The main reason we picked this place was its location for a 3 bedroom, 3 queen or above beds which were hard to find.
For 3 couples, this was perfect. Very clean, nice kitchen. There is also some beach gear which was very helpful.

Other than a parking place fiasco at check-in (they changed their parking procedures 2 days before), we had a wonderful visit. The property, grounds and pools were all fantastic. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants.

We stayed here with our kids and my mom during our Maui vacation. We loved how spacious the condo was and how each room has it's own bedroom. The boogie boards and sand toys were an extra treat for our kids. Great location, easy walk to the beach!

We had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed except an air mattress which we bought and left behind. The beach chairs, umbrella and rafts were greatly appreciated. Our only issue was keeping the apartment cool, the AC units could be a little colder. Mahalo for a great time!!

Loved having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for three couples. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Appreciated having ice maker in freezer. T building has no elevator. Hubby with new knee did fine. Liked being close to pool/ hot tub.This unit was described as a "garden view". That might be a 's got palm trees hiding the road/parking area.

This is a great property and the listing was accurate in all respects. Location was excellent. The condo was comfortable and convenient for our family of five. The selection of beach equipment was amazing. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. The AC units struggled to keep up. The bedroom without AC was uncomfortable. But overall, the unit was very good and we would come back again, especially because it had 3 bathrooms which is hard to find.

We had a wonderful vacation experience in this condo. It’s set up very efficiently with three bedrooms and three full baths, which was very nice for our group. We also really enjoyed the fact that there was a full supply of beach chairs, and beach, umbrellas, and beach bags. The lanai was just wonderful. It was located so you were always comfortable no matter what the weather was, not too much sun, not too much shade, and even when it was raining, we never got wet. It has a nice large table with six chairs. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We have been at this facility four times and we will definitely come back.

The condo was super clean... great location and surprisingly very well stocked( lots of towels, a full kitchen, and beach toys & chairs !!! Our family would definitely come back !! The only thing that was a slight inconvenience is that we had to go up 3 flights of stairs and there was no elevator.

Bring your own bath towels and don’t forget anything in the unit because they will keep it. I left a bran new striped summer jump suit in the closet and either the owner or the cleaners kept it. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days almost 4 ooo dollars and I can’t even my clothes retuned back to me.

Maui Banyan #T-304. Oct 2021. 14 nights, party of 8 - 4 adults, 4 boys ages 4-11. Rented via Maui Condo & Home, who were fantastic. We loved it! Great location, very nice pool areas (2), very clean, the condo is very roomy (plenty of space for 8). The 3 bedroom beds were awesome; the pull-out bed was not as comfortable but still good & just fine for the 2 young boys who slept there. Very well stocked condo, A/C worked great (3 window units, each on a 6hr timer...initially seemed like it would be an issue, but it was not), washer/dryer was awesome (takes big loads), great dishwasher. If the building had an elevator (we were on 3rd flr), and was the first rather than last building in the complex, I'd have nothing left to suggest for improvements. 5 or 6 beach chairs & beach umbrella supplied in the condo (high quality for all). We found the condo unit to actually be roomier than it appeared in the pictures - usually we find the opposite. And, the staff provides generous amounts of initial stock for paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent (and people leave the extra they may have bought)...we've rented other condos where such initial provisions were disappointingly skimpy.Kamaole Beach Park II-right across the street-was perfect for our grandsons, ages 4, 6, 9 & 11. 5-6 minute walk from the condo, very nice beach. Waves big enough for kids to play in (0.5-2.5ft), boogie board & body surf a bit but (except on a few windy afternoons) not big enough to be too dangerous (always with proper close supervision of course).The kitchen has more dishes/glasses/cups/utensils/gadgets than you could expect, all of a very high quality. Even such things as tupperware, coffer grinder & esp/capp machine. Great kitchen. More towels/linens than you could possibly use (esp with washer/dryer). Nice balconies off all rooms.

Our vacation was wonderful! The three bedroom, three bathroom had absolutely everything we needed and more.The two bedrooms with King beds were very spacious; one has the laundry in it the other one has extra Linens. The third bedroom is adjacent with large doors opening into the living room... more ideal for a child/teenagers to use. We were a group of three couples so halfway through we drew straws and two couples switched rooms. However I found the queen bed more comfortable than the king bed. Each to their own.The rental came equipped with six Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas. We brought our own little folding cooler however you can easily buy one at the ABC Store to bring your beverages down to the pool or beach. The fridge was stocked with ice packs which is very convenient.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, pots, leftover containers and even a few basics that you need to get started such as coffee for the first morning, salt and pepper and some basic spices people left behind. There was nothing we could recommend to add. We found the condo to be very clean and well prepared for us. Access door key code parking was very easy to obtain.. No issues at all! I would like to note as the advertisement says... this is on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator so if you are not good with stairs and would not like lugging your luggage up and down or making multiple trips to the pool, this place would not be for you. Our group had no issues. This building is located at the back of the property but right next to one of the two pools. The pool area and facilities were well maintained and clean including the BBQs. Maui Banyan is directly across from Kamoele Beach II and a very short walk to beaches I and III. Great location overall in South Kihei. And make sure while you're there to go and watch the sunset he'd be crazy not to! We would highly recommend this condo

Family vacation and everyone loved the condo. It is a short walk to the beach where we watched the whales and the beautiful sunsets. There was plenty of space for us all and had almost everything we needed for cooking. The condo has 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and snorkel fins for you to use. Con: one bedroom did not have a TV or air conditioner, but there was a ceiling fan. Small kitchen trash can with only 1 bag provided, so we had to buy more trash bags.

Perfect for our family of 6. Top floor of 3 story building. Quiet. Spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Large comfortable beds. Updated throughout. 3 full bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped grounds, making the ~5 minute walk to the beach very pleasant (path is along the south side of the property). Would definitely stay again.

The place was super clean and welcoming when we arrived. There were even beach toys and chairs for us to use throughout our stay. Short walk to a gorgeous beach and tons of shops! The only downfall was that our building did not have an elevator, so packing luggage up 3 flights of stairs was inconvenient — especially traveling with my elderly parents. But, overall, I highly recommend this place & would stay here again!

Rental was easy. Plenty of room and beach chairs and toys made traveling with family so easy. Washer and dryer a super bonus. We traveled with a 3 year old and 2 carry on bags. Recommend cleaning the coffee pot with vinegar. It was slow. Highly recommend this place for convenience and awesome sunsets on the beach.

There were 8 of us staying at the condo - 3 moms and kids - escaping the cold winter for second winter break. The location of the condo was perfect. Right in Kihei, across from the beach, great pools that were really private and perfect temperature. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend!!

Excellent value. 3 bedrooms; 3 baths; 2 king beds and one queen. Extremely well equipped kitchen. I am a tea drinker and they had both an electric kettle and a teapot. Lots of dishes, mugs, pots and pans, coolers, beach stuff. No beach towels but those are cheap enough to buy. This unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Not a problem for us but you should be aware. Washer/Dryer. All in all, book it if you have a family group and it is available.

We really enjoyed the condo! It provided all the comforts of home but walking distance from the beach! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas daily!! Our family of six had plenty of room to make wonderful memories!!
