The house is gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Just a few houses walk to the beach and a few to town. The backyard is incredible. The views are just stunning and it has the prettiest tree in all of Hanalei. There is a resident outdoor cat who is the sweetest. The decor and setup of the house is awesome. My family of 6 stayed there (ages 10-78) and all loved it. Host was responsive and very easy to contact. House was very clean and had tons of amenities like beach gear, toiletries etc. We made friends with a neighbor who was so kind and made us tons of Korean food. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Highly, highly recommend. This is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at.

We stayed for 10 days in August 2025. The location is great - 5 min walk to beach and in the midst of town - though there is a good bit of traffic driving through. The house is spacious and gave everyone a place to relax comfortably in their own area. The AC did not work in the bedrooms, but the property management company did their best to swiftly address the issue and we used fans to help where we could. The cleanliness was good, except the couch had not been vacuumed underneath and the coffee pot needed a thorough cleaning after someone had left wet grounds in it previously. It could have used more bath linens, specifically wash cloths, so we did find ourselves washing linens often. The house does come with a friendly outdoor kitty that we enjoyed visiting with on the deck! The backyard is private and peaceful. While we did experience some issues during our stay, the responsiveness and courtesy of the management company, location and overall comfort of the home made this an enjoyable visit that we would recommend and revisit ourselves again.

This was our second time at this perfect beach house. We love it here so much we never want to leave. The home is clean and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The beds are very comfortable, there’s a large yard with a gorgeous mountain view and you’re steps from one of the best beaches in Kauai. We will be back!

This is our 3rd house we've rented in Hanalei and our favorite. Very easy booking and check in. House has a good supply of beach chairs, coolers, wagon, etc. Absolutely beautiful property in a great location in Hanalei. Close to the beach and town. The back yard is a mini paradise with views of the mountains and visiting chickens. Friendly outdoor cat hangs out, which the kids loved. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay at this house! As others have mentioned, the pictures do not even do this beauty justice. The space is airy, clean, and comfortable, with lots of room to spread out. We loved the backyard with incredible mountain views, the daybed in the living room, and the extremely comfortable beds/pillows. The location could not be beat - less than a block from the beach, and a few blocks to town. We are dying to come back. One of our favorite rentals ever.

Staying here made our vacation to the nicest part of the nicest island in the world even more special. It is the ideal location to enjoy all of the north shore, and you can get to the East side easily enough if you need or want to. The ability to walk to the adorable town and the magnificent beach cannot be underestimated. Then the home itself is a treasure. The beds are comfortable and has 3 well spaced bedrooms. The common space encourages connection and relaxation with those giant windows showing the tropical foliage and mountains. The back yard was a whole aspect of our trip with its beautifully and naturall landscaping. I saw some flowers here that I didn’t even see on our garden tour! One of my sons opted out of some activities and he loved his time working on music in the incredible setting. A week was not nearly enough time to explore the area nor the relaxing nooks and artwork of the home. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. When the island had a black out, Hali communicated with us and there were flashlights at the ready. We are grateful beyond measurre for this opportunity.

Magnificent. beautiful home perfectly placed for quick walk to the beach or quick walk to restaurants and shopping in Hanalei. The house has indoor and outdoor nooks to escape and relax. It came with a fully appointed kitchen that withstood entertaining family staying at other rental properties.The garden has beautiful mature trees, shrubs, and flowers. What a perfectly located property. One block to the sand and one block to the village. A stunning view of the mountains on the backside as well. Morning coffee was seeing the magical tree in the yard come to life with the mountains and a beautiful waterfall in the distance. We really enjoyed our 7 days in one of the most comfortable houses we have ever rented. The location was perfect for us….close to the beach and the charming laid back town of Hanalei. We are already talking about returning next time for 14 days. Everything was spotless . The kitchen was well appointed and we even did some cooking. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! So relaxing

The pictures don't do it just - the home is in impeccable shape, the central living area is full of light and comfortable nooks for relaxing, all the beds are great and the bathrooms and kitchen are totally updated. The backyard is a beautiful oasis as well. The location also can't be beat - walk to Hanalei Bay and town in just a couple of minutes. We hope to return soon!

Amazing location!!! Mountain View’s that are jaw dropping. Very comfortable home. Kitchen is well equipped, a sharpened knife would be useful if you coo. Dishwasher was broken but we made it work. Your in Hawaii with beautiful while washing dishes. Jane was very responsive just difficult to get a new dishwasher especially on holiday weekend. We would return to this property.

More stunning than the pictures! Location was perfect those wanting to skip the high rises and have easy access to all the north shore beauty. Restaurants and shops were 3 min walk. Beach also 3 min walk. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided with the house. Master bed was super cozy!

This house was an absolute perfect choice for our family of 4. Being able to have a short walk to the beach as well as the town of Hanalei was very convenient. The house was extremely clean, had plenty of room and was stocked well. Even the large backyard was a great place to unwind in the evening! Also, the Na Pali Properties staff was very accommodating before and during our stay (thanks Hali). We have been to Kauai multiple times and will return soon, plus, we will definitely stay at this house again (and again)!!

This is one of the best locations and houses I have stayed in when visiting Hanalei. There is the most amazing tree in the backyard. The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group of six people. We had three couples and everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. This house is also really close to the beach and close to town so an ideal location for all.

The back area needs some sort of lanai to sit under to keep the rain off. The place sleeps 6 but there isn’t seating for 6 at the dining room table or the outside table so it makes playing cards tricky.

I think this is the best decorated house in Hanalei. It's natural lighting and great yard add to that to make it something from a magazine. A water filter in the fridge and extra small additional all helped us feel at home.

Loved staying here. Close to town and beach. Our only minor complaint was the noise of falling seed pods on the roof, traffic at night and chickens for an alarm clock! However the garden and deck was an awesome place to relax, kids named the chickens and plants were beautiful. The outdoor shower was handy after all our beach time. We all loved this pretty house in beautiful Hanalei.

This house was perfect for our family --now that our two kids have partners we are six. There were three bedrooms each with a bath, and basically two adjoining living rooms. It meant we could be all together without being in each other's hair. Best of all is its location in the heart of Hanalei, just a short walk to the amazing beach and equally short trip to the coffee, shave ice, and Big Save downtown. We all agreed it was our best holiday ever, and we travel a lot! We would return in a heartbeat.

We would recommend this property, in fact, we tried to book it again and it wasn't available. The house was within walking distance to the beach, rentals, restaurants, and town. It's clean, comfortable and spacious. There was 6 of us and we all had our own space and then we could come together to cook dinners. A great time was had by all! Thank you!
