This condo was perfect for our party of two. The location in Kapa’a was exactly what we were looking for - easy drives to Lihue and the north side of the island; good restaurant options nearby; a grocery store right across the street; a fantastic pool and easy access to the beach & walking path. Not a bad drive to Poipu either. For our prior visit to Kauai we stayed in Poipu and felt like it was a hassle to drive to the north end and on heavy traffic days just driving to Lihue was a pain. Staying at the island’s half-way point was perfect! The condo was very well stocked with basic necessities which simplified our grocery trips. The condo is very clean with comfortable furniture and full size washer & dryer. There is AC as well as two ceiling fans. The condo’s location is around the corner from the pool so while you have easy access to the facilities, you don’t hear the noise. Gemma is very communicative and provided all of the instructions we needed as well as her personal recommendations for island food & sight seeing. We loved this complex so much that we plan to return again soon.

All in all, probably our best VRBO rental ever. Gemma provided a wealth of information prior to our trip which helped our travel planning greatly. The unit itself is very well apportioned, with good quality furnishings and appointments throughout. From the bedding to the kitchenware, all was top notch and in great condition. My wife and I stayed at this beautiful top floor condo the last week of April, and could not have been more pleased. There was no problem with parking our rental car due to the abundance of parking and no schlepping the bags up stairs since there is an elevator. The condo is wonderful, providing everything you could need instead of the bare essentials as we have encountered in some past rentals. If this place doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. From the fully stocked kitchen featuring high quality appliances to the nice living area furniture and the super comfy bed, this home really has it all. Did I mention the large soaking tub that's perfect after a day of swimming, hiking or whatever adventures you may have had? The location is perfect. Short drive to the airport and convenient to all Kauai has to offer. The immediate neighborhood has stores, restaurants and gear rental companies. I could probably go on until I had written a short book,but you get the idea. If you're looking for top notch digs for your Kauai vacation, the search ends here.

We had a wonderful time, the condo is located in Kapa’a, which is very central on the island. It made it easy to drive both north or south depending on what we wanted to do that day. The kids loved the pool with the water slides, the towel service was a nice added bonus. The condo itself was clean and organized, had a great cooking set up with sharp knives (such a rarity in a short term rental). I made my kid birthday cake and had everything I needed. Definitely recommend.

It's a wonderful location in Kapaa, you can head up to Princeville or towards the Na Pali coast. Papayas is across the street which is great for groceries. Gemma is lovely and check-in was a breeze. We had to buy a few things but overall it was the perfect place for a paradise getaway.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Sleeping Giant (NouNou Mtn - Awesome hike!), comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The location was perfect—just minutes from stunning beaches (Hanalei Bay was STUNNING- our fav beach we've ever been to!), local restaurants (Keoki's Paradise, Kenji Burger, & Tiki Tacos are a must!), and incredible hiking spots (Waimea Canyon was jaw dropping and Hanakapiai Falls was an adventure to get to!).The property itself was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a true home away from home. Being steps away from the ocean and enjoying coffee and cocktails on the lanai was pure paradise. Gemma was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations.If you're looking for a peaceful, perfectly located, and unforgettable stay in Kauai, look no further. The place was great - very comfortable and clean ! The resort has a nice pool and lounging area - we did not use the outside BBQs but noticed they always being used by other guests. Very close to all the different beaches and local attractions - 30 min drive and you at where you need to be which was great. Well appointed and equipped condo with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. We spent much time on lanai off bedroom during periods of rain as it stays dry. Amenities and grounds are very nice; we loved the Adults Only hot tubs and most guests followed the rules. Slides were fun for adults as well as children. Towel service was friendly. Access to the trail was super close and we walked, jogged or biked it about every day. Communication with Gemma was a pleasure. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a great time at this rental. From the time I booked via Vebo and the promt reply from Host Gemma! The penthouse was exceptionally clean and easily accessible. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and feel at home. The bathrooms were great for our family of four which had a nice bathtub and a very comfortable stand up shower. The sofa bed fit both my teenagers easily to sleep and better than a prior hotel chain stay. Gemma was a great host and she replied to my concerns promptly. This condo was everything that it advertised. A beautiful well stocked unit close to stores and right on a beach. The description did note that there was no beach view - but the beach was a ride down the elevator, down the hallway and a few steps through the grass. The facilities was beautiful with access to the pool and hot tubs. Although the pool was a little cool for the November days when it was cloudy. It was very relaxing to lounge in the pool side chairs. Same with the beach. Plenty of lounging chairs to sit and relax. I enjoyed that this area was about half-way between driving either north to the Hanalei area or south to the Poipu area. We also did the longer drive to the beautiful area of Waimea Canyon area. This was a great first trip to Kauai and wonderful way to celebrate our 55 anniversary. I would not hesitate to reserve this condo again.

