Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $35 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and a blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We had a good stay at the place. It was exactly what it described on VRBO. The location is very good. Easy walk to the beach. Nice shops all around. Parking is easy to find in the garage. Will definitely recommend to others.

Slightly outdated, room was short on dresser space, fan in the bathroom did not work, more ventilation in the elevator. Beach chairs were a nice touch as was the cooler in the closet and the beach towels

Our stay was good. The unit is close to the beach, around two blocks. Several groceries stories (ABC stores) close by but very expensive. The negatives about this unit are, no dishwasher, carpet in the bedroom looks dirty and should be replaced by LVT or tile. Bathroom vent not working appropriately. Pros are proximity to the beach and zoo. View is the ocean is also a pro.

The view of the ocean and Diamond Head is spectacular! I never got tired of opening the curtains in the morning and rakjngbit all in. You're in the heart of Waikiki, which is a busy part of Oahu. A short walk takes you to the beach, shops and multiple ABC stores 😉. We always found parking but the ramp is a bit tight. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The building staff was very nice. We only visited the pool area once but it was also nice. We had an issue with an outlet that was resolved asap. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment has a great location, close the beach, restaurants. It is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, to make your own meals, laundry facilities.Having parking included was a huge plus. I would stay here again.

This was a lovely place for our visit to Honolulu. With garage parking included for our rental car, we were able to knock out a hike to Diamond Head, and visits to Pearl Harbor and Kuoloa Ranch in a single day. Great location!

Location - This cannot get any better. 5 mins walk to beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery near by. Condo - Good complex, Pool and hot tubs were nice. Rooms are decent ( little small but expected in Waikiki area ). The only part that should be improved is the starter supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioners ) was only provided for like 1 day and not enough for all parties in the booking. ideally this should be provided for all days upfront.

We enjoyed the central location of this condo. It's close to the beach and also easy access to the University of Hawaii. The free parking is a plus and the view is spectacular. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

Property was just what we needed for a few nights, close to the beach and shops. Location was perfect as we could walk to get food, walk to the beach etc. We spent most of our time out of the unit and enjoyed having access to a covered parking space when we returned. We enjoyed the heated pool and playground with the kids. Access to laundry on the same floor was convenient and we used it regularly. As we were adjusting to the time difference, we did have breakfast and dinner in the unit, which was housed with the necessities. Some suggestions: please provide enough laundry detergent pods and coffee packets based on the number of nights rented since most coffee shops only opened at 6/7am and we were up at 3/4 am. 1 of each is not enough. Overall great stay and would stay again.

We stayed at this property on a vacation. We stayed 3 nights. Check in was a breeze.. we were given a code a week prior with very detailed instructions on how to access the property/obtain parking pass. My only complaint about this property was the strong urine odor, primarily in the bathroom but also spread and lingered throughout the condo as it’s a pretty open floor plan. The text ability to reach out to the team was helpful. I sent a text immediately upon check in regarding the smell but didn’t get a response until the automated follow up text the next day. Once I send them the original message as a follow up, the team apologized and promptly sent up some febreze to help with the smell. The smell was strong enough to bother me each time I entered, but not enough for me to evacuate the place completely if that makes sense.. haha. We spent most of the time on the lanai and on the beach of course! The views off the lanai was great for reading a book and having a drink. The beds and the pillows were clean. Having beach supplies like chairs and a cooler made our trip to Hanauma Bay so easy and enjoyable. The parking was such a nice amenity as a rented a car and went in and out frequently. Public Parking in this area is difficult! Location is great as you can easily walk to the central part of Waikiki in less than 10 min. You can also easily get out of Waikiki as you’re south closer to the freeway entrances. If the team can fix the smell; I’d definitely make another visit back. Thank you!

Excellent location!!! My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We made breakfast everyday in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony each morning. Its a quick one block walk to Waikiki beach. Parking was easy and such a plus. Communication and property details were made easy through an app provided upon booking. Made check in and out efficient and effortless.

