This 5th floor pool and ocean view villa has a beautiful view. It was nice having a full table on the deck so we could eat outside and play games. The pools are really nice and we enjoyed the walking trails along the beach and the calmness of the ocean in the lagoon. The beach is beautiful. This until had everything we needed.

Our family had an incredible time here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and provided incredible views from every room. The grounds were immaculate, the lagoon was wonderful to swim in, and every staff we came in contact with was such a delight. We will be back for sure.

Really glad we booked this property for our 10 day stay. Spacious unit and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Unit overlooks both pool and beach. Resort is “off the beaten patch” yet seemingly close to everything we would need or do.
Pros:
* Well stocked unit. Kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch in the unit. This probably saved us several hundred dollars eating out.
* Large bathrooms.
* Comfortable beds.
* Quiet interior - with doors closed very little outside noise.
* Resort with semi private beach / lagoon.
* Pool bar (bring your credit cart - it ain’t cheap). I will say they are quite generous when pouring, however
* Big TV.
* Golf and water sports nearby.
Cons:
* Kids at pool rule the roost. With Disney resort next door I was surprised at the number of kids under 10. They screeched non-stop and their parents just looked on smiling while quaffing another drink. Thankfully the “quiet pool” disallowed kids.
* Unit is a little dated in terms of furniture and decor. Don’t get me wrong, it was still pleasant - just needs some refreshing.
Would I return? Absolutely yes. 10/10 despite the brats.

Many reviews focus on the family experience but I will share how great this was for 5 adults. As many have said, the unit is excellent. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen with great amenities and great dining room furniture. The Lanai overlooks the lagoon pool which is just over the top fabulous for adults and children. There are all of these connected little coves in the pool that there could have been thirty people in there but you feel like its just you and your friends. Hot tubs are integrated into the pool and it even has a sandy beach section of the pool. Steps away from the pool is the Hale Bar which has great drinks for the adults but also tons of lunch and snacky food options for the kids. Then, the beach lagoon. Oh my Barb. Words can't describe adequately. An outer semicircle of soft grass in the shade of palm trees followed by 40 feet of clean sand lead to water that is gentle and warm for swim, float or snorkeling. The resort has beautiful well maintained landscaping throughout and looks like paradise. Nearby, there are a ton of adult fun options. A Monkeypod, Roy's and shops and stores all walking distance were fantastic. We also played Ko Olina Golf Course which is beautiful and not too difficult. And, since the Disney resort is next door and since we are those people, we booked the character breakfast and visited Mickey and Friends. Costco/Walmart 2 miles away. I could go on and on but am limited on space. Awesome property!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach Villas at Koolina. The pictures could not capture the beauty of the place! We did have a couple hiccups during check in. When I called the contact person to see if we could store our bags early knowing that our check in wasn’t until a few hours later, we were told that it wasn’t a problem and someone would meet me there to handle the bags. The person that was supposed to meet me there didn’t show, but it wasn’t that huge a deal. We were also told our check in would be at 4 but when we were brought up by our guide the cleaning crew was still in deep clean mode. We waited another 30-40 minutes downstairs until they finished up. Again, not a huge deal but something that did come up. Other than that, the place was clean, stocked nicely, in a beautiful location, and we loved waking up and eating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Definitely recommend!

We were so thrilled with our villa and the property! We had different kid, age ranges and adults, and there was some thing for everyone to do! The room had everything we needed in it plus more! The view was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was stunning and the pond area was so much fun! There was even someone there to rent paddle boards, and that was a blast! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again, in the future!

We truly loved this property. So much space space for 7 people, the beds were extremely comfortable and closet was well stocked with beach chairs and toys. The hosts were prompt with any responses and very easy to work with. We also loved how calm the overall area and lagoon were after exploring the island for the day.

Great condo! We brought our three children (17, 18, 21) and loved that the master wing and guest wings were on opposite sides. It gave everyone the privacy they needed. The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved being able to eat breakfast or make sandwiches and eat on the balcony. The condo also had chairs, a boogie board, a cooler, beach toys, etc. Everything you would need.

The villa was the perfect place for our vacation. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers were great, and the kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to cook breakfast daily. There was plenty of seating in the lanai for all 7 of us and we loved sitting there each morning with a cup of coffee and breakfast. The lanai overlooks the pool and also a great view of the lagoon/ocean. The villa also has beach chairs and towels provided which made it convenient to go to the pool or out to the lagoon. There are a few restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within about a half mile from the villas. It was nice to be able to walk there to pick up a few things from the store or get ice cream from Black Sheep Cream Co. We loved the ice cream so much we went 3 times during our trip! It was also easy to drive to other areas on the island, although there is some traffic during the usual morning/afternoon rush hour. Ko Olina is a great area for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. I highly recommend staying in the villa if you want the comforts of home during your vacation.

