The location was wonderful. The only thing we had an issue with that was fixed with in 3 minutes of reaching out to the AMAZING Nicole was an issue with the AC unit. If you stay and the thermostat is blinking or not registering double check all the sliding doors. If any are open the AC will not come on. Actually a really good safety feature we didn't know about. We located the door one of our folks had left ajar and instant cool air!
The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms.
EASY access to the beach. :D
The beds are super comphy!
Parking was convenient.
Everything was wonderful.
If you need anything at all Nicole or Sheila are there to help. Even on Christmas day!

One of the best things about our vacation was the room. Two couples shared this unit and it worked out beautifully as the two master suites were on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy. It was on ground floor and close to the parking lot and huge pool area. There’s a restaurant and spa on site as well. After driving the island all week we realized our resort was comparatively nicer then most. So glad we chose this unit - could’ve stayed on property the entire week. We even saw a turtle nest and sleeping monk seal on the gorgeous beach in front of the resort. Need I say more?

Our place was great, very clean and cozy. We really liked how it was centrally located to everything and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was that the pool closed pretty early and we would have liked to be able to use it in the evening time.

Tons of space and well appointed. Excellent location for exploring everywhere on the island. The only habited place on the island I didn’t see chickens!
The bathrooms were huge, however there was some wear/tear there including cloudy shower glass doors, some moldy spots, and a cracked toilet tank lid. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful resort in central Ka’apa. There is a Safeway within short walking distance. As well as a few restaurants. Beautiful pool area, although the pool was too cold to swim in which was disappointing. Three hot tubs which one is designated for family use the other two for adults. The condo is located on ground floor with garden views not pool or ocean views. Which did allow for more privacy. We would stay here again. Owner response was quick

We enjoyed staying in unit Eeverything-103! It was clean, beautiful and just as presented. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, we cooked all our breakfasts and several dinners in the unit. The resort barbeques were clean. The beds were comfortable. The unit was large, plenty of space for 4 adults. It is a first floor unit with a green area out both bedrooms and the living room. We walked around the resort and I believe this side of the complex, buildings E & F, have more green space between the unit and the parking lot. Which in my opinion is much nicer than the back side of buildings B & C. Kelly communicated well and provided all information in a single email.

Nice property with 2 master suites located centrally on the island. Lanais on the property are small unless you select specific end units. The resort property is beautiful. Kitchen and appliances are nice, no storage baggies or plastic wrap, but there is a Safeway that people are able to walk to get food/kitchen supplies.

This resort is by far the most visually pleasing on the island. Then you walk through the door into a beautiful, fully appointed villa. Everything that was needed for our week’s stay, even down to basic seasonings, was considered ! The views out the sliding door from your bed each morning is like staring at paradise. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and there are plenty of pots, appliances and cookware to make a great meal, which we did often. The furniture is comfy in case you decide to stay indoors, but why would you when the resort has so much to offer. The boogey boards and life jacket were an excellent touch and we enjoyed them in the ocean. If I come back to Kauai, I’d certainly look to stay in Kelly’s villa again!

I would have rated this property with 10 stars if it was possible. The condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Kelly is an excellent host. She started the communication 10 days prior to our arrival, then gave a personal phone call the morning of our check in. The condo is clean, well decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards and extra beach towels were on hand for our use.. the condo is equipped with central AC which was wonderful. Many properties on the island advertise AC but only have window units so beware. The central AC in this unit is miles above the other rentals. The 2 master suites were a perfect set up for 2 couples in our group. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious. The beach is at the end of the parking lot in the complex. Very nice to walk to and from the beach. The pool in the complex is the largest and nicest of any rental we have visited. It has waterfalls, water slides and a lazy river around the pool. It was never crowded. If you rent this unit from Kelly you will not be disappointed. It will exceed your expectations.

Rental property was amazing. It had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It also came with everything you need to have a beach trip: chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, ice chest, life vests for kids. And right across the street was a grocery store. This property was a great value! Locations amazing. The pool is wonderful and you are right on the ocean. The room is a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Super convenient to be able to make full meals when we wanted to. This unit also had a closet full of beach equipment including 3 boogie boards snorkel gear towels chairs and a beach umbrella.

