My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being on the ground floor was perfect. You were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset first thing in the morning with optimal viewing. Everything is available to morning, breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The hot tub were absolutely wonderful. My kids spent a lot of their time in there. Haven’t been to Maui in 10 years, our previous day, was at Maui Sunset. It always feels like. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo which has been remodelled. Location can’t be beat. Watch the sunset from the lanai. Right across from pool. Clean and easy. Only thing lacking on the cleaning is the dirty windows which obstructed the view. There’s a chipped tile on the lanai that is sharp and should be fixed. Otherwise great experience - would rent again!

Cannot beat the views of this place. We walked to see the sunset every night, loved the pool, loved the grounds, and the unit itself had everything we needed. Family of 5 stayed for my husband’s 40th birthday. Kid’s first time in Hawaii and we all can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time during our 10 day stay in this beautiful condo right at the beach! It was thoroughly clean and it had everything we needed and more. Our kids said they wanted to move in and stay there forever..(I didn’t want to leave either) The beds were very comfortable, lots of beach items (coolers, umbrella, chairs, snorkel, etc) as well as board games. Having the pool/hot tub right outside the lanai was very convenient. The view from the lanai is amazing! Perfect sunsets. Communication with the owner was great, he replied immediately to my messages and was very kind. We are very grateful and will never forget the time spent at Maui Sunset B119.

The condo worked out perfectly for our family in reference to location to activities, shopping, and the overall atmosphere. Condo had all the needed equipment and necessities for our stay. Our son enjoyed the pool and beach which was just a short walk away. Great spot and the Host communicated to make the stay very easy and streamlined.

We are a family of 5 ( 1 senior, two adults, one teen and one child), and enjoyed our stay in Maui. The condo was very clean, and our host Scott was very prompt to rely to any questions we had. A late check out with fee was accommodated… this was great since most flights leaving Maui are evening departures. The kitchen was equipped with decent knives, and was stocked with extras like dishwasher detergent, take away coffee cups, ziplocks, spices, oil, and other items that can really add to your grocery bill if you need to purchase. We brought our own snorkel gear, but there were some for use, as well as pool toys and boogie boards. We rented a car, but were surprised at how much was in walking distance to the property. We saw turtles in the water while swimming at the beach, as well as some eels and other fish. Our highlight was a turtle nesting on the beach.

We loved the ground floor location, and the unit had everything we needed-the kitchen was completely stocked, we did not need to bring a thing! We also loved that beach towels, chairs, coolers were all available for our use. The property manager was always available and replied promptly. We would come back here again!

The place is perfect for a family of 5. It
Has almost everything you need as far as kitchen items, beach toys, chairs and even shoes. They had coolers as well. You will need to buy your own spices, coffee, sugar etc. the kitchen AC stopped working and they couldn’t fix it but they did try a couple of times. I loved that it is on the 1st floor and can walk right out and see the sunset .

Views were spectacular. Location was phenomenal. Condo was a little snug for a family of 6, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. Loved the lanai. Pool location. We would certainly recommend this property.

We arrived after hours and the security was very quick to answer and help us get our keys. The property was as described and the host was very responsive to our needs. There was no toaster in the kitchen (apparently it had broken during a previous stay) and he had one delivered within minutes. The pool was a quick 10 second walk away! The beach was nice and just a minute or two walk, but it didn't seem conducive to snorkeling. Still fun to dip your feet into and relax while the kids played in the surf. The closet had a bunch of things to use (snorkel gear, boogie boards, water shoes, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers). I was a little disappointed to find out that the host only wants the air-conditioning run for an hour at a time. At our home we run it 24 hours a day. Not a deal breaker though. Our kids aren't babies anymore, but I did notice a pack and play in one of the closets as well as a high chair. There were also board games in the unit. If we stay in Kihei again we would come back.

We had the best time at this fabulous condo. We were traveling with my mom (70s), a toddler, a preschooler, and a 1st grader, and we had an absolute blast. The home was perfectly clean with incredible views. We loved being on the first floor and having access to the pool and the beach from the lanai. The kids played shuffleboard, tennis, and spent countless hours in the pool and digging on the beach. The condo is well equipped with games, beach toys, everything you need to cook in the spacious kitchen, and plenty of towels and bedding. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the condo (especially with 3 kids!). We will definitely be coming back.

The unit was as described and in a perfect location on the property. It was steps away from the pool and activities. It was wonderful to walk right out of the unit to the large open grass areas and play with the kids. We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much.

Top of the line appliances are in this spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans trash bags and dish soap. The location is ideal with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. My only suggestion to the owners is to get a coffee pot with an auto shut off. We will stay here again!

The property was exactly how advertised. The condo is fully stocked and had everything you would need for a week on vacation. The view from the patio is incredible. The view is surreal and was my favorite part of the stay. I visited during a busy time, so the pool/hot tub was always busy but everyone staying at the property was very friendly/welcoming.
The location of the condo is great. It is a short walk or drive to numerous restaurants/shopping/food trucks nearby. It is a 30-40 min drive to all the touristy things to do in west maui. I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest.
The only reason I am rating this property a 4/5 is because the wifi was terrible. We could not watch tv during our week stay because the WiFi was super slow and the apps on the tv wouldn’t load..even when I restarted the internet/tested the signal- it was at low strength. It wasn’t a huge deal since we just watched tv on our tablet and connected our personal hot spot. But having 2 TV’s provided in the condo, would have been nice to use. Just FYI- in case you are staying here and wifi is important to you. I also rated this condo a 4 because some of the towels that were provided smelled like mildew and we had to wash them ourselves.
This condo is pricey, but I think it’s worth it! It’s clean, beds are comfortable, and necessities are included, which made the condo feel like home! The host was also responsive to all my questions prior to arrival.
I recommend staying here. You won’t regret it. Maui is awesome!!

We LOVED our stay. The kids loved to run around right out of the lanai. So thankful we read the reviews saying that the ground floor very convenient. We didnt need to go to the stairs or elevator. It was really nice. Plus the easy access to the beach and like everyone said everything that you needed to feel at home was all here at the condo. Thank you for the experience it made it that much more special. We would love to come back!!! The sunsets left me speechless.

This was a perfect place to call home base for our fun packed vacation. It was a perfect set up for a family of 4. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Having laundry machines was a huge bonus. The option to cook in a kitchen saved us money and was so convenient. This unit was clean and updated. It is right by the pool. I would recommend this unit. We had a great stay.

We absolutely LOVED the condo! The location was perfect for morning shade on the patio, quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Great communication was helpful. Lots of extras for the kids to play in with in the water. Comfy beds. Fully stocked with everything we could need (except Corn-on-the-cobb poker things, which we got and left there for the next guests) or want. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!

Prior to finding a place, it took hours of research! Available rentals were going fast, but once we decided on this one, things got easier. It was twice the amount l had planned to spend, but choices were narrowing, and we were relieved to finally find this condo!
