Room was clean, location was amazing, great amenities. A bug issue in the kitchen upon arrival that we needed to buy bug spray for and address the entire week but the spray kept them away, so maybe bug spray more often in the unit. Otherwise our stay was great!

Just returned from a great stay at the Royal Mauian 204 in Kiehi. Location was great - right between two beaches and across the street from some places to eat, grocery store, beach rental stores. short drive to some other great restaurants and beaches plus a little market for souveniers. Condo was clean and well maintained. Updated kitchen - quite a few bugs in the kitchen when we first arrived but didn't notice them for most of the balance of the stay - just needed to keep kitchen free of crumbs and food - suppose fairly normal for a tropical environment. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Patio was lovely - view was amazing - ocean, beach, mountains - couldn't have been a better view - lots of time spent on the lanai.Management company was very helpful with booking and questions in advance - didn't really need them during as everything was as promised. Beach chairs were very handy - used daily - and rented an umbrella. Overall loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return and recommend to family/friends. Thank you Royal Mauian 204 and CB Island Vacations!

We absolutely loved this Unit: Gorgeous Views of Kamaole Beach from the Balcony and Master, lovely Pool in front with spectacular Views, nice Walks on Beach 1 and 2. So nice to be able to walk out in front and go to the Beach right in front and also I could watch the Views all day long. My Family loved it and we will come back

The rental condo was very comfortable and nice! We had everything needed in the kitchen to make some meals. The WiFi was great as my adult kids had to work and we all enjoyed the view! Loved the beach chairs and towels and fins. The location is awesome in regards to the beach and shopping and activities and some restaurants. Overall a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Very nice location, the space is clean and comfortable. Only small complaint is not enough laundry soap and trash bags for the whole week. Feel like for the price those kinds of things should be well-stocked. The pull-out bed is very hard to get back together, could use some work. The property managers were very responsive. Enjoyed our week.

This was my second stay at the Royal Mauian and it is a great location. Views, access to beaches, location to shops and restaurants are awesome. #204 is really nicely appointed and as described. Had some issue with the AC when checking in and it was taken care of same day. The whole family had a great stay.

Amazing view, you can just sit on the balcony to enjoy the sunset. Very comfy beds, pillows and linens. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

Loved the location. Right on the water, close to a very sandy beach and grass area. Could watch the waves morning, noon, and night. Couple things for the hosts to consider:
1) beyond salt/pepper; might be helpful to have some additional pantry staples and spices. If you plan on cooking anything; you'll need to purchase cooking spray, other spices, etc. Would have been helpful to have more basics on hand like other rental properties.
2) pool hours were a bit restrictive; but not sure if the hosts can control that
3) unclear who to call if there is a problem. We had an errant smoke alarm that was faulty. It took us a day to figure out who to call to replace the unit. We bought batteries ourselves; but the smoke alarm was hardwired and needed the wires cut to make it stop chirping

Location of the property was ideal being right on the water with a view of the beach and the sunset. Great having a washer/dryer in house and most kitchen implements were onsite. Comfortable beds and plenty of beach gear. Could have had beach umbrellas and boogie boards but they are available to rent across the street at Boss Frogs. Few cockroaches each morning in the kitchen and had to call on the management for install a blind for the evening and morning for some privacy. The blind was extremely grubby. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at the Royal Mauian. Property was clean and had all the equipment for the beach. Wifi was great. Check-in process was very easy. You really can't beat the location. Lots of places to eat across the street.

We've been to the RM multiple times and all units are beautiful, this one included. I would be remiss however if I didn't provide some feedback of this particular unit...it's close to the street so a bit noisier and a few things in the unit were "rickety" (towel bars, toiler paper holder). Has all the amenities you cold need for outside (chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment but the kitchen was bare. Salt and pepper that's it. no olive oil, no basic seasonings (steak seasoning, garlic salt etc.). I spent over 40$ just on those items alone. that being said, it's also a bit pricier than other equally as nice units and better situated. I'd stay here again but only if the other units were unavailable.

We absolutely love this location. We have stayed several years in a row now. It has always been clean and very well taken care of. All questions can be answered through the management company and they are prompt to answer or return calls. The location offers a beautiful view from the lanai and a short walk across the grass to either of the beaches. There is plenty of cookware and supplies to prepare a meal for your family and there is an organic and natural grocery across the street. Quick access to the coffee shops and restaurants, is just another plus. We bring our teens and this location allows them to safely visit surrounding shops, fish, swim and snorkel just outside the condo and we can watch from the lanai. We have stayed in Kihei for over 10 years in multiple locations and once we found Room 204 we have never looked anywhere else.

I have stayed in this location and building for 30 years. This unit, for the cost, did not have the value and I was disappointed. The pictures of the unit did not represent its current state and it needs a deep clean. The kitchen and laundry appliances need maintenance. Overall, the rate they are charging is over priced.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Mauian condo. It was clean, well equipped, and we appreciated having plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs for our use. The beds were very comfortable and the AC and ceiling fans made the conditions friendly to a good night’s sleep. Our favorite things about the condo though were the view of the beach from the lanai, and the fact that we could snorkel right off the Kam 1 beach in front of the condo. We liked the location, too - on the beach but close walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants to pick up food. The property company was responsive and helpful. We’d come back!

This condo has it all!! We had an amazing stay at this condo while our family was in Maui. This condo was equipped with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The view from the lanai is picture perfect. The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our family of four stayed had an amazing vacation at Royal Mauian 204. The condo is clean and very well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we are happy to say that we slept well each night. The kitchen has nice dishes, silverware, drink ware as well many kitchen essentials like a tea kettle and blender. We took advantage of the beach chairs and there are also beach towels available. Our favorite part was the lanai that overlooks the beautiful beach and ocean. We enjoyed watching amazing sunsets every night from the lanai. The beach is a short walk from the condo. We enjoyed the property and roof top view with tables and grills. The condo is close to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Property and unit is convenient and pretty as pictured, rental agency very receptive and so very helpful. Kam 1 is an amazing beach. Lava Java every morning for local grown and brewed coffee. Visited all the places across Kihei Rd for great lunches and Gelato! Wonderful vacation had by all of us! Hope to be back soon, this is a fantastic location
