I highly recommend this Condo! Easy drive to/from airport. This condo is ground floor with beautiful views. Very beautiful and comfortable inside as well, with everything you need. Centrally located to many activities. Especially liked being able to walk to the boat charters. Very small shopping area close enough to walk to, but if you are looking for shopping you will have to drive 15-20 minutes down the road. The beach that is accessible by the building is small and not for swimming. A short, maybe 15 minute walk down the road does provide a beach where you can relax and play in the water. Communication with the owner was great. We had all the information we needed and were provided great ideas to help us plan out activities.

We could not have asked for a better experience or place to stay for our Maui Family trip. Our host, Lisa provided us with a list of places to visit, eat, excursions, and shop so we could plan our trip ahead of time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the lanai is spectacular and as we were there New Year's Eve, the fireworks across the bay made the evening perfect. The condo is an easy drive to many attractions. If we had any questions, Lisa quickly answered any texts sent. The welcome basket of snacks and Hawaiian treats was an unexpected surprise. My children and I try and take one family trip a year and this is definitely one of the best places and experiences we have had.

If we had come to Maui just to sit on the patio and watch the ocean, it would have been enough. The condo is comfortable, beautifully remodeled with wonderful details including custom cabinets, slate floors, lighted soffits, original oil paintings and block prints of the islands and, except for a microwave, a fully equipped kitchen. It also supplied everything needed for beach expeditions—guidebooks, binoculars, thick beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, totes. We loved the location because it was quiet but an easy drive to Lahaina, Kihei and Kaanapali. Bravo to the owners for creating such a lovely vacation home!

We would like to thank Lisa for her hospitality and letting us share in this little piece of Maui Paradise. We enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets only to be outdone by an incredible total lunar eclipse on November 8th, 2022.

Loved all of it and the location was so central yet in a less busy area! The condo is on a dead end street which means less traffic and a feeling of being more exclusive.
The owner is wonderful and was so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experiencing. All around A+…..Simply can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful time we had on Maui staying in this gem of a condo! It was just perfect for our family of three. Right from the beginning our trip was off to a great start through easy communication with owner Lisa. She made sure we were warmly welcomed upon our arrival.
The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and inviting. It includes many useful touches that made our Maui adventure even better; including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. The sound of the ocean right outside the door can’t be beat, we enjoyed many sunrises right on the lanai.
I can definitely recommend a stay at this condo and we hope to return someday.

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful, oceanside condo. Everything inside the condo is lovingly done--it does NOT feel like a generic rental--incredible woodwork, artwork and great layout for two couples. Each night we saw sea turtles at the small beach, which is basically off the back patio. Centrally located for exploring the entire island, which is what we did. Lisa is lovely to work with--excellent communication and clearly wanted us to have a great time. HIGHLY recommend!

Lisa’s home is beautifully decorated, right on the ocean, with all the comforts of home and everything extra you could need on your Maui vacation. The location is central to all parts of the island so getting around was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this place was 5 star. The condo is a mahogany dream, the craftsmanship superb! Very clean and very comfortable. Right on the shore, with great snorkeling and whales breaching. Easy access to everything.

We arrive to island Maui for the first time. Everything was just perfect. Lisa’s place was more than we expected. All day long we heard the waves sound and it was very calming. It was spotless had everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen supply to beach chairs. Communicating with Lisa was very smooth and she was very generes and let us do early check in and late check out which we appreciate a lot!!

Wow…where can I even begin! From the time we first walked into 108 to the time we left, we felt extremely welcomed and at home. We were consistently in awe of how beautiful this condo is. Lisa did an amazing job with all of the finishing touches, right down to the linens. We would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we return to Maui! Truly a gem! Everything was thought of as far as furnishings go and each item was top notch quality. We also slept so well each night on those amazingly comfortable mattresses. Yay! Thank you for everything and for all of your kindness. If you’re looking for a beautiful and pristine oceanfront place to stay on your Maui vacation, look no further!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible care that has gone into this place. Lisa has done a great job. She was very easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. We were able to fully relax and rest at this beautiful place. Each morning we would wake up and read our bibles on the lanai, while listening to the ocean.
Highly recommend. We would come back for sure.

