Clean, ground floor condo on the beautiful Hale Kamaole grass courtyard. Although a bit dated, and the kitchen lacking a few cooking utensils and plates, we had a great time. The Hale is wonderful, the condo is clean, and aguably omong the best value condos in the area. Would reccommend to anyone.

This condo was great! Had everything we needed including beach chairs and pool toys! Grounds are beautiful, just across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. Would definitely come back here on our next stay!

Stayed here with my wife and our 14-year-old daughter. We all loved it. Excellent location in walking distance of beautiful beaches and good restaurants and grocery store. We only rented car for half of our 8-day stay because there was so much to do within walking distance. The condo complex is very nice, too. Owner was very quick to answer email questions and very helpful, as was the apartment manager, too. Was our first visit to Maui but won't be the last - we all agreed that we would love to return to the same rental. A++

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Hale Kamaole has a great location just a couple minutes from the public parking for massive and beautiful Keawakapu Beach, one of the best beaches in the world. Definitely coming back again and again.

This was a great place to stay for me and my fiancé, has everything you could need, steps from the beach, and great food nearby. It is in an older part of town and most of the complex is older age range, totally fine but most things close by 8:30/9

We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. The bed was comfortable.
Enjoyed the limited addition art prints and small touches such as re-usable totes. Great beach and park across the street which is a popular sunset watching location.

We had a great time staying at Hale Kamaole. It was our first time traveling to Maui and the property exceeded our expectations. My wife and I travelled with our 10 year old son who slept on the pullout with no complaints of comfort. The property was clean and exactly what you see in the pictures. The hosts provided access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some other beach accessories to use while staying.
The location of the property is awesome with a great beach right across the street and many other beaches, restaurants and activities either within walking distance or a short drive away.
Our return flight departed very late at night so we requested a late check out if possible and the property manager graciously allowed us to stay as long as we needed before going to the airport as the next clients were not checking in until the following day. This was very much appreciated!
No complaints about the property at all and we hope to return in the future.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no BBQ tongs or flippers, the knives were very dull.
The unit above us had 7 or 8 people including kids that were banging around from 5:00am till quite late. Just annoying.
The experience all in all was great!
We love the Hale Kameole and look forward to our next vacation there. 🌴🤗

For the most part, the condo was fine. The kitchen counter is loose and could break if leaned on. The fan in the living room was wobbling and making noises as if it was in danger of coming down as well. We called to have it looked at and no one ever showed up. The condo had plenty of beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, sand mats, etc.. The bed was fine, however the a/c was quite noisy. Also no ice maker in the fridge, you had to make your own. The grounds were well maintained and the pools and barbecues were nice. With a few upgrades the condo would be even better

You can't beat the location but unit is older than picture portrays and ground floor u it with no view is very loud. We heard every step taken upstairs especially when kids were there. No supplies toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies were provided. Not very private people were right in front of our sliding doors.

The condo is right across the street from beach parks! and you can walk to several restaurants nearby.You get a view of the ocean from the Lanai.
The condo itself was clean and as advertised. Beach towels, chairs and beach toys for the kids were provided.

The condo has everything we needed. I was disappointed that it was really warm in the condo when we arrived. They had the a/c off. There is only one a/c unit in the bedroom and no central air which we were not used to. It did cool the house after leaving on for a while. They had boogie boards, an umbrella and nice chairs we could use for the beach. The bed was comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. Overall it was a great stay. Location was perfect !!

Hale Kamaole is our favorite condominium in Kihei. Right next to the beach, has a pool, and is affordable. This particular condo was very pretty and perfect being on the ground level. Would recommend to anyone travelling with a spouse or with family.

We are so glad we chose to stay here for our Maui vacation. The location is awesome - it’s near some of the best restaurants on the island, the prettiest beaches we went to, and is overall very centrally located (easy to go northwest to Kaanapali area or south to Wailea area). Our experience with the property manager was also excellent - great communication and she kindly met our needs regarding a specific request. Also, big deal for me as a 5 months pregnant woman, the bed was comfy and the bedroom well air-conditioned with a window unit. We also really appreciated the beach stuff (umbrella, beach chairs, towels) made available for our use. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Nice property. Checkin process didn't go smoothly since we were given wrong code, but was remedied quickly. Found dead cockroach under a chair right after checkin. On our leaving day Host granted late checkout which was nice.

What a sweet spot to relax and enjoy this beautiful island of Maui. The location cannot be beat. This complex is lovely and has such a happy and welcoming vibe. Many happy people/families enjoying time together. This unit is awesome. Ground level so easy access to the lawn and bbq area, and to sit and enjoy time outside. The unit had nice chairs and a great umbrella to use at the beach. The place felt spacious and not crowded for the three of us. We barely used the air con as the ceiling fans work so well and there is a nice breeze when lanai and front door is open. Can't go wrong with this lovely place. Also, I have to say that Rosalie, our contact was excellent and was so great when we were unsure if covid would prevent us from travelling. A plus experience!! THANK YOU!!! Can't wait to come back!!

Hale Kamaole units are directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III. A perfect spot to watch the sunset each night! It is walkable to restaurants and some shopping. It is also close to all of the great beaches in the Kihei/Wailea area.
This unit is well equipped and has everything you need for a great vacation. There are beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and other items available for tenant use.
The unit is a little outdated - but it actually adds to its charm. It has some really great artwork hanging on the walls! This particular unit is close to the pool and the BBQs available for tenant use.
The TV was great as well as the secured internet connection.
We enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole and plan to return!

My husband and I were very pleased with everything at this condo . The location in Kihea was excellent ! So close to everything and especially the beautiful beach across the street . The condo had everything we needed in all the rooms . Very clean . The packaged sponge in the kitchen was perfect for peace of mind . Recently had been to one and the sponge was used . Washed dishes with paper towels and especially before using the first time .
Thank you for the extra blankets and the beach towels and the beach chairs and cooler !
The bed was very comfortable too and king size is perfect !

This condo is perfect if you like the old school Hawaiian style, which we love. The property itself is open space beautifully landscaped with a community feel around the bbq. We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. Rosalie and Geoffrey are very accommodating to whatever your needs. Back next year!

Property is well located in Kihei. Close to pool and beach. Air Conditioner broke down while we where there and the response time was fantastic. A new one within a day or so.
Unit is a little bit dated but some could say it is old style Hawaii!

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Service was excellent. The property was really nice and clean. Everything you need to be comfortable was provided in the unit. And the location was incredible. Close to restaurants, bars and stores.
If I had one minor complaint it would be the sun coming up early and blaring into the unit. Was tough to sleep past 7 am.
Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

My partner and I stayed at this condo for a week while on vacation. We had an incredible experience here throughout the booking process and our stay. The apartment looks just as it does in the photos. It is very clean, bright, and a comfortable stay. We both felt very safe here and were able to relax when not out exploring the island. The condo has everything we needed, and the property managers checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was great! The property is in a perfect location with the ability to watch gorgeous sunsets from the beach right across the street! Not even a minutes walk away! The only possibly negative thing was the sound of the a/c unit. My boyfriend is a very light sleeper so he had difficulty sleeping at night as we used the a/c unit at night and it made loud, sporadic sounds as it worked. However, he wanted me to add that as just a note possibly as something for the manager to know and not as a reason to not rent this condo. We both loved our stay and would gladly stay here again! The condo was squeaky clean and well stocked. It is only about a 3 minute walk to Kam III and the grounds are lovely. The management was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this location.
