The house was fantastic. Everything was clean. Kitchen appliances all worked. Bathrooms were clean. The deck is great and we spent a lot of time on the deck watching the ocean and the amazing sunsets. The only issue we had was one day the fire alarm started beeping, needing a battery replacement. The property manager came out within an hour and replaced ALL of the fire alarm batteries. She was great to work with. I would highly recommend this house, just based on her alone!
The location was great. A short drive to Kahuku and Laie and the Polynesian Cultural Center, or a short drive the other direction to Sunset Beach, Shark's Cove and Waimea Bay. So much to do on the North Shore. The only downside was the beach right in front of the house is very rocky and that makes it difficult to get in the water. However, because of that, we were forced to go find other beaches and we found a lot, both on the Laie side and the sunset beach side. There are amazing beaches everywhere, and it was really fun to go find a new, different beach each day.
We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to anyone and hope to stay there again one day.

House was everything it was posted to be. Amazing view and beach access! Worked great for my family of 6. No complaints. Few quick tips, try to get there before dark. A bit hard to find if you don't know where you are going. Also beach area right out of house is mostly tidepools. Super cool for exploring, not so great for swimming. And wear water shoes! Swimming may be better during summer months, not sure since we were there during big swell time.

My daughter decided to get married on the North Shore. A friend recommended we stay here at the beach front houses. The views of the ocean are incredible ! Loved sleeping to the sound of the waves. Walking along the beach, although the area in front of houses is rather rocky. The sunsets were gorgeous. We were able to see whales breaching, from a long distance away but viewable with binoculars. My daughter got married in the property and everyone commented on how wonderful the location was for a beach wedding. Would highly recommend anyone wanting an ocean view to stay here.

We really enjoyed staying here. The proximity to the beach was great and going to sleep listening to the waves each night was a highlight of the trip. Also very nice to have a washer/dryer on hand. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent the week at this vacation home with my family. Everything was great! Though the house was a little stuffy when we first arrived, most likely due to the air conditioning set up, the rest of the stay was picturesque. The staff was very attentive, the views were amazing and my family and I enjoyed a beautiful stay together.

We loved this house for the views and the lovely beach in front of the home. It was a lovely stay and our family was thrilled to have the time in north shore at such a beautiful spot. It’s conveniently located and a very relaxing atmosphere.
There were a few dated elements to the house and a few small things that were damaged, which was fine but we didn’t expect that given the price for the rental. The outdoor shower is significantly damaged by termites, with two of the sides completely disconnected from each other. The deck furniture upstairs off of the master suite was broken and one of the lawn chairs was also damaged and unusable. The downstairs rooms were a little musty smelling when we arrived. The dishwasher wasn’t working well and the fridge is very old and the front of it rusty.
Overall none of these things significantly detracted from our stay and we did enjoy the time at the house.

We will miss the sound of waves crashing all night and breakfast on the lanai. The house is really cute and perfect for great pictures to make your friends and families back home jealous. The house was very clean when we arrived. It met all of our requirements and more. Easily sleeps 8 people. After multiple visits to the island, this has been our favorite spot to stay. Easy check in/checkout with very friendly staff that quickly answered some easy logistics and amenities questions before our arrival.We can’t wait for our next trip. Mahalo!

Very happy with the property location, household furnishings, etc. Experienced an unusual number of mechanical problems during our one week stay: two plumbing leaks, two broken dishwashers, a broken toilet. Team RE staff very responsive. Six of us suffered thru a wicked 24 hr GI virus during our visit. We purchased supplies and completed a deep clean of appliances, bathrooms, surfaces. Wondered whether feral cats and chickens roaming on decks, dining tables, and outdoor furniture might have been a contributing factor?

Plenty of room for our 6 adults, we especially enjoyed just hanging out on the deck watching the waves. We made a big family breakfast every morning and the kitchen was well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and easy to talk to. Lovely, lovely place.

These properties are the BEST way to experience the North Shore of Oahu. With such a idyllic setting we were always looking forward to beginning and ending our days of adventure at the house.Everything was as advertised, and the children lov3ed being able to get to the beach quickly! Our only down side is that the directions to the house are very poor if you are arriving after dark! The highway is poorly marked and the Team Real Estate sign is not there as indicated.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kawela Kai Nani 501. The property was within walking distance along the beach of our niece’s destination wedding venue. Also in short driving distance were the incredible Ted’s Bakery, Sunset Beach, and kid friendly Shark’s Cove for snorkeling or just wading and viewing the sea life. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and two young children. Rooster crowing to wake you in the morning and the relaxing surf sounds to put you to sleep. A great vacation place!

The house was great, amazing views from the Living Room, Lanai, Backyard, Master Bed and Bath. Stocked everything you need. Perfect location for us, we spent time at Turtle Bay, Wiamea Beach, Valley and Falls, Sharks Cove, Sunset Beach and Haliewa Beach. Ted's Bakery is so close a d you cant beat the food at Ted's. We also enjoyed Haleiwa Beachhouse, Food Trucks and Shark Diving at One Ocean Diving, which is about 20 minutes away.

This place was awesome. Beautiful view, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Did not cook anything but breakfast but could have. Had everything needed for the kitchen. My only recommendation would be shades for the upstairs in the daytime so it would keep the house cooler when we left. Had things for the beach, lawn chairs--just perfect!! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
