Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Open parking spot for 1 car. No garage access. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Lap Pool and Swimming Pool onsite
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. TV's located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker (drip and Keurig style), Blender, Rice Cooker. Please note that there is not an ice maker.

Kulalani 2403 is located in Building 24 at Kulalani. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Kulalani is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Roomy, well appointed two story condo. Plenty of room for 4 adults with two bedrooms, a big kitchen, a nice living room and 2 lanais. The beach club was very nice and my daughter and her boyfriend used the gym and pool with good reviews. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels supplied by the unit. The only suggestion would be to allow adjustment of the thermostat below 74F or provide a standing/tower fan, as the upstairs smaller bedroom was warm. There is also 5 parking spaces out front for 6 units so parking was not always available immediately out front.

We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedroom condo with access to the Beach Club, pool and fitness center. It was centrally located in Mauna Lani although it was a 15-20 minute walk to the public beach park. We were not familiar with Mauna Lani, so it would have been helpful if there had been a map of the entire resort at the condo, listing where everything was located.

What a perfect spot for our first trip to Hawaii and to race the Ironman. Great location, beach, swimming pool, grocery store and restaurants. The house was so clean and the kitchen had everything you would ever need to make meals. The outside grill was fantastic along with the outdoor seating. There was one townie bike and a second would have been great. Overall our family thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations.

Just a wonderful spacious townhouse with lanai's that look out to lush green gardens. Ten to fifteen minute walk down to the Fairmont Orchid. The Mauna Lani beach club access was 'key' and a short 2 mile drive. Unit also very well appointed in the kitchen, owners even had some beach chairs and umbrella accessible in the garage. We're already talking about going back :-)

Beautifully furnished and well stocked property. Loved the first impression when you walk through the front door. This property has it all!! We enjoyed the "quiet" pool and our daily walks. Would stay again.

Very convenient, quiet, fun location. Enjoyed cooking on location vs. restaurants every night (with masks) and relaxing by pool, spa. Will definitely recommend to family, friends.

This is a very nice property in a wonderful development. We enjoyed our stay. The living room sofa is uncomfortable and the living room is pretty dark (not much natural light). Master bed was very hard as well with a canopy which blocks out the fan at the other end of the bedroom. Overall it was a good place.

The main problem was the king size mattress in the master bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. If we had a mattress like this in a hotel, we would ask to switch rooms. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we would choose this condo again if we found out the mattress had been replaced. Too, for clarity, the directions for driving to the condo should state building 2400 with a sign outside that reads 24. The building numbers were all single or double digit which took a bit to figure out when arriving at night. I had questions about extending our stay and the team member was very prompt and courteous.
