Nice family friendly complex with pool, hot tub, courts, shuffleboard, lawn games, etc! Loved our specific location special with young kids…grass to run around, ocean front, ocean view. This unit was recently remodeled so nice to have updated place.

This property is great. It is 1st floor. You can walk right out the back door and the pool, shuffleboard and ocean are right there. Scott was wonderful to work with. We had an absolute blast. Everything you need is at this VRBO. We will be back.

Great property - loved being on the ground floor. Easy to access pool and beach and kids loved being on the grass right in front of the property so it extended your living space. Host was responsive to any issues that arose. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, serving tools etc. Good location. Beach was a little rocky so we tended to venture out to other beaches for the day. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family of six adults, centrally located to everything on Maui. There was flash flooding when we stayed and we were able to detour around the main road closure from the parking lot. Easy beach access and great amenities.

This was our third time in Maui and by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. It was super clean and the location was amazing. Check-in was easy even though our flight arrived late (around 10:30 pm). We loved that the pool and beach were steps away (and being on the ground floor was great for my mom who has Parkinson's). We even had a few whale sightings while we were at the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to make our breakfasts easily (and save some money). Overall, it is a fantastic unit and we will definitely be back.

This property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. The real values of this property are its location and amenities. The ground floor lanai opens to a well groomed lawn and directly to the beach and pool. Our grandkids could play and run around with ease. There were no stairs for the adults to navigate and haul luggage up and down. We had short drives to great Maui attractions. The parking spaces are a little tight so we had to tactfully park our large SUV but it was not an issue.
The unit has lots of supplies that are greatly appreciated such as: beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, lots of sand toys, snorkel gear expresso machine etc etc.
Our family was very pleased with everything.

Maui Sunset provides a vacation experience for families that gives you flexibility and privacy that resorts don’t. Plenty of open space and beautiful location to view daily sunsets. Like being at home without daily interruptions from hotel staff.

The property was exactly as advertised. The building itself is older but the inside of B123 has been updated with good appliances in the kitchen, and a very efficient washer and drier. Its location and views from the lanai and dining room are unbeatable. All in all agreat place for a family stay.

My family of 4 with two adult children over 21 enjoyed this spot. The unit was clean and well appointed. Lots of space with nice bathrooms snd a lovely kitchen. The ground floor is incredibly convenient and the location is terrific. We had no trouble with check in or check out.

Everything about this property was just right. Ground floor, walk out to grassy expanse, close to pool and hot tub, on the beach! The inside looks like it has been completely updated it was great.

This was a perfect property for a multi-generational family vacation (grandma, parents, and three teens). There was more than enough space for everyone and having a washer/dryer in the unit was essential. We spent most mornings/evenings sitting in patio chairs watching the sunrise and sunset--the sunsets are Instagram worthy!!!! We hosted several dinners for friends staying nearby (the grill facilities and sunsets cannot be matched). The large open space right off the patio was great for the kids to hang out, with plenty of activities to keep them busy (tennis courts, swimming pool, pickle ball, wall ball, or space to just runaround ). Having a floor level walk out unit was well worth the extra cost!!!!!
The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. After staying here and seeing the benefits of being on ground level--where kids (and adults) could easily run out on the grass or access the beach--I would absolutely recommend the extra cost of being on a walk out floor unit. We would stay here again in an heartbeat!!!!

Our family of 5 adults loved every minute we stayed here, some days we walked the 2 min to the beach, some times we sat and watched Wales jumping in the ocean,sometimes we cooled off at the pool. Lots of dining close to the condo. Grocery stores nearby.

Lovely ground floor, corner condo that opens onto a well-manicured park with tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, ocean view, whale-watching etc…. Beautifully kept grounds with a good swimming pool and hot-tub and barbecue grills. The condo is well-stocked with everything needed for cooking and for enjoying the beach. Very quiet but great for people and dog-watching from the lanai and windows. A very relaxing condo on a very relaxing isle!!

This is a great spot for the whole family. There is lots to do and it’s great that kids of all ages will have a great time. We love Maui Sunset and this three bedroom unit was great for a large family.

What a perfect spot this is! Spacious and well appointed space right on the lawn leading out to the beach. This condo was perfect for my family of 3 and our friends' family of 3. (4 adults and two 12 year old boys total) The owners were so friendly, accommodating and responsive. The unit was sparkling clean, secure and had a beach towels, boogie boards, snorkels/fins, umbrella and sand toys to use. We loved this space and will definitely be back with our extended family!
