So much room for our family of 8. Grateful for all the ceiling fans and windows. Plenty of towels too. Bedroom blinds need to be replaced. Most were broken. Not enough privacy at night!

Family friendly. Location conveniently near Volcano National Park and Hilo but next to busy roadway with traffic sounds throughout the night. Warm during the day but cools off at night.

Our stay was very welcoming. I love that it was comfortable, nice and quiet. My children was excited that they got to play with the toys and board games that was provided. I liked that the house was clean and very cozy. Everything about it was superb. I don’t mind coming back and renting this place again. Mahalo!!!

This is a very clean and comfortable home outside of Hilo. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms for the kids to spread out, and cooked in the kitchen for our dinner. The laundry room was an added bonus and helped to dry our beach towels out. The only down side is the location on a busy road was loud at night. We found we had to close windows up to sleep. Otherwise evrything was fantastic and we would stay there again!

This was such a beautiful home. When we first pulled up to the house, we were amazed how nicely manicured the landscape was, you can tell they take pride, not only on the inside but in the outside too. When we stepped into the house, we could immediately tell this house was cleaned to perfection. It was furnished with everything we needed, from the Kitchen having a Keurig to the Bathrooms being fully stocked with towels. The rooms are nice and not cluttered at all, each bed was made with perfection and the matching bed sets in all the rooms took my breath away. The extra blankets in the closet was a bonus. My kids really enjoyed the games and toys. My family and I can’t wait to come back, we are looking forward to renting this house again. Please let the owners know, my family enjoyed there stay and could not have asked for a better house to rent then this one.

The home was exceptionally clean! It had a fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig and coffee pods. It was well stocked with towels and had basic bathroom essentials. There was even a deck of cards for the adults in the game closet, what a pleasant surprise! But what surprised us the most, was the matching bedding in all the rooms. The entire home was not cluttered but decorated with a lot of thought and simplicity. You can tell the owners take pride in their home.

The house was perfect for our stay in Hilo area. Beaches and the Volcano park were easily accessible from here. Wonderful fresh produce street vendor just 2 mins down the street. Grocery stores were also within a convenient distance.
The house layout is very functional and the spaces are not cluttered. The kitchen has dishes and appliances one needs to prepare and store meals. The kitchen space is very clean. We loved the auxiliary laundry room and the clothes lines outside. The neighborhood is good. There is some road noise but we got used to it within a day. Lots of towels provided as well. Overall a perfect holiday rental accommodation! Thank you.

6 out of the 8 guest got eaten by bed bugs! My daughter is covered in bites. Looked up bed bug bites on google and it’s exactly the same.

Great place to stay to enjoy the east coast of the Big Island. Place is comfortable, affordable, and clean. It is close to Volcanos NP and black sand beaches. PM is easy to contact, and helpful.

This is my first experience utilizing VRBO and I must say I am very satisfied with the outcome! The house was very cozy and spacious! Our party consisted of 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant and this house fit us all PERFECTLY! The house had some toys available that my granddaughter enjoyed it also has board games. Our ohana looks forward to our next trip!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and a half. It was perfectly clean, all furniture was comfortable and in great condition, the kitchen had very nice cookware and plates/etc, nice toys and games for the kids, excellent laundry room and clothes line. Good floor plan. Reasonable rate. Not a lot of extras. 2 trash bags. One Tide Pod. We had roosters crowing at 5 o'clock outside window each morning.

What an awesome place to stay! The house was beautiful! Plenty of towels, bedding, and even games for the kids!! Neal is an awesome host! Great communication with him. And yes, there was liquid soap in every bathroom! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Keurig! Plus water, juice and snacks upon our arrival what a special surprise! Little known secret… there is a True Value store just a mile down the road that has everything you may have forgot to pack, and more! Will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation.

From beginning to end it was great. All the instructions was given days before. Easy to find. Keyless entry. Super clean. Lots of space and no clutter. Welcomed us with a few snacks and bottled water. It was nice to have a text here and there from Neal just saying if we needed anything just ask. Mahalo again for a great stay.

My family and I came to the big island to visit family and was lucky enough to rent this beautiful home! It came well equipped with any and every possible thing you would need, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances, dishes, cooking utensils...bathroom had enough toilet paper for a family of 8 for 5 days, tons of towels, extra bedding...everything. There was even board games and blocks which my 4 children (ranging from 4-17) really enjoyed. Neil even offered late checkout since we didnt fly back home until 9pm. We all really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to renting again.

We loved our stay at Trent and Debbie's place. The condo is in a beautiful location with lovely views. And most of all, it is fully and tastefully equipped with every single thing thought of. And Trent and Debbie were very responsive to any questions and very accommodating to any request. We would love to be back someday!

Great location, super close to airport and shopping centers. The property was beautiful and the house had more than enough sleeping space, blankets and towels for my family. Checking in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was so easy. He is so accommodating and we were so comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about this house was perfect for my family if 6. Check in was super easy and fast. House was very clean, beds super comfy and lots of space for everyone. Board games was a bonus for the kids. Neal checked in on us when we had a short power outage and made sure he was always available if we needed anything. Look forward to staying here in the future.

Fantastic property. Just wish they had a regular coffee pot so as to enjoy the delicious coffee available on the island and a blender so as to enjoy all fruit available nearby (smoothies, drinks, etc).

Beds were comfortable, house was clean and easy to get to. It was decorated nicely and there were more than enough towels. I like that it had everything we needed, even a grill outside!
Only suggestion I would make is to maybe have a thing of liquid soap for each bathroom. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again if an occasion allows us to return to the Big Island

Super clean property, you can tell the hosts care. Noise on the highway during the day but it was quiet at night. Hosts were very good about immediate replies to texts, that is a HUGE plus when communicating! We would definitely stay there again!
