Accommodation were outstanding. The layout of the home with 4 large bedrooms was perfect for our family of eight. Location was excellent given proximity of beaches, restaurants, golf, and diving/snorkeling. Don, the property manager, was always very responsive and helpful.

4 golf buddies, we each had a Master Suite, private pool, gourmet kitchen. 5 Star accommodations. The only thing you need to ask yourself is; does it fit your budget and is it available? I have stayed in many vacation homes, This one is by far the BEST!!!!!!

Myself, 3 adult children and their significant others and my 3 grandchildren stayed in this beautiful home March 2023. Everyone loved the comfortable sleeping arrangements and private bathrooms. The pool was a hit with our littles (and us bigs)! Home was very clean, well equipped, and offered tons of pool toys/ floats and beach snorkels and chairs available. The location is awesome, as well! I am a huge fan of the Poipu area - and we were only a few minutes drive to Poipu Beach,shopping, and numerous dining locations. Don is a A+ as a property host - with prompt replies to our questions, allowing an early check in for a couple in our party, and understanding when we had to report some damage while we stayed in his home. This is my 7th trip to Kauai and the best home I have ever stayed in. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. I highly recommend this amazing home to families as well as to individual couples We will definitely be returning to this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home - we had a fabulous time with our family of 3 grown children and their spouses. The house is very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Every bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge convenience. We also enjoyed hanging out at the poipu athletic club. Great central location, easy to get to the beach and restaurants.

The house was fantastic and fit our group of 7 easily. The property is in a nice neighborhood and within a short drive to many area attractions. Everything was provided with no extras needed including snorkel masks which was a plus for us! Don was great to work with and we are already thinking of booking again!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to several beaches. Grocery stores and shops are close by. There is plenty of space for food storage and the kitchen was well outfitted. Individual bath rooms for each bed room was appreciated by everyone. The swimming pool was a great plus and used regularly. Overall this was a great location and property for our nearly two week family get together.

We’ve rented a lot of properties all over the world. This house ranks in the top. The location is very close to golf, restaurants, shops, grocery store. It’s a gorgeous property and well kept. The owner was very accommodating letting us check in 6 hours early due to our flight change. He was also very responsive with questions during the booking process. Some of my favorite things about the house- three bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms so all couples had nice rooms, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook, the patio and pool area are lovely. My only complaint is trivial - it would be nice to have better shades/curtains for sleeping in. Definitely recommend this property!

Our group of friends and family so enjoyed the relaxation this gorgeous home offered us in our downtime. It was clean and exactly what the pictures present it to be.
It was lovely to have a pool to swim in whenever we felt like - no closing time. We were able to cook several meals at home to enjoy together.
Can we talk about the beds for a minute? They were insanely comfortable - which, after a full day of activity, the luxury of being able to fall asleep in comfort did not go unnoticed.
Check in and check out procedures were simple. Especially check out. So often, vacation home rentals require you to essentially deep clean the house before their cleaning crew arrives. We left the house tidy upon check out, of course - you always try to leave things as you found them. But we didn't feel as though we were both doing AND paying for the cleaning.
Don was an excellent host and incredibly easy to work with. We so enjoyed our stay. You will, too. Don't think twice, book this house!

First the place is just so beautiful. Great location and so many necessary items supplied!! Don was always available for questions. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and everyone from 2-62 enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are all large and allowed the 5 adults to have lots of space. Kids loved the pool and played with the many pool toys. On the last day we went to the athletic club included with the property and the food was spectacular there. We liked that pool and set up for kiddos too. My husband and I traveled with our five kids and we all absolutely loved the house. This was our first trip in two years and very first time to Kauai. This property did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space and all the added details made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Our kids loved the grounds, the heated pool , and eating outside while enjoying the view became a favorite. Oh can’t forget the the athletic club. That definitely was enjoyed and such a great little bonus to the stay.Don thought of everything and it showed in all the added details. Such a great host and so easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Home is located in a great area and property manager was very responsive. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking. The pool was very dirty and I had to skim gnats for an hour prior to using it. The home has not been cleaned properly in a long time. Dead bugs in every corner, windowsill, and door. Found both live and skeletonized geckos. Worst of all we found both live and dead cockroaches throughout the home. We booked the property for 4 nights and left after one when we found a clean property down the street. We were out thousands of dollars. We understand we were in Hawaii; however, we did not have cockroaches in any of our other four rental properties on three different islands. Manager was responsive and willing to get an exterminator there right away but our group was not comfortable staying. Would be a decent place to stay if bug and cleaning issues are taken care off.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. With the four bedrooms, all with attached separate baths, this property was perfect for our group of two couples and two singles enjoying a family vacation. Everyone had plenty of private space to spread out! We LOVED the huge kitchen and the entire property was beautifully furnished! The private swimming pool was a wonderful feature that we really enjoyed using and lounging around during our stay. The property is perfectly situated and close to everything in Poipu. My adult daughters were happy to be able to walk to Poipu Beach along with Little Fish Coffee and the Poipu Shopping Village. The latter had a small market, shops, restaurants and the Kauai Juice Co which they visited many times! Don was an absolutely wonderful host and immediately responded to all of my messages. We enjoyed taking advantage of the beach and pool gear available in the garage. The living room was comfortably furnished and we had fun hanging out there and using the TV as a group. My son was able to use the large dining room table as a remote office which worked out well. It was really nice how spacious the property was and how the two downstairs bedroom suites were at opposite ends of the house. The two upstairs suites were also nice with plenty of room and spaced separately across the hall. A bonus feature was having access passes to the nearby Poipu Beach Athletic Club where we enjoyed the pool with slide, restaurant and pickleball courts. It also had a full gym, basketball and tennis courts. The front desk has towels and sports gear available to use. If we have the opportunity, we would certainly love to rent this property again on our next visit to Kauai!! Thanks again Don for all of your hospitality! Mahalo!!!

This was the perfect vacation get away. Four large bedrooms each with a private bathroom, fully stocked with everything you need. Great family pool with all the water sport equipment you will need. A plus is the membership at the Poipu Athletic Club which has a pool, tennis courts and gym equipment. A great grill restaurant right there near the pool is convenient. The host is great and is callable or textable at a moments notice. He has spared no expense making the house comfortable and inviting. We will be back.

Don and Vrbo assured our family vacation was relaxing, effortless and enjoyable. The property is spacious, gorgeous and equipped with everything you could possibly need. This is a really NICE property in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to beaches and restaurants but when sitting by the pool it felt remote and quiet. Nothing was missing and the manager was great. All bedroom have in-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom was great. The kitchen and living space is beyond large and extremely well equipped. I would rent this again for sure.
