The condo was as advertised, just like the photos. The host was great, made sure to provide recommendations on places to eat, and even provided a free coupon code for free grocery delivery to the condo. The complex was clean and quiet. The beach and pool were also nice. It was nice having a beach that we could just walk to, plus the condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, everything needed for a beach day! I would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for somewhere to stay in Maui.

Absolutely fantastic. Shawn Always gave us a speedy response. We had no issues throughout, the whole process was easy and carefree. The kitchen was so good to cook delicious food at home. Both the sofa bed and king bed are even more comfortable than our own beds.
We were late to arrive because the flight was delayed for two hours. He still instructed us to the room and supply until 10 pm. He was so helpful and kind. And in the room, he also provided different kinds of surfing and beach equipment. Two adults and two little kids can live happily. Highly recommended.
Really appreciated it, Shawn. Looking forwards to our next trip to Maui again.

Beautiful ocean view setting. Location was central to Maui’s attractions. Shawn gave us very extensive recommendations and tips for island activities. Building is well maintained and landscaped. Unit was clean and had all the modern conveniences, furnishings and supplies were well stocked. Kitchen was very well equipped, right down to gadgets and pantry basics. Bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs, towels and cooler were also included. Shawn has thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this 5th floor condo. It was clean, quiet and well stocked for all our cooking needs. Plenty of onsite parking and respecting neighbors. Beautiful yard and beachfront for easy access to get the toes in the ocean. Great place to stay to get anywhere on the island too! While on the deck, we had the Sunrise to your left and sunset to your right. We definitely would return!

The property was just as advertised. All pictures and descriptions were accurate. Shawn was responsive within minutes and addressed all questions and requests. Complex is safe, quiet and right on the ocean. We watched beautiful sunsets steps away from the beach or from our balcony. Plenty of free parking. Close to everything in Kihei. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Shawn’s place. He is super responsive and answered any and all questions we had. The complex is beautiful. Great views of the ocean and sunset with excellent pool and hot tub area. BBQ area is also set up well. Would definitely stay here again.

In googling rentals close to our son’s address we were so fortunate to find this Oceanview Condo available for our Thanksgiving holiday. In just a 20-minute drive from the airport we had a beautiful view of whales blowing from the living/dining and bedroom areas and a nicely appointed kitchen.
We arrived in the late afternoon to a super-clean and tidy place, unpacked, and grabbed some folding chairs from the box o’ fun on the deck. Then strolled out to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunset and on to some holiday grocery shopping at our choice of nearby supermarkets.
Along with beach chairs we found a cooler, snorkel gear, and beach towels for a day-trip to Lanai for some relaxing fun in the sun. After which the kitchen provided everything we needed to prep our turkey for it’s evening in the imu pit (thanks to Na Kai Ewalu canoe club for cooking it for us). We dined the next day with our local family then it was back to the condo for board games we found in the bookcase and football on the big screen tv.
Although we did not use the bar-be-que area we enjoyed watching others cook, converse, and enjoy it while we sat in the restful hot tub in the pool area. 5 stars all around.

This was a wonderful jumping off point for our stay in Maui. The condo was clean and well equipped. Shawn was always available and very attentive. One thing to be aware of, the pool was a little smaller than what I expected based on the pictures in the listing but it was clean and great for a quick dip! Also, the beach in front of the condo is rocky but a short drive will get you to some very beautiful and fun beaches!

First and foremost I would like to mention the outstanding customer service by Shawn. Not only he provided all the required information about the property well in advance - how to get there, at what time, how to get to the property, etc, but went beyond that - provided us with information about attractions, maps of Maui, recommendations where to eat, etc.
One thing needs to be mentioned specifically - prompt and proactive communication and the ability to address concerns swiftly and bring them to customer satisfaction.
Regarding the property - pictures do not lie - everything which was put in the description was accurate. The place was spotless, you could see the ocean and hear waves, the bed was comfortable and in the kitchen, everything was provided if you wanted to cook a meal for yourself. Moreover, the kitchen was fully stocked - we had not just salt, pepper, coffee, and tea, but a whole bar of spices waiting for us!
The location is great as well - we enjoyed our morning and evening walks at the beach, one of the best bakeries and shave ice place was within a minute drive, there are Safeway and Foodland nearby, as well nice restaurants/cafes and beaches north or south of Kihei.
In short, our stay exceeded our expectations, we did not want to leave.
I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Shawn's place. You won't be disappointed.

