We had a wonderful stay here during our four nights in the Honolulu area! The unit has amazing views from all rooms and is a short walking distance to beautiful Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. A key consideration is that parking is free in a secure garage during your stay. This unit was the perfect hub for our Honolulu adventures.

We just returned from our stay last week. The location of the property is very convenient. The view from the condo is wonderful. Check-in and check-out was very easy with detailed instructions provided. We rented a car for our stay, and had free parking which was nice. Convenient to walk to dinner and attractions in the Waikiki Beach area. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend and would stay here again in a future stay.

We enjoyed everythingexcept the chaotic parking lot and evacuation order
On Monday 9/26 a loud evacation order was broadcast repeatedly over loudspeakers on our 29th floor. We were told to immediately exit via the srairways. We are both in our 80's. We followed those orders and when we got to the ground floor I expected to emergency vehicles in the area. Nothing!
There were quite a few people in front of the hotel. No one knew why the evacuation order was given. The lady at the front desk didn't know about the order. The people in the security office shrugged their shoulders when I asked them.
My wife was exhausted after going down 29 flights of stairs. I asked the staff if I could borrow a wheelchair to get her back to the room.
They asked if I wanted them to call 911.

The title says it all. VERY close to the beautiful Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. Parking is FREE in a secure garage during your stay. The condo was immaculately clean and extremely spacious. The views of Diamond Head are incredible. Great value and a nice hub for all of your Honolulu adventures.

Walkable Waikiki is amazing. We left the car parked and walked to most places. The view from the windows and lanai are breath taking. There are dozens of good restaurants and bars to choose from. We'd stay again!

This condo was perfect for our 5 day stay in Waikiki. The beach is just 2 blocks away and we were able to walk to dinner every night. The views of Diamondhead are stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a coffee shop on the first floor of the property.

Location was amazing. Property as described. Only the very bare basics provided (salt and pepper…, not beach fun stuff….whereas most places I stay let everyone pay it forward with say ketchup, oils, other cooking items, boogie boards, floaties ….had to request another beach towel and only provided 2 for the 3 of us.). So was it perfect in my mind…no. But it was a comfortable stay, good location and parking I know is a huge plus.

This is a great property. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again. Loved having a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, laundry washers, coffee shop, and a market on the first floor. Great views off balcony. Walking distance to Waikiki beach and restaurants. Has it's own parking at no extra cost. Unit is clean and we would hope others respect the no shoe policy to keep unit clean for next customer.

I stayed here fo a week with my mother and my daughter and we could not have had a better experience. We were given very clear instructions for access to the room and parking which helped us so much. A very smooth process and when I saw the room I literally ran back down to my mom like I was a kid again, 'you've got to see this its even better than the pictures!' Midway was always communicating with us and so responsive the second we had a question. Very clean room and amazing location! So close to the beach we would just walk down each morning. Loved the parking always found a spot and it was free so that was even better! I could go on and on but my mom is already planning another stay with my grandpa later this year and I wont stay anywhere else when I come back! So glad I booked here and I cant wait to do it again!

We enjoyed our 8 night stay here. The corner end unit has a stunning view of Diamond Head. From the bedroom, you can also see Waikiki Beach. Waikiki Banyan is walking distance to the beach and to many shops and eateries. We also appreciated the parking accommodations. We look forward to staying here again!

To find a place in Honolulu close to the beach with parking and with such spectacular views for this price is unheard of. My husband, two elementary age boys and I stayed here a couple days and it was a great home base. We visited, the beach, the museum and shops- all within walking distance. We also took day trips up to Haleiwa and the Polynesian Cultural Center. This spot was easy access to just jump on the highways as well. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Waikiki Banyan! We would stay here 100 times over! The team was very responsive when our coffee pot stopped working and replaced it immediately. The condo was clean and easily accessible to all the things we wanted to do in Waikiki!

his 29th floor condo has a striking view of Diamond Head, as well as views of Waikiki beach where you can watch the sunset from the room. The condo is clean, and the kitchen has all essentials. The condo was especially good for our infant. The living room is spacious for crawling, and the bedroom separator does a good job of attenuating noise for the baby to sleep.
Location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Ala Wai canal. The included parking is also a nice bonus for any travelers planning to venture outside Waikiki. Overall, a great rental.