We stayed for a week at Gemma's beautiful penthouse condo in Kapa'a for my birthday - absolutely perfect! The condo is immaculate...beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, location is PERFECT! Safeway is across the street ( so is Starbucks!) And we were centrally located to be able to do whatever we wanted in a reasonable drive time. Staff was great...spa was magnificent ( Hawaiian massage - highly recommend!) Pool was amazing....get up early and watch the sunrise! Stunning! Gemma is an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with and super responsive. Come to Kayai, rent this condo and go see all the magnificent sights....hike Sleeping Giant (360 degree views from the top!), snorkel Napali Coast, visit Waimea canyon ( hike the Canyon trail to the waterfalls! Wow!), Queen's Bath...worth the hike!, Limahuli Botanical Gardens...gorgeous!, Tunnels Beach and the coral reef...bring your snorkel stuff!, Smith's Family Luau! Wowowow! Hanalei Bay...just like the pictures! The Beach House restaurant....on the water, unbelievable food and service. The Oasis was great - champagne welcomed us to celebrate my birthday! Kayak Wailua river and hike to the falls....seriously this island is amazing. so gorgeous! And coming home to this penthouse condo each day was the icing on the cake! Aloha and Mahalo Gemma!!! My husband and I had a great stay at this condo! Everything you need in the kitchen, very comfy bed, great pools and hot tubs and right on the beach. We had a drink at the Oasis restaurant and it was lovely. Walking distance to Safeway for groceries was a plus. Only complaint was I had to take everything out of the only closet in order to hang our clothes up, but it wasn’t a problem. Would love to come back again!

This one was special because it was fairly close to family we come to visit but also centrally located to many tourist attractions. If you want the best experience in a more authentic area then this property is perfect! The unit is recently remodeled and very luxurious for the price we paid. The pool, gym, beach and unit were all superb. Communication with Gemma was quick and easy and we enjoyed our stay here. Kapaa is the most fun part of the island with lots of shops, restaurants and events. The first saturday of the month is the night market and we went to live music every night at Lava Lava Beach Club. Would love to return here!

Location: Centrally located for exploring north or south on the island. Minutes away from shopping and charming Kapaa town. Also, minutes away from sandy swimming beaches.
Property and Grounds: Lovely well maintained property with a swimming pool complex. It’s not giant but plenty of room to splash around with the kids or find a quiet spot for sun and reading. The on property Oasis restaurant is very good and has unobstructed views of the ocean. There is a nice sandy beach but rocks/coral in the water so not for swimming.
Unit 403: Spacious and well appointed. There is a partial view of the pool, none of the ocean but spectacular panoramic view of the sleeping giant mountains. Big, full kitchen and two bathrooms will make this one bedroom with pull out couch perfect for a small/young family.
Summary: We had a very satisfying experience and are keeping the contact information for future stays.

Everything about this property was perfect! We have a 4 year old who LOVED the pool - she went down the slides probably a million times, and I went down them too! We have an amazing view of the mountains right out of the living room window and the condo is super comfortable and beautiful. Lovely big king bed and a nice full sofa bed, lots of kitchenwares, linens etc. and a gorgeous big bathtub. There's a Safeway across the street, Oasis (restaurant on the property) is excellent, super cool tidepool beach .5 miles away, lots of good places within walking distance. An awesome biking/walking path runs right by the property - 2 miles north to a scenic lookout. 20 minutes from the airport, 30-40 minutes from Poipu, this place is awesome. Would definitely come back. On top of all that, Gemma was super kind, responsive, and helpful. 5 stars!

We loved everything about the property, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, day and night. Lots of conveniences nearby. Gemma was a great, responsive host. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

The condo has great amenities- beautiful pool, spa, gym, grills and very good restaurant. The property is on the beach, we did not swim in it seemed rough. The condo was well stocked for cooking in. Coffee, paper products and soap are provided. Safeway and other stores across street, many restaurants within 1 mile. Good base for exploring Kauai 20 minutes north of airport. The owner provided excellent recommendations. Our favorite activity was a sailboat cruise on the Na Pali Coast.
