After not being able to fix the tv, I had to call VRBO for help ……….
To elevate a problem that arises :
My suggestion is to have somewhere in the Condo , a card with the host Phone number and email so if a problem arises there is a EASY way to reach them, for assistance .
We will not use VRBO again !

I really enjoyed staying here….I was traveling with my two sons(17 & 15) and this place gave us all our own space at the end of very long days! We were close to everything to everything we wanted to do and see. Condo is fully loaded with beach equipment and other household needs. Just be prepared if you are going to Alii dr strip about 2 miles away free parking is limited. Also, there was suppose to be an extra key in the house to use and there wasn’t but condo has keyless entry so we just used that instead of the key in the lock box that was supposed to stay in the lock box. That way it didn’t get lost. I would 100% stay here again! So enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed two nights and we were not there much as we have friends that live just down the street. The condo has everything we needed and then some. We didn’t do any cooking during our stay but everything was there had we needed it. Great location for us. Very clean and comfortable.

WE LOVED.. EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY AND WE CAUGHT 3 FISH WITH THE FISHING POLE THAT WAS HERE.. THE ROOM HAD ALL THE THINGS WE NEEDED FOR THE BEACH.. SWIMMING GEAR ICE CHEST.. THE BEST.. WE THANK YOU ALL AND WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK ONE DAY THANK YOU ALL AGAIN..

The condo was awesome. It smelt super clean when we arrived and a lot of dishes and towels and bedding. Great court yard and pool. All the guests we met were so friendly. Site manager super helpful with anything. We would stay here for sure again. It was quite and restful at the end of a long sunny day. Everything has been well kept. Our stay was awesome.

Peekaboo ocean view from the comfortable lanai. Loved watching the Koi in the pond below the lanai. Condo well stocked. Sufficient tp and paper towels supplied. Nice pool area. Owner and manager are reachable if needed.
While there is an elevator, the condo community isn’t handicap accessible. Unless you stay in one of the condos in the row of this unit, there are steps to get to other condos on the same level. The pool access is via a one-step series of steps in the route to the pool. The only other access is from the bottom of the steep driveway.
Overall, a nice condo. Would rent again if I needed a two bedroom unit.

The property is beautiful and located right across the street from the ocean. Our balcony overlooked the courtyard and the condo was so homey and beautifully decorated. Great place to stay! The only downside was the assigned parking and the marker for the spot being broken so finding it in the rain proved a little difficult

We found black mold around the bathtub, couldn’t use the washer because of the foul, bedroom throw rugs looked as though they’d never been cleaned, dishwasher didn’t run, dirty dishes in cupboard. This place was very disappointing compared to the places we’ve stayed in on previous trips to Kona.
I’ve tried to reach this manager/owner but I’ve never received a response.
I don’t recommend staying in this condo.

I was traveling with myself and my sons 19 and 20 for a quick vacation. The apartment was perfect for us! Love the lanai on the back, being across the street from the water, and very close to Magic Sands beach and a snorkel beach were fantastic! Lovely accomodation.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, and utensils. The pool and bbq area are really nice. Being a very short drive into downtown Kona was convenient. Going on morning and evening walks was one of our favorite things. Just down the road is magic sands beach. There are three or four cats around the condos that are so so friendly and love to be petted, and take naps with you along side the pool. That was a huge plus for my wife since she loves cats. We would definitely stay here again!

First we went to to Kona to fish so the accommodations didn’t need to be very nice. However, after we got there we found a leak in the closet which we had to manage all week. Roaches were In both bathrooms. They said they left bait but we didn’t see it. The owner left bug spay. They don’t give you enough toilet paper or products to last a week. Again luckily the owner left some. The mattresses were awful, they try to make them comfortable with crappy toppers. The kitchen accessories are all old especially the pots and pans. The no pet policy is a joke. The property has lots of adopted cats who do not leave you alone. I’m allergic so that was a problem.
We booked through Expedia and then it went to VRBO. That makes moving very difficult so we put up with the property. If our wives were along no way would they have stayed. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained about the only good thing.

The condo is very nice and well located. It is a great stay for a family of four
