It was our first trip to Maui. Location-wise, this property in Kihei was perfect. Just across from the beach, which is good for an early morning walk or run and even for the sunset pics later in the day.A second bathroom would’ve been perfect, but we managed to work with one.The chickens in the early hours of the morning can prove to be a challenge for light sleepers. But I guess that’s a trade-off vs staying in an expensive resort.The home is well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is equipped if you like to cook your own meals. It was pleasant to sit out while sipping your morning tea or evening drink.Location is not busy either. So, while you’re not far from anything, there aren’t any noisy activities around at night.Overall, we found it well located.

We realy enjoyed our stay in this quiet area of Kihei. The beach across the street, the pool at the end of the day, the BBQ for dinner and all the commodities that came with the condo.

Overall the location is very good and facilities on the complex were good too. We wish there were more towels and utensils (we're a group of 6). Being right across the beach is a big plus and proximity to Kahului was great. Overall pretty happy with the stay, would rent again!

The stay was comfortable and the property and location is ideal and accessible to most sites of interest.
The only issue of concern were the window blinds leading to the back patio or balcony, it needed some maintenance to enhanced functionality.

I rented the unit with my sister. It was perfect for us! - we are in our 60s. It was also very clean! We saw a few baby roaches in the bathroom, but it wasn't shocking since that is common in Hawaii. It has nothing to do with the unit itself and it not being clean! I just thought I should mention it. The beach is directly across from the complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is relatively quiet other than the roosters that "parked" outside of our bedroom windows and woke us up at the crack of dawn...literally. If you have never been to Maui, the streets are full of chickens and roosters. That's just fyi, they are no bother other than constantly "talking". :) Back to the unit...I would highly recommend renting. Other than the furniture needing updating, especially the mattresses, and no air conditioning in the bedrooms, all was perfect and we would rent again! It is very near all that you need with the drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, etc being about 40 mins. So, you don't need to spend the money for the high priced all inclusive resorts, just drive. Also, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIHEI CAFFE!!! :)

We loved staying here. Walking to the beach, swimming in the pool, grilling dinner, snorkel and boogie boarding equipment, and easy access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this rental.

Apartment and property comfortable and a good size for our group. Availability of beach chairs and umbrella was appreciated. Management company promptly attended to our request to replace a broken broom. Suggestto have more than one dish towel available.

This condo was a great location- directly across the street from a wonderful stretch of beach. Close drive time to grocery stores and Restaurants.
Simple and clean condo with lots of beach accessories on hand so you don’t have to bring or purchase your own.
Well equipped kitchen and even some pantry items (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc).
Will definitely consider this condo again when we visit in the future!

2 bedroom and a coach can handle a family with 3 kids. The beach is across the street. 5-10 min drive to grocery and resturants. the swimming pool is nice. Overall a very nice stay!

This was a much larger space than we anticipated, and was absolutely lovely to stay in. It's right across the street to some beach access, and walking distance to a small bakery, shave ice, and tourist shop. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this property! It had all sorts of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, etc. that made it easy to immediately hit the beach. The plumeria trees right outside the door were an beautiful touch.

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. Everything is as pictured. Everything was clean. It was nice to have boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler for use. There were even some sand toys in the closet. Plenty of towels for use. The washer and dryer was very useful during our time there. The furniture and decor is worn and could use some updating. But other wise everything was great. Thanks!

We love the unit, it's first floor location and the location of the complex. The pool is perfect and the beach so close. This unit would have been perfect but the Queen bed was much too soft for this couple! That could be a completely subjective comment. There were other mild deficiencies that I mentioned to the property manager and they were very quick and willing to take care of things.

We all loved this location, the property as a whole (hot tub under the Maui stars) as well as the individual unit. It was a comfortable place to return to after a big day's adventure. Grateful to have washer/drier and fridge. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was beautiful. We didn't ever prepare a meal, but we sure could have.

We so much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for the many things we had planned. With a beach right across the road was a plus...it was a small but very nice beach. Having a nice pool at the facility was great. We spent lots of time in it and mostly had it to ourselves!!! The condo unit itself was lovely. It could have had one more bathroom (HA!). It was comfortable and just spacious enough. Thank you for an excellent stay on Maui.
