it looked just like the pictures. Dated. It could definitely use some updates, though the electric glass stove top was nice.
The bathroom door kept getting caught and my kids and I would get stuck in there, but got out after moving the knob around until it got unstuck. I would fix this before someone actually breaks the door knob trying to get out. Kids also complained about the pullout bed mattress.
Lastly, check-in was easy breezy. But checking out, well let’s just say that there’s a list of chores asked of you before leaving. i.e. removing sheets from bedding, putting them in laundry basket, cleaning dishes, emptying the trash… but isn’t that why we pay a cleaning fee? I’m neat and clean up after myself, but this struck me as out of the ordinary.
Overall it was okay. We only stayed at the condo for 2 days. It’s got some good thing going for it, but could use some updates that would create a much richer experience for the renters.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, this is the place. It was a easy process and had no issues throughout our stay. The floor was a bit dirty and we found a little bit of hair throughout the stay but overall it was a great place to stay. Not walking distance to food, but the beach is right across the way.

We loved our stay!
Place where we felt most on vacation of all three islands visited. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Comfy bed. Cute little beach just across the street (with sea turtles!). Easy access, easy parking. We recommend!

The pros: The location and building were great. The apartment did have all the household items that were needed and the beach chairs were helpful.
The cons: The inside of the apartment was old, dated and appeared somewhat dirty. It was an extremely small apartment that would be suitable for maximum 2 adults as using the pullout couch or inflatable mattress would make it extremely challenging to move around the apartment. The cost of this apartment was overall too high for what you get.

We stayed at Jennifer’s place for just one night, and we were so happy it was only one night. The condo is very small but was pretty clean. However, there were stains all over the dining room chairs and the items were definitely old. We pulled out the pull out couch (easy enough) and there were stains all over the mattress and it was ripped all over. Pulling out the couch left no room for walking in the condo but that wasn’t the worst part. I have never, ever seen or slept on a pull out couch that is in worse shape than this one. You can feel and hear every spring. It completely sags in the middle at least 10” and you honestly feel like you are going to fall right through. It was really unbearable. My mistake though as I read some of the reviews and other people have said the exact same thing. So obviously the owner is aware and I also contacted her about it too. The plus side is that the other real bed in the condo is actually very comfortable, so if it is just two people staying there, it may actually be ok. The ocean can be seen from the balcony which was nice, but there is no place to walk for coffee, groceries or restaurants in that area.

Lovely unit. Steps from the beach. Great pool, very big, very clean. I loved how quiet the area was and we often had the BBQ and pool to ourselves. Parking was iffy, and I wasn't a huge fan of having to park head first only. But no big deal really. Plus the folks who started there before us clearly didn't rinse any of the communal beach gear like it asks you to, so we chose not to use it since it was full of sand. But again, no big deal. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Jennifer was extremely communicative and accommodating :)

We loved our visit to this Kihei property. It's directly across the street from the beach and a park. Every night we would sit on the lanai and watch the sunset. The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. There were nice, high quality beach chairs, an umbrella and various beach toys. The location was perfect for a trip to Maui. The communication with the host was excellent. Overall, one of our favorite vacation stops. We would definitely visit here again!

The location is great, the accommodations were dated, which is fine, but the sofa bed did not work, so I had to sleep on the floor. The sofa also had some nasty stains. The next morning we wanted to take a shower and that didn’t work either, even after reading the instructions multiple times, the shower did not work. So we had to just splash water on our selves. Definitely would look for a better place next time.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is on an extremely busy street and the deck overlooks said busy street. It is so incredibly noisy and miserable. I didn’t feel like it was clean at all. I don’t know, maybe my standards of clean are different but it felt dingy and girth to me. I actually wanted to cry when we arrived. I’m so thankful that we are only here 1 night or I can honestly say my trip would have been ruined. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another property to stay at. This one is gross, loud & completely miserable.

Pros:
- Perfect spot for getting to most areas on the island
- The Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, and sunscreen were really helpful!
- It was nice being able to use some of the leftover ingrediants from previous residents
- The tv had plenty of channels/movies to choose from
- Loved the pool and spa
Cons:
- The photos make it look prettier than it is.
- In the afternoon, the rental gets hot inside because it faces the sun so we had to run the a/c the whole afternoon and night (make sure to close the blinds when you leave in the morning to keep the hot air out.)
- the a/c unit struggles at times and may need more freon.
- The couch pull-out bed completely sags in the middle
