We’ve stayed in other units at Waipouli Beach Resort but this one was the best. Prime location with full on ocean views and beautiful sunrises. The large grass area was perfect for our grandsons. They loved the freedom to run while we enjoyed cocktails on the patio. We ate outside every night. The cleaning crew was also excellent!

Stayed here for my honeymoon. The views cannot be beat. Would definitely love to return someday. The resort is very well kept. The unit is about as nice as it gets when it comes to options in Kauai.

We’re currently at the Grand Hyatt and everyone misses our stay at A104. It was the most perfect setting for our family of five. Walking out the door to sunrises and being close to the pool are only a few of our favorites. We’d like to come back to Kauai just to stay longer at this property. It was extremely clean and had every amenity that made it easy for a family stay. There were beach chairs and coolers and little added touches that made it feel like home away from home. We hope to stay again!

This is a very nice condo and it had everything we needed. Great location - we sat on the lanai every morning to drink our coffee and watch the sunrise (one morning we even had 2 mink seals on the rocky area of the beach). The sliding door is hard to close but I imagine that’s due to the humidity. The beds are VERY comfy!! Plenty of towels and they provided laundry soap, dish washer soap and plenty of trash bags. Only thing we had to buy was additional TP. Very clean - never saw a single bug. They even provided us with 4 beach chairs that we were able to take with us on our adventures. Just steps to the on site restaurant and the pools.

Waking up to the view from this unit was amazing. Opening the doors to run out on the grass and walk the beach combing for seashells couldn't have been better for our toddler. This unit is so close to the pool entrance next to the kids section it couldn't have been better location wise. The unit was quiet, the black out drapes helped us adjust to the time zone, the AC did the trick, the beds were good, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We mostly ate out so I can't speak to utilizing the kitchen beyond making coffee and tea and some other basics. The only con we came across was that one shower could use a deep clean. The rest of our family that stayed in other units were at this one frequently because it was so delightful to sit on the patio any time of day. As my 2nd visit to Kauai and my son’s first visit to Hawaii in his life. This was the best stay ever. I loved the sunrise everyday right from my bed. It was so relaxing for starting off the holiday season.
Kapa’a is my favorite stop on Kauai its centrally located to anywhere on the island. We will definitely come back!!

The place is clean, layout is nice, you can watch the sunrise from your room or you can step out the side door and walk a few steps to feel the sand on feet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we are surprised to find a rice cooker, that was a real bonus! :) the location is in the center of all the scenic places and its very close to the convenient stores. Also, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The place is like being at home while on a vacation ❤️❤️❤️

We has the best time in Kapaa and loves the location of the condo. The lanai opens up to a grassy area that our grandson has so much fun running around on! The accommodations are great, very clean and provided starter supplies needed for to start our 9 day trip! The check in process was seamless and so nice to not have to stop at a check in desk to access the condo.
The pool is so fun, love the slides!
We were sad to leave our morning views of the sunrise. Would definitely book again and missing Kauai already!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this vrbo! It is a perfect location steps from the beach. We saw several monk seals on the beach while we were there. The pool is really nice and great for families. It’s centrally located on the island perfect to get to all the adventures. We will be back!!

Property is perfectly located an easy drive to visit most the island and the room is in a perfect location within the property itself. Stocked with everything you’d need and with an incredible view of the ocean to enjoy. Easily the best room at the resort. Very easy to book and work with the booking agency and we’re already looking to come visit again.

The condo was amazing. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The lawn was great for an Easter egg hunt and lots of cartwheels for my daughter. The table and chairs outside was blocked from rain and wind, so we could eat dinner outside no matter what the weather was. I could pop over to the restaurant right outside the room and grab a cocktail to take back to the room. The pool was beautiful with 2 water slides which made the kids very happy. The best shaved ice is in the shopping center right across the street. There is also a grocery store across the street. The condo is also centrally located so you can get anywhere on the island relatively quickly. We highly recommend!

If you're looking for the perfect "resort" style rental, this is it!! Beautiful location on the first floor with amazing views. The pool/facilities are all clean and gorgeous, we will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our trip to Kauai! The condo was clean, well equipped and had the extra touches like beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards! We had an expansive lawn to play on, the beach, pool and restaurant were only steps away and the views from our condo were incredible!
