This is a lovely condo - very clean and had all the amenities we need - even beach chairs and a large cooler!
Check in and check out was seamless.
We enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back and stay in this condo!!!

We rented two condos in the Turtle Bay area. This one had bugs throughout the kitchen and bathroom. When I called the manager about it, received a text saying they schedule sprays every quarter and she would look into it. The power also went out and there were no emergency supplies. Our 88yo parents were told they "should use their flashlights on their phones". After being out all day, their phones did not have battery to sustain this and one of them does not have a flashlight. When asking about flashlight options, the manager said this is not something they offer. They also indicated that you need to wash dishes and towels, but do not provide any soap to do so. The other condo we had was full of amenities including coffee filters, soap, and such which made for a nicer and easier experience.

Turtle Bay Area is convenient to the majority of the island, and roads taking you through the mountains lead you to the rest. What a great condo, clean spacious and everything for cooking or not. I would stay at this condo again and will let my friends know, also.

There were only four bathroom towels provided for four people so it felt tight. On check-out day, maids were present before 9am demanding (rudely) we leave even though check-out wasn’t until 11am. It felt like we left on a sour note with the. maids as we refused to leave before check out time.

This condo has everything you need, including a pull out sofa bed. Equipped with a washer and dryer a dishwasher and a coffee maker. That’s all you really need. It’s walking distance to the beach the golf course and turtle Bay resort. And a short drive to Sunset Beach, where I spent most of my time. I truly lovely experience at an affordable rate.

We absolutely loved renting this condo. It was spacious and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family of four for four nights. It was excellently cleaned and is in a perfect location. We so enjoyed this spot on Oahu. The golf course views are lovely and access to Turtle Bay was wonderful. My family enjoyed the pool as well.
The AC in the master was great for my family. The pull out couch is spacious, but the mattress is probably not comfortable enough for adults, in my opinion. My children slept on it and did not complain. Having two spacious bathrooms and a washer and dryer was great.
I appreciated the hosts communication, she was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. We loved her condo.
We also appreciated having all the beach amenities provided - two beach chairs, four beach towels, a boogie board, a cooler, sand toys, and a drying rack. We used all every day!
Overall - loved this space, would stay here again, and hope to someday. Go to the fruit stand on the side of the road headed to the north shore in Kahuku! Incredible. Thank you Sandy!

Compared to the 2 other condos in the same complex we had family staying at, this condo was run down and outdated. Only 1 a/c unit in the bedroom, and the rest of the condo stayed stifling hot. Needs new pillows, and new couch. No ice maker in the freezer and only 2 1/2 small ice trays (one was severely cracked and pointless). There were cracks in the walls, spiderwebs in the kitchen above the cupboards, and the water pressure in both showers were unbearably hard. Taking a shower was almost painful. Mismatched utensils and cups. Seemed like renting this condo out is an afterthought. Very basic and plain. The floors had divots in them and one of the windows in the main living area did not have a shade, so anyone could look in at night, and constantly let light in to heat up an already hot room during the day. If all you want is a place to sleep this is it. But doesn’t feel comfortable, or “homey”. If we were to come back to O’ahu, we won’t stay at the particular condo again. But we loved the complex, the pool and close beach access.

This place does not have AC. There is a small unit that barley covers one room there were bugs in the bathroom and it was not very clean. Great location close to the beach.

The place was clean with ample space for cooking or relaxing. Sandy provided clear instructions for arrival and checkout process was simple. It is a close walk to the beaches and restaurants both in the resort and just out of the entrance. I would absolutely come back for another visit!

We had a great time It was nice and relaxing, not all the business at Honolulu; however, it would have been so much better if there had been more comfortable outdoor patio furniture. We loved sitting out there, but it got uncomfortable pretty quick. The couch inside was not very comfortable either. Hopefully, next time there will be better furniture 🌴🌴

The property is in an excellent location. It's a quick walk to the resort and a quick walk to the beach. The condo instruction book needs to be reviewed and updated. Screens on the front door and lanai door need to be repaired. Holes let in mosquitoes. Previous reviews said the kitchen was lacking. We are cooks and found it adequate. Better knives would be our first recommendation. Our biggest complaint would be early morning noise from lawnmowers on the golf course and weedeaters around the condo grounds. Seems like they could mow and trim the areas away from the condos first.

This condo was as described when we entered. It is in a great location, very clean and well kept. It is conveniently located, close to everything on the North Shore, minutes from so many beautiful beaches as well as the Polynesian Cultural Center. It also wasn't too far of a drive on the one day we wanted to visit the Swap Meet and Pearl Harbor. We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals while staying in this condo. Beach chairs, towels and cooler were a pleasant surprise that we hadn't expected to find, but made days out at the beach quite convenient and worry free. We had a hiccup that could've turned into a nightmare at the beginning of our trip, but Sandy was more than helpful in helping us to navigate and get checked in, and we will be forever grateful for her help and kindness. Overall, I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I return to the North Shore!!

We have stayed at the Turtle Bay resort in the past, when it was only my husband and I. But with the whole family, that gets really expensive quick. This trip we tried VRBO and loved it! The condo was right on property, so we could walk to the beach to snorkel or to go golfing. And it’s just down the road from world-class surf spots like Pipeline, that had a great swell this week. We even got to see a local surf contest! What an awesome week. We will definitely be back!

This was a great spot. Parking was easy and the place was clean and spacious. The description of the place was accurate. They even included boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels! The host was helpful and quick to respond.

Overall the experience was great. The unit was accurate to the description. The communication with host was timely. The unit was clean. There isn't air conditioning in the living room area, which is noted on the description, but there is a sliding glass door that can be opened and helped with air flow for that area. The location is great! The pools were thoroughly enjoyed by our children. I would have liked to have a hot tub to soak in.
There were several beach supplies that we were able to enjoy and very grateful for.
The kitchen is not well stocked. We had other units in the complex also rented for other families in our group and their units were fully stocked. It would be nice to even have a few of the basics like salt/pepper. There were no measuring cups or spoons. Not many pan options. I would have liked to have more of those things in the kitchen itself for cooking, but we just chose to do all the cooking in the other units. If I was staying here without others to rely on I would have needed to buy a lot more to make it work. That's my only suggestion or insight for those coming before to be prepared for.

Property was clean and had all the little things you need to have a perfect day at the beach. Beach chairs, towels, ice chest, boogie boards....etc. It was only a 5 minute walk to put our toes in the sand.

Great location but the complex was a little dated. The inside was clean but could've used an icemaker in the "newly updated kitchen". Our host could have been more helpful as to what to bring ie the only grocery store nearby does not sell beer!
