This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were many pool/beach items to enjoy. The amenities at this resort are very nice. We loved the quiet beach outside the property. We will definitely stay here again, if we come back to Oahu.

This is a wonderful villa! Very much as described in the listing. We appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs. The owners and onsite property managers were very communicative. We would love to return.
If I have one complaint it is that the Beach Villas front desk folks are extremely intense about following the condo rules. I can understand the reasoning behind this but they are very quick to jump on people (I witnessed this many times for other guests as well) for breaking rules and are not very polite about it. One morning at 5:15 they called us to say there was a complaint about noisy children on our balcony so I got out of bed only to discover my tweens fast asleep as I expected. I’m sure they mistakenly called the wrong unit but they were not apologetic at all and insisted my kids had been on the balcony yelling at 5:15. My sister stayed in another unit and parked exactly where they told her to and another person called and threatened to tow their car because they parked it in the wrong place. It’s such a lovely place I wish the folks working there had a bit more of an Aloha spirit.

Five family members, aged from 28 to 76, sought a relaxing and fun getaway, and that’s what we got. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was spacious and clean, and offered a stunning view of the pools and lagoon. The villa staff was warm, friendly and very accommodating. Ko Olina is a more peaceful and less crowded alternative to Waikiki.

This home in Ko’Olina is absolutely paradise. The hosts were amazing from the questions I asked before the trip to the greeter who met us there. The unit has everything you can need for the perfect vacation- beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear. Inside the furniture is beautiful and comfortable, beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. My kids loves the art supplies and it was great to take a break and watch a movie. I sat on the balcony every morning and watched the ocean. The pool is beautiful and the lagoons did not disappoint. We saw a turtle in the lagoon right in front of thr building. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I hope we can come back!

This villa is just like the pictures. The sunrise and sunset are breath taking from here. The weather is perfect in Ko Olina. From reservation to check out communication with owner was excellent. The amenities and location were amazing and relaxing. You even have an option to schedule a paid massage that comes to your room! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone coming out to Oahu.

Everything from start to finish was easy. Good communication with the owner; easy check-in; clean villa with lovely ocean and pool views; very well-appointed kitchen and everything a family needs for the beach - towels, comfortable chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. Perfect for a family beach vacation. This unit is great! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for all of our cooking, plenty of seating on the balcony for lounging and each bedroom was clean and comfortable.
Two things about the beach villas that people should be aware of, and is included in most reviews is that there is no food available so be prepared to cook or take a short walk to other resorts and there are very few umbrellas pool side. That said, we would stay in this unit again

Loved our stay at this home! Clean, welcoming, convenient. All the gear was available in the unit - beach chairs/towel, scuba gear, sand toys, etc. Everything was well-labeled and clearly explained. Gorgeous view from the lanai - with doors that slide into the walls creating a lovely, airy environment. Pool is just downstairs with lots of shallow areas for swimmers of all abilities. Daily koi feedings for the kids. Great walking path along the beach. Staff was welcoming and other guests were respectful. Thanks for a great stay in Oahu!

This was an amazing property! We had 6 people in our party and never felt like we didn't have space. Everyone's favorite part was the patio with the doors wide open. It was spacious and comfortable. All the amenities were available. Dwight and Ejay were accommodating, informative and friendly.
Kids loved the pools and lagoon! Adults loved after a long day of adventuring going to see Duke and Michelle at the bar and to watch the sunset. Easy walk to Au Lani for dinner one night. The little shopping center is a simple walk and had the yummiest breakfast place (Eggs n Things, you should try the Loco Moco) and it had an ABC store for quick pickups! Overall, amazing and we would stay here again!!

This was our 11th time renting a condo at the Ko Olina Beach Villas resort in the past 12 years.
Hands down, this condo was the best one we've stayed in. Was in near brand-new condition. (Very well taken care of! The owners have detailed instructions around the villa, be sure to follow these to keep the place in tip-top shape.)
Completely stocked, top to bottom, with beach stuff. There's nothing you would want in a condo that isn't included. Even if this condo is priced slightly above the others, it's worth it!

Our stay was wonderful! Dwight was very informative and easy to communicate with. Upon check in our greeter Lawrence was friendly and informative, showed us around and was very responsive and helpful with regards to anything we needed.
The villa was more lovely than the photos as some of the furnishings have been updated as well as the patio furniture.
The beach supplies were fantastic, with Tommy Bahama chairs ,nice beach towels and toys for the kids.
We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again! Thank you for a great vacation!