This condo was immaculate, well stocked, and in a fantastic location. There were beaches, bars, and restaurants we could walk to easily and it was an easy drive to explore the rest of Maui. It's a quieter area than some areas, but that was what we wanted. The complex and pool are lovely and well maintained. Lisa made the whole process clear and easy and I felt very comfortable communicating with her. We especially loved having the top quality beach chairs, coolers, pool noodles, and lots of beach towels for adventures. The AC unit was the quietest unit I've ever experienced and you could still enjoy the lanai while it was running which was great!

This is a lovely, spacious condo, furnished to provide a Maui home for the owners. The owners are like gracious hosts welcoming you into their home. The furniture, flooring, appliances, amenities - that is everything- is of high quality and beautifully maintained. Even the welcome basket was first rate. This is the perfect condo for people who want a quiet, sedate location, right on a great walking beach, somewhat removed from the intense tourist areas, but within easy driving distance of everything. We loved exploring during the day and then enjoying the evening, and mornings also, at the condo, usually on the lanai.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect for our trip. We stayed with another couple and the layout was perfect for two couples. Lisa was an awesome owner to deal with, she answered all of our question prior to arrival and the basket of goodies was a perfect way to welcome us. The place was clean, well maintained and stocked with little things that may have been forgotten....
Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant, truly a wonderful vacation!!
We hope to return and would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends!!!
The beach was close and you could walk for miles on the beautiful coastline. Spectacular view! It was a short walk to the harbor and the marine center with access to tours, stores and restaurants.

The owners are very nice people, honest and accommodating. They gave us excellent recommendations for local adventures and dining. This was my family's first trip to Maui and we were very happy with the condo. It was newly remodeled and elegantly detailed. Upon waking in the morning we could spot humpback whales spouting and breaching from the patio as we drank our coffee. Wonderful. It is located in a quiet area and away from the more congested places on the island and a short drive to anywhere you may want to be. There is a very nice beach public beach within walking distance and marina where we arranged whale watching and snorkeling trip. We all had great vacation and many great memories. Thank you.

Dennis and Lisa are very caring and do everything possible to make the stay perfect. This place is a hidden gem! My wife and I hope that it doesn't get to popular so that we won't have trouble renting it again! It's clean, updated and the perfect size for two couples or a small family. Nice and quite, with a beautiful view of the sun rising and setting over the ocean. The people of the community are very nice and helpful. It's exactly what it is described as, thank you Dennis and Lisa. We will be back!

Lisa was wonderful to work with. We appreciated her attention to detail and hospitable touches. We chose the condo because of the quality and decor and it did not disappoint. We were very comfortable and appreciated all the extras like beach towels and chairs. The condo was very quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed meals on the lanai with the gorgeous views and walking down to the sandy spot to see the sea turtles. We enjoyed the location for ease in accessing Wailea, Lahaina, the marina and even Pai'a. We didn't utilize the beach down the road frequently preferring the nearby Wailea beaches. We would recommend this lovely condo!

This is the place for you!!!! we have rented via VRBO in Cabo San Lucas, Italy and most recently here at the Island Sands on Maui and a can't say enough about the incredible view, the ease of the property itself; pool, parking well maintained grounds as well as an in house office manager who is ready and willing to answer any questions one might have regarding the many scenic tours around the island. Not to mention the very clean newly remodeled condo. Plenary of,room in the fridge to,all the beach amenities one needs to very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Worth every penny .......Thank you Lisa your help and ideas made our first time visit to Maui memorable and hoping we can return very soon ...Mahalo.....

As in the past we have always used VRBO to book find and book our condo's when going to Maui. We decided quite last minute to book this trip. So we had a hard time finding a condo. Fortunately this property was available. We have always stayed down in Kihei but we couldn't find a condo that fit our needs. We knew the location of Maalaea but it wasn't our first choice. After seeing the pictures that the owner Lisa provided to us and reading the reviews we decided this was the condo to rent. My parents who are in their early 80's came with us on this trip. The condo was perfect for them and for us. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, had all the kitchen needs we needed, was ground floor so it was easy for my parents and the view right off the Lanai was spectacular. The very first day we spotted whales. And early in the morning we enjoyed watching the turtles come in to feed off the rocks. The owner Lisa was amazing! She provided lots of information for us and was really helpful. It was easy to communicate with her and she always got back with us in a speedy manner to answer our questions. We actually loved the area of Maalaea. It was just a short drive to Kihei where we love the beaches and snorkeling and close to Lahaina for shopping and eating out. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this condo again for future trips to Maui.