Pros: -3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants -Everything is provided to cook full meals and cleaning supplies too -Great view from the balcony -TV includes Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ Cons: -Bedding felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. Very uncomfortable and stiff!! -Toilet smelled very strongly of urine. I don’t think it was properly cleaned. -We weren’t allowed in the property at check in because they were still cleaning and we had to wait in the lobby for half an hour. We enjoyed our time in this unit and we would definitely consider staying here again. We recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Waikiki! :)

For a family of 5 staying in Hawaii, this place was perfect. It was safe, clean, well-decorated and it had (in our room) a beautiful ocean view from our lanai and the bedroom. Having a kitchen with a stove, microwave and large refrigerator were essential for us and they all worked great. Our room also had - fast (300mb) free Wi-Fi - a portable fan which we used every night - small but effective AC unit - large lanai - beach chairs! Very useful - a fold out bed in the living room. Not super comfortable, but great for our 2 teen boys - I was worried about the elevators as we were on the 34th floor, but they had 4, fast, working elevators and we rarely had to wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes going up or down -protected, ample parking with easy access to the elevators - 5-10 minute walk to the beach -outdoor bbq which we used - $2 an hour to use but well worth it - the pool looked clean and inviting but never used it - really thorough and easy to understand check-in and check-out instructions on the DACK app (free app) I read a lot of reviews about Bayan before booking and, for us at least, there was no construction noise, fire alarms or water shut-offs. A couple of the numbers on our door room number were worn off and the hall carpets looked like they were from the 70’s, but other than that the whole place, especially our room and the open lobby, with a coy pond, were all beautiful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Exceeded all expectations!

The location of the property and view from the balcony were great. Easy access to the beach and towels and chairs were appreciated. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pocket door to the very small shower/toilet closet was very loud and squeaky which woke everyone if someone needed to use it at night. Other than that, no complaints!

I tried really hard to enjoy our time. here. We came with 27 people and all booked several rooms. Our family 5 stayed in 3410. I immediately noticed how dirty the counters were, but no biggie; I brought wipes to sanitize. Then the 1st of 3 emergency evacuations happened forcing our family (2 adults, 14, 8 and 6 year old) to walk down 34 stories of stairs. Fire trucks, police, hundreds of people forcing their way down stairwells. Again, this happened 3 times. My kids were traumatized and afraid that in any moment, another emergency would happen... Other downsides: overall building is pretty outdated, dingy, beds were uncomfortable, security forced everyone out of the pool at 8am because he was bothered by kids (not from our group) were being loud so he kicked everyone out. Positives: walking distance to beach and free parking. Needless to say, we wouldn't stay here again. It could have been ok, but with the evacuations, rude security; I can't give much love to this place.

Don't worry the unit will surprise you, yes the outside of the hotel needs a little updating, but the location is excellent, the cute koi pond is lovely, The view of the lanai, wow.. WE loved our time here, and if you follow the managements instructions it should go well. We will definitely book here again when we come to Waikiki in the future, worth it. Oh and if you use Enoa to get to Pearl Harbor, again follow instructions and you will find its a pretty good service and pick up is not far from the hotel. We had a blast and slept wonderfully!

The condo was just what we needed for our stay in Waikiki, and just as the photos showed it. If fit our family of 4 just fine (used the sofa bed too, which was surprisingly comfortable) and had plenty of towels and other things like chairs and a cooler available, which we enjoyed. Parking was really nice to have (hard to park in the neighborhood) and easy to use. LOVED the view, sitting on the porch with coffee or a cocktail and seeing the ocean, surfers, etc. Loved being able to walk to the beach at any moment. Kitchen was well set up with plenty of dishes and pots/pans for cooking, and we made some great meals. Would stay there again for sure.

The Waikiki Banyan was exactly the way it is depicted in the ad. The room was very clean and had enough space for the 4 of us to be comfortable. The beds were perfect and the room stayed cool with the AC. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean as well. Wished the pool was open till 11pm instead of 9pm. My only suggestions would be to have a few extra blankets and measuring cups/spoons. Also unsure if owner has any control over this but the water pressure in the shower is very low. Over all we had an excellent stay and will recommend to anyone we know. We will also stay again when we return!

We love this location just one block from the Waikiki beach area and shops and eateries. The view was stunning from both the bedroom and the patio. The minimart on location was open until 10 PM in case we needed more bottled water, coffee, snacks and was very convenient.

Check-in/check-out/parking instructions were very clear. The unit was absolutely clean and we had wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean from the 34th floor. Only a block away from the beach with nice restaurants and bars close by - we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Midway Realty.