This condo and property worked perfectly for our family vacation! So nice to have two master bedrooms with amazing bathrooms! Property was well maintained and had everything you could want or need within east walking distance including a nice grocery store and plenty of great options for eating out, coffee, cocktails or shopping. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Any equipment you could need was provided in the kitchen. Snorkels, beach chairs, beach toys and even some childrens swim floaties were provided. They have both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig for those coffee aficionados. The communication was great...we had to call for assistance once and the call was returned within ten minutes. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable as well. The pool will provide beach towels for your use while you're there. The pool is large and beautiful with three hot tubs. We did not find one thing to complain about. Can't wait to go back!!!!

This property was by far the best one we stayed at while in Hawaii. The two separate bedroom offered plenty of privacy for two couples. The kitchen was spacious with top of the line appliances. Plenty of room to prepare meals on site. The pool was amazing, and the hot tubs were relaxing after the days activities. The lazy river and slide was a plus for those with children. The resort didn't seem overcrowded even during the weekends. There was shopping right across the street that you could walk to, or a little more down the road to another shopping area.

My parents and I stayed at this property in mid-March. As other reviewers have said, the pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and instructions were easy and simple! The overall resort/property were very nice, with gym, pool/hot tub, beach and walking path, restaurant, and on site access to beach amenities. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and had everything you could need. Snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas — no need to rent. Room itself has a wonderful garden view. For those that have disabilities, this is a ground floor condo so it’s perfect. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

This property is conveniently located and was just right for a four night stay on the East side. The property and pools were great and we enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of hiccups. The safe was not working (but we didn't really need it) and our access door code expired while we were taking out luggage out. As this was before the 11am checkout time we were surprised and lucky one of us was still in the unit or we wouldn't have been able to get back in for the rest of our stuff. We highly recommend this property.

We arrived at our condo in the late evening. Because of the good communication, we were able to access the condo with no issues: everything was great. Just like the photos! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had good equipment. We very much enjoyed our downtime in this condo. It was the perfect addition to a perfect island trip! Enjoyed that our spot was central to everything. We had everything we needed to eat in if we wanted. The lanai does face the parking lot, but there’s mature landscaping for privacy and creates a tranquil view. Very small walk down to the beach. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. I felt right at home here and didn’t want to leave!

This place was great, it had everything you need, nice easy ground floor location close to the super amazing pool. Close to the airport and centrally located on the east side, so only short drives to both Poipu or Hanalei. Loved walking across the street to get my morning coffee at Starbucks. Lots of shops near by including the coconut marketplace which had some great free activities. Communication was easy and smooth. We had a great time here and would most definitely recommend it and come back again!

This is a lovely unit in a great complex. The owner has provided everything a person could need! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and gadgets. The bedroom closet is stocked with beach items, even a cooler. We didn't use much of that but was great to see it was available. Basic toiletries were also provided. Lots of towels and facecloths in each bathroom. Beach towels available too.
There is a patio looking over a small garden and grassy area, which is well shielded from the parking lot, and is a great spot for morning coffee watching the birds. There is a view of the mountain. I have stayed in several units on the ocean side of this complex and I found this unit to be much quieter overall.

The condo is on the 1st floor and opens up to a beautiful lawn area where we played for hours with our active grandchild- perfect for our situation.
The condo is very spacious, beautifully accommodated and was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults and grandchild. The two master suites provided the privacy and space that worked very well with our 2 families sharing the unit. The resort is beautifully landscaped and has a great pool for adults and children. We spent many hours in the very large baby pool with a sandy bottom.
The resort is conveniently located on the beach near shopping and restaurants but the kitchen is also great for those meals that you want to cook yourself. You will have everything you need for meal preparation and cleanup.
We looked around the island in our travels and did not see anything that looked as nice as this resort. It was perfectly landscaped and maintained which made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners were great to work with and we loved every minute of it!

This was a truly amazing accommodation in a centrally located part of Kauai. The location is fantastic as you are right in the middle of everything. The room was spacious with new furnishings and appliances...very posh and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and I loved the bar on the beach. This place provided me with my most memorable vacation to date. When I return to Kauai I hope to stay here again!

the St. Regis Hotels, but this one is the top of the list!
Loved all the wonderful top of the line features. I did
not rent a car on this trip and could walk to everthing I
