This Seattle-based owner has anticipated every guest need and addressed it in consummate style. Newly installed Split AC, a lavishly equipped kitchen set up to prepare and serve your own island feast with high-end appliances and a full array of small appliances and kitchen ware. The decor features beautiful wall art by well-known local artists. The new King bed is fitted with luxury linens, and the private en-suite bathroom was completely remodeled. A comfortable sleeper sofa provides great separation from the bedroom, and the unit hosts four guests in comfort and style.

You'll find this unit exceptionally well equipped -- beach gear is provided, including umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs. Just across the street, the long sloping beach lawn of Kamaole III is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunsets.

The unit also features a massive Smart streaming TV and separate TV in the bedroom, and lightning-fast WiFi with signal throughout. The kitchen was completely remodeled with stunning granite counters and hardwood cabinets. Upscale and comfortable furnishings dress the unit, and high-quality fixtures and fans were installed throughout the unit. There is an in-unit washer-dryer. Your private patio area is perfect for watching the ocean with your morning coffee or experiencing one of Maui's legendary sunsets. Parking is free and convenient, just steps from the front door.

Hale Kamaole is one of Maui's most desirable ocean resorts, with is sloping lawn and elevated views of the ocean, and well-maintained tropical courtyard. There are gas grills for guest use close to the unit, and the sparkling pool offers a refreshing option once your beach day is through. Walk from the condo to more than a dozen restaurants within a few blocks, along with coffee, shopping, and night life. The property is located in the desirable southern part of South Kihei, three blocks from Wailea.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. This was an upgraded property in great condition. One of the pools were near the patio, with the beach directly across the street. A very comfortable property to stay in!

Close handy to upper pool and barbeques. Some noise from upstairs unit furniture moving on tile floor. Could use more t spoons and coffee cups. Awkward opening and closing dishwasher door. Split AC great. Nice shower.

We had a wonderful time. There is AC in both bedroom and front room/kitchen. The AC in room works great. The one in front room/kitchen was ok. It was humid and hot when we went. So it kitchen/front room was little humid and warm at times. The amenities and everything there for us to use helped make home away from home really easy and comfortable. They do have a glass table here so I had to move that to corner so kids don’t go near it with chairs blocking it. But besides that area was open and safe for little ones. I would stay here again if I go to Maui again. Thank you,

We arrived and the instructions on how to access property was very detailed. Communication was great. Any email I sent was answered almost immediately. The unit itself was good…was described well. Had everything we needed. The door was a little bit hard to open at times but it was minor. Overall the location was perfect. And would highly recommend. Thank you

We enjoyed easy access to many beaches, the local skate park, the pool, and the BBQ's....and, of course, the views from the porch....especially the morning colors of the ocean and sky as the sun rose.

This unit was perfect for what we needed during our stay in Maui. Perfect for 2 people. We had 4 so sharing the one washroom was hectic at times but we made it work. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pool was definitely a bonus. Communication with Todd and staff was always immediate and resolutions to small problems were quick too.

This is a great place , especially for the price. The location and the complex itself are both great! The view from the lanai is better than the photos. The AC works great for the bedroom and cools the unit pretty well, but don’t expect icy cold in the living room. The sofa bed is comfortable and they provide extra fans. The unit is well supplied especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. You can tell the owners take care of this unit. Only improvements would be bit better cleaning of surfaces and new boogie boards. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful perfectly located apartment. The apartment is right behind a beautiful park and the beach where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped even with beach equipment. Should we come back to Maui we could book this apartment definitely again.

This is a good rental in a great location with all the desired amenities. I gave it 3 stars because the Air Conditioner was in the bedroom only and did not adequately cool down the entire condo. Only the bedroom was cool. The rest of the condo needed constant fans, and even then it was hot and humid, even with doors open and a cross-breeze. If you're in need of cool AC throughout, you may want to choose elsewhere. Other than this issue, this a good rental.

Really enjoyed our stay. It's a three minute walk across the property and you are at Napili Bay beach. The 2 hideabeds in the living area were very useful for my teenage boys. Condo was in great shape. There is a great atmosphere in teh complex, very relaxed.

VEry comfortable apartment for a couple. Nicely located for access to services of Kihei and Wailea via car. Some restaurants and hops walkable depending on your penchant for walking. Well supplied and in good shape. Onlyu issue was a new dishwasher was installed upon arrivla, but was not working and a corner pot cupboard had some major issues. Bothe issues were resolved by teh Monay after late Saturday check-in.

Over Thanksgiving week, our small family (2 adults, 1 teen) stayed in this lovely condo in Kihei, in south Maui. The pictures are completely accurate. We could see the ocean and sky from the lanai, and one morning, a rainbow! The pool is steps away, where we practiced with our snorkel gear and used the outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Inside, all was very clean. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Even though the wall-unit air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, the ceiling fan was enough to keep us comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, hot kettle. We try to save a bit of money by eating in for breakfast and packing lunch if we can -- we had everything we needed to cook as needed. There were even pretty dishes and we were able to bring a beautiful fruit salad to a Thanksgiving potluck. The knives are a bit dull, but there is a sharpening tool. The living room couch is comfy for sleeping overnight, with a ceiling fan and fans too. The beach towels, chairs, cooler, and other equipment were a huge plus! We were able to rent snorkel gear from Auntie Snorkel's up the street, which we stored in the convenient outdoor closet. And conveniently, you can walk 10-15 minutes across the street to Kamaole III Beach and Park, without having to drive and find parking. Everything you need is in the unit! Best of all were the communications with the management staff! Todd was fantastic, making friendly, excellent recommendations prior to our visit. And even when we experienced a slight inconvenience when we checked in, he did everything possible to make the situation right for us. I was so impressed with his professionalism, and recommend working with his team at Keller Williams Realty Maui! Mahalo, Todd and team, for making this a memorable, rejuvenating stay in Maui. We're so grateful for your hospitality and aloha spirit!

This is our second time staying at Hale Kamole. The location in Kihei is great, close to walk to restaurants and shops, right across the street from the beach (Kamole 3) and on the bus line (helpful when rental cars are scarce). This condo has great views of the ocean and is very close to the pool. A big benefit of this units is that with a first floor lanai you can walk to the pool from the lanai at the back of the unit and not out the front and down stairs, a big plus! The condo is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and all the things you would need if you planned to cook. The outdoor closet has all you need for a beach visit. The property manager is very responsive to messages. The bus runs up and down Kihei road and is walking distance from the unit if you want to go south to Keawakapu or Ulua beaches to snorkel, or hit the shops at Wailea, or north to see the rest of Kihei and eat at the Paia Fish Market. Overall very happy with the unit, location, and amenities.