I can’t thank Shawn enough for hosting my family! The condo is super updated and extremely clean and COLD with a central ac throughout the unit. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We were close to everything we could want. This area is a great to be able to get out an explore. Shawn gave me excellent recommendations for baby rental gear and even went as far as to check in with me after our first night. As a host myself, I was super impressed with how he hosted us. We will gladly return again! Thanks Shawn for everything!

I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. This condo was perfect for myself and my husband. Nicely decorated and fully stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and you have access to the balcony. The sink and mirrors are outside of the shower and toilet which is great. We used some of Shawn’s great recommendations for activities and dinners. A nice pool area and grounds.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at this condo. Shawn was helpful with tips from the time I booked and available anytime I had questions, not just about the condo but the island as well.
The condo was fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach.

We enjoyed Shawn’s condo for a week and loved our stay. Best part of the condo was definitely the beautiful oceanfront view which we enjoyed from both the living room, bedroom and connecting balcony. It was beautifully renovated with a relaxing, modern beach decor, well-stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach items and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay for our family of 3, had a comfortable bed and futon, great shower water pressure as well as interesting books and games. Easy access to the pool which had a wading pool for our little one along with a main pool and hot tub as well as quick, direct beach access which we really appreciated. The condo was located conveniently by Safeway, Foodland and lots of restaurants, shave ice, etc. as well as other beaches and sights to explore. Communication with Shawn was easy - he was super responsive and helpful with tips and quick to answer any questions. We really appreciated the extra touches he provided throughout the condo to make our stay so easy. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the location and the bed was super comfortable. No great storage as there was no dresser to put clothes in so had to live out of suitcase. Could use a better beach umbrella as the one provided does not have a cork screw bottom and flies away in any wind.

This is a terrific condo with a community feel--grills near the pool that were used every night, quick walk to the beach for viewing the sunset (or view it from the property), laundry facilities in the common areas. It has great restaurants nearby, and the location makes it easy to choose to go east to Hana and Haleakala or west to Lahaina, or just stay in Kihei and enjoy the view of Lanai and the beautiful beaches! Shawn couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and answers. I highly recommend this and will be returning!

First of all, Shawn is a great host and was a great communicator before and during our stay.
Arriving at the complex we found plenty of parking even at 4pm, the grounds and buildings were so well kept, clean and quiet, elevator was quick, and the unit was waiting for us at a perfect air conditioned temperature, and fan and lamps were on, making it so welcoming. The unit was very clean, had no bad odors at all and actually smelled new because of a recent remodel. The remodel was a nice surprise!!!
The first thing we noticed was the great patio and the view of the grounds and ocean from LR and bedroom. So beautiful!
The kitchen had everything we needed and a great new electric stove that was so easy to use and easy to clean. Nice fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and I think we saw a rice maker or instapot also. Nice new cabinets and all the dishes 2 people needed for breakfast and meals. The pots and pans were so nice that I want to get me some. He also had a spice rack, salt, pepper and oil I think so I would advise to go and see what he has as far as those things are concerned before going shopping.
Vinyl wood floors throughout unit, which we loved, and the nice jute rugs made it look so beachy!
Great dining room set, where we enjoyed having for our meals, and nice new fan right above it with a light.
Bathroom was small but nicely remodeled with new tub and shower and toilet. Awesome water pressure and great towels!!! It was nice having the sink area on the outside of the shower/toilet area, so someone could be showering or doing their business while the other is getting ready.
Bedroom had a beautiful barn door for privacy, a nice bed, soft linens, great view, spacious and the best lamps with built in USB ports. Also has AC vent that works great.
Like I said, the remodel was a nice surprise, since when we booked, the pictures showed carpet and older furnishings and accents. For reasons beyond Shawn's control, some of the finishing touches on the remodel were not finished before our arrival but it did not affect our stay or enjoyment at all. The unit looks beautiful and It will look even better when final touches are all done. I hope to return for that!!!
Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky, specially at night, because South Kihei is so busy, so be careful! But location is great to go anywhere in the island.

While it needs a few finishing touches overall it is a very spacious, open, 1 bedroom condo with nice views right outside the sliding doors. It was very well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella.

We were the first guests at this property. The owner and property manager worked very hard and were very responsive. The pictures we saw on the listing were different than the ones in real because they redid the entire place. But the place was very well done!
They had great set of cooking utensils, even an instant pot, coffeemaker, blender etc. they also had games and books. We had an ocean view which was mind blowing and beach was right there! We did need a car to go to the market etc!