My family and I (6 of us) stayed at this property for 6 days and the property exceeded our expectations.
As for the condo, it was clean, very spacious, with nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, along with a few seasonings / oils to cook with. There's also quite a few beach / pool toys and chairs in the closet which was an added plus. We enjoyed the spacious lanai and ate most of our meals out there. The view was gorgeous and peaceful.
The condo is perfectly located in the Beach Tower which in my opinion has the best view of the beach, pool and lagoon. It's situated in between Aulani and the Marriot. The wonderful thing about these condos is that it's not nearly as crowded as the other locations. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and shopping at the other hotels, and then walk back to our peaceful condo, which was very nice.
Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The only slight complain I have is that check in was supposed to be at 4pm, but the condo wasn't ready until after 5:00p.m. It wasn't a huge problem, but we had an early flight, and the kids were ready to check in and get settled. The staff were great, very nice and assisted us with whatever we needed. Again, this location is a hidden gem, and we look forward to staying here again the future.

We were a group of 6, three couples (all over the age of 53) and we loved our stay here in Ko Olina in this condo. Having three bedrooms with three washrooms was perfect for our group. The best part of the condo was the lanai. We had the doors open whenever we were there - the view is breathtaking. Some people in previous comments were not happy with the 'brown land' looking out in the distance. We thought just the opposite - so much better than having a building close by - there was nothing blocking our view from the ocean and palm trees. There were a few things that needed attending to and we got pretty quick service from the owner. We would definitely recommend this condo and would be very happy to return one day.

The location was Beautiful, it’s a drive and with traffic it takes a Very Very long time to get there. Once there the property managers were some what nice, but very Unaccommodating when it came to questions and parking. Had a Full size Suburban and had me park in the very small garage, when I asked for another spot was treated rudely. There “security” is a joke they tag you for violations when it comes to parking but they (security vehicle)parks in handicap parking and nothing is done. I brought this to management attention and they just surged it off as in “oh well”. So I complained that I was tagged for a big vehicle trying to park in small spot, but you guys can violate and it’s no big deal.
Owners of property did not communicate at all sent them several (meanin 3 or 4) messages and got nothing back. But their place is super nice, very clean, with a great view. Over all rating a 3 out of 5 just because of distance traffic property management and lack of communication with owners. View , condo, 5. But 0 stars cause bar pool and hot tube close at 9pm every night…. So no socializing. Pool is not heated during winter and the beach/lagoon sand was not kept clean of garbage or debris….

We had a great stay here. Susie and the property staff were all great and a huge help. Check-in was easy and the communication leading up to it was seamless.
The property has all the amenities you would need for a family vacation. The kids loved the pool and lagoon being in such close proximity. Attached + assigned parking made it easy to travel around the Ko Olina area. The unit was extremely spacious with a great balcony to hang out on and enjoy the views. They also had plenty of beach and family items stocked which made things that much more convenient.
The location was great. There was plenty of walkable restaurants and stores, and even more just a short drive away.
Susie was very accommodating to our schedule which was a huge life-saver, as we were traveling with our little one for the first time and the airline threw us a few curveballs.
Overall stress-free and a great time. Such a great value especially compared to the neighboring properties. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our 6 month old, 5 year old, and parents. It was perfectly located by the pool and lagoon #2. The villa was clean and quiet. We loved the resort because it was not crowded or touristy, and the staff provided excellent service. The pool and lagoon were very clean and the site was very safe. We loved our stay in Michael and Susan's VRBO, it fit all of our needs. Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 younger children were in the side with rooms near each other. Our older grandson slept in the great room sofa bed. We were on the other side in the master bedroom. We were able to cook and enjoy our meals on the great balcony with enough seating for all. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. The master closet had a cooler, kick boards, beach toys and beach chairs. A picture of items for the beach would enhance the listing. The view from the balcony was picture perfect.

We completly enjoyed Ko'Olina the property was beautiful. Perfect for my Adult kids and I. The 5 of us enjoyed the beach and Hot tubs a few times but never the pool ( I mean the beach is right there). There are a number of fish to be spotted in the cove and we enjoyed our snokle gear. Host didnt mention but there are several supplies right in their closet kids sand toys some floaties and chairs we used the chairs also think i spotted a couple of coolers there. The condo was convinent to all the activies we had planned and well appointed with all the things you need on your stay. Would definately recommend the host and the Condo. We loved it.

Fantastic property & location. Just what we hoped for. Recently retired & celebrated with a trip to Oahu for 12 of us. 6 stayed in this condo & it was perfect. Everything was there to allow us to celebrate/enjoy as we wanted. Numerous nights dining out but a couple nights spent dining in the condo too & it had everything we needed to enjoy. Our stay was great except for some minor things. The view was amazing! The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, had plenty of swim toys, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, paddle boards, even a cooler! The only thing that I would think they should replace is the disgusting broom. With no daily service, we swept the floors ourselves with this really old broom that had mostly pieces of bristles sticking up and not down. They did have a little tiny brush i ended up using. Dishwasher & garbage disposal broke, and they fixed it the same day! Awesome service! The view was perfect and watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was the BEST! We can’t wait to come back!

For us, the Beach Villa was perfect; it was far from crowds and had nearby groceries, the lagoons at Ko Olina are gorgeous and the grounds are kept Green and clean! We didn’t know we would have a large brown spot to overlook, but there was so much other beauty it didn’t matter. We could still see the lagoon pool and parts of the beach from our condo. The owners were receptive and staff helpful. Someone even left coffee so we had enough for the first morning. The pools were not too crowded and kept nice. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed in all the rooms. We had a great stay!