The condo was just as is described in the listing. It everything we needed and more. Check-in was easy and the on-site parking was great. We have plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and all the things you might need when cooking. One of our favorite things to do was to open up the lanai and hang out on the balcony. It overlooks a beautiful pool area and the beach. The location on the island is just great. We could easily get to Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, North Shore, etc. We loved how the beach right in front of the property was not too crowded. The walking path that followed the shore line was great for strolling and seeing other sites. Thanks for including with the unit the small things that made it easy for us. For example, the many different types of beach gear (towels, googles, snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, etc) was fabulous. Oh, and the beds were really, really comfortable. The big TVs were great for watching movies and sports. Overall, this was a great home base for our family vacation. I would definitely encourage anyone else who is considering it to give it a go.

My family of 4 adults stayed at this condo for a week. Cleanliness is important to me so I have to emphasize that this unit and the linens and towels were very clean and well maintained. The unit had everything that we needed for the week including beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. The unit has a large lanai that overlooks the pool. There is a view of the beach from the lanai. The beach is on a cove, gorgeous blue calm water. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The place is wonderful, clean and very spacious. The property is surrounded by lagoons and walking trails. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself feel at home.
The property manager, Dwight was extremely helpful and accommodating. The on-site staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay and relax in a quiet scenic setting versus the crowded noisy beaches in Waikiki.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our six night stay in this unit at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The property exceeded our expectations on every level. The unit was luxuruous, spacious, well kept and exceptionally clean. The amenities within the villa and at the property were plentiful and outstanding. This was a wonderful condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed (non-food) right down to the electric water kettle for hot tea! The beds were very comfortable. We traveled with one couple and two singles and this condo allowed private space for everyone. Wonderful location in Oahu. Fun shopping and dining only a 10-minute walk away. We highly recommend Eggs 'n' Things in the Ko'Olina Shopping Center. Paradise Cove Luau also only 15-minute walk! The owner/manager is amazingly responsive. Answered all our questions in a very timely manner.
Clean condo. Bathtubs/showers could use a once-over and sheets should probably be replaced. They were clean, but looked a little "grungy" or just very used. The couches both in the living room and on the lanai were not very comfortable. However, we were out and about most of the days, so we weren't sitting for too long.
Property pool and facilities were wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. Overall, all members of our traveling party were very impressed and happy with our stay here.

We love staying at Ko’Olina and this property was perfect. Everything was clean, the amenities were great and we loved everything about it. The lagoon is great for small kids and adults. We enjoyed snorkeling here more than Hanauma bay with less crowds and lots of fish. The resort pools are clean and fun for kids/adults as well. The fitness center was well maintained with lots of equipment. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bedding, smart TVs, easy parking, and plenty of beach items for the trip. We will be staying again. Thanks!!

These units are very large and spacious. The unit was very well equipped and even had some pantry basics like spices.
Ko Olina area is great - quiet yet has enough restaurants nearby. The pool area below can get noisy but it seemed to close down by 10 pm.

We've been to Ko'Olina several times. We much prefer this area of Oahu over how busy & crowded Waikiki is. In previous stays, we have stayed in the Ocean Tower. This was the first time we stayed in the Beach Tower, and we loved it! We appreciated that the owners kept a nice assortment of beach gear (beach chairs, soft-sided cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) accessible for us to use. This unit was very well maintained, and their greeter Louie was very knowledgeable & helpful.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo worked out great for our family. Everything we needed, from cooking to beach gear was provided.
Our contact was there to greet us, helped us move in and was readily available for help.
Koolina is a fantastic development with calm lagoons (called fish ponds) open to the ocean for swimming. Restaurants and shopping are close by.
It's definitely a return stay.

This was our third stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. We really enjoyed unit B503. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Furniture & decor did not feel dated. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of snorkel gear and beach chairs. Communication with owners and concierge was very easy. Responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful location.

What a great trip. This well-appointed, immaculate condo is equipped for any activity, whether it is a day at the beach lounging on chairs, snorkeling or boogie boarding to fixing a great meal after that beach day. Everything you need is at hand, in great condition and in abundance. It’s obvious this owner takes great pride in the comfort of their guests and themselves. Only negatives or cautions to others were that nobody was on site to meet us at check in other than the reception staff (I never really figured out how some things like the lighting dimmers work), and the cries of Marco Polo from the pool from 9am to 9pm conflict with hopes for quiet time on the lanai. When we got home I shared this with a friend who said he had recently been to a resort that had "NO MARCO POLO" signs at the pool...maybe an idea to consider :)

The views do not disappoint from the condo's balcony. We loved looking down onto the pool and out to the ocean, and listening to the live music on Tuesday and Friday evenings. The kitchen was stocked with all the little necessities making it easy to prepare meals onsite. Everyone had their own space with their bedroom and own bathroom. We hope to go back soon.

This was a family trip to celebrate graduation from college for my 2 daughters. The condo was everything they said it was and more. It was perfect for our family with both the pool and the ocean being steps away. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!