My wife and I were in Hawaii for about a week in February and stayed at the Waikiki Banyan. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and everything worked perfectly. Two things worth noting. There is no washer/dryer inside the apartment. The w/d units are on each floor and there is a pair adjacent to the apartment. Each load in either unit is $2.50. We ended up spending $25. The second point is that the bathroom is equipped with a high tech ToTo toilet…very nice.
So all in all, we would highly recommend the Banyan.

This property has everything you need. Close to everything in Waikiki and a beautiful view to boot! We read a lot of online reviews and this property has it all. It is comfortable without being stuffy and we felt at home the whole time. Honestly you will be out enjoying the island during most of your stay. Tips!!! Watch the sunset on the beach, eat at dukes as much as possible, try the coconut mojitos and watch the fireworks on the beach on Friday night! Oh and get a keep and explore as much as possible, the parking is a bonus with this property!! Have fun!!!!

The room was perfect for our needs! It’s close to the beach and walking distance to everything! The views are amazing as well. The only con would be the building/hallways could use a little updating, and the kitchen was a little small. If it’s just a couple people it works fine though!

The location was perfect and waking up each day to the amazing views of the water, city and diamond head made the rental even better. We walked to places for dinner when we stayed in town and parking was also very easy and loved the fact I never had to worry about finding a spot! We stayed for 4nights and really loved the location (4min walk to the Waikiki beach and shopping centers) and the views from each window. The property is small but well laid out. The kitchen has limited pots / pans.. could be stocked better - like adding a frying pan. Hosts were very responsive. Overall we had a good experience.

This condo was perfect for our family’s Honolulu vacation. Check-in was easy. The location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and several shops/restaurants. Our son loved the pool/playground area. The bed was comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa.
I really appreciate that the rental came with a parking spot. This allowed us to rent a car and tour the island. I would stay at this property again!

This unit has fantastic views as it is a corner unit. Main views are of Diamond Head with only a partial obstruction and out the south end toward Waikiki beach with partial obstructions. If you have been to Waikiki you know there is no perfect view unless you pay top dollar for beach front. This unit has great views for the price point.
Amenities are nice and comfortable. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat, but closing all the curtains while we were out helped. Bed is comfortable and has comfortable pillows. Kitchen is well appointed with what you would need.
My only gripe is the water doesn’t get very cold out of the faucet, but there are ice trays in the freezer. Also water has a very “city” taste, but also not uncommon to the island. We are on a well at home, so I likely just notice it more than others who drink city water might.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 days for our first post-COVID vacation. The condo was as advertised. The location just can’t be beat. 2 blocks to Waikiki and a ton of restaurants. Parking was easy and the Lanai was my perch for reading. The condo was clean and reasonably equipped. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This was exactly what we needed for our stay on Oahu. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from the beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was great- being an end unit it had extra square footage and a nice ocean view from the kitchen window. The management company was quick to respond to our questions and requests. And it came with free parking!

This was a good stay for the price point. Very convenient location, walking to lots of shops, food trucks, restaurants. The building itself is pretty worn and older, and catching the elevators can take a while. The condo itself was bright and open and airy, but also shows it’s age, but there were great views from anywhere you were. Bed was a little firm and linens were lower end quality. They provide only one set of beach towels and bath towels, which makes keeping them clean difficult or inconvenient because they are always in use. The washing machine is right outside the door of the unit, but there is only one per floor, so you may have to be strategic- especially with only one set of towels. $2.50 to wash or dry per load- can use quarters or download an app. Trash chute is also right next to this unit so that is convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils. Floors and carpets were clean throughout the space. The biggest issue was the bathroom, the toilet ran a lot and the bath tub did not drain!! We did not alert the management til well into our stay about it, but got zero response about it. Every shower ended in you standing in 4-5 inches of dirty water- it was gross, because the scum and yuck then builds up in the bath tub. It literally took 20 minutes to drain after an 8 minute shower. But, even with that, the other conveniences and space combined with the view did not make the very small bathroom a deal breaker. The parking pass was a huge advantage! Parking is terrible and expensive, so a dedicated free spot was really a huge money, time, and frustration saver. Beach chairs and cooler provided were also pretty good and a great convenience. I would consider staying here again, the pros outweighed the cons overall.
