This is my second stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale. I love the location and the grounds. This property was exactly as described. I appreciate the unscented cleaning products. The bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. The complex is quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The kitchen was well equiped.

Martha was a very diligent manager who worked quickly to resolve a couple of issues. The unit was well provided for so all we had to buy was food. Very friendly community of neighbors when we were there.

The apartment location is perfect to watch the sunset. The area is great since all the restaurants are within 5/10min driving (most of them you can walk since it’s so close to the Mall).

Stayed at the Waiohuli Beach Hale for two weeks and had a fantastic time. The unit was very clean, well appointed and the grounds are kept immaculate. Martha, the property manager, was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there. The location on the beach was perfect and so close to many amenities. Highly recommend.

Perfect accommodations for a couple!
Location is great so no need to rent a car unless you want to explore the island.
Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and beautiful beach front access.
Would definitely recommend water shoes and snorkels to see all the beautiful turtles both sunning themselves on the beach and floating around in the water.
Martha was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
We’ll be back!

This was a nice property and had ample amenities. The only issue and this has nothing to do with the property other than location, was the wind. The wind always blows in north Kehei. The property was clean and very nice. We will definitely look there again. Martha was easy to deal with. Nice lady for sure.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small condo complex on the beach in Kihei. The location is ideal with grocery stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and had enough storage space for our things. The property manager responded immediately when we needed help navigating the TV and the safe.

This was my 31st trip to the islands so I'm not a beginner. The WBH was all that I anticipated and more. Condo was clean, well-furnished and comfortable with a great close view of the ocean. Only complaint is a Hawaiian problem - the island is being overrun with **** wild chickens. The daily 4:30 am wake up from the roosters was horrible. Loved sleeping with the windows all open & the ocean breezes but not the early wake up squawking. Chickens are everywhere: beach areas, shopping centers and on the WBH property..

Incredible place to stay. Close to the best fish tacos, fresh smoothies, and the beach is a hop skip and jump - the best sunsets. 25 min walk into town! Great to be just on the outskirts.

Great property. Located on the beach where the turtles like to sun themselves. The unit was well maintained and very clean. Property management was very responsive. The unit was so well stocked with cleaning supplies, hand soaps and paper products. The beach chairs and pool/beach supplies were plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: excellent location, right on the beautiful gorgeous beach, excellent swimming pool, everything is close: restaurants, market, powerhouse gym, shave ice, ect.
Cons: GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS, YES BED BUGS, thought it was a spider but saw it when I was stripping down the bedding
- lots of problems with the TV's, did not get Netflix up and running till the night before check out,- contract says there may be equipment problems and possible bugs, I have never seen or experienced a bed bug in my life, came home to wash everything in sanitation mode in my washing machine, contacted Martha, property manager after leaving no response as not now
We have been to all the Hawaiian Islands 15 times but first time had problems with bed bugs, had to look it up to know what I thought I was seeing was really bed bugs, I feel that the TV problems could have been prevented by testing things before our arrival, bed bugs should have been address prior to our stay as well,

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of room for us and our kids. The air conditioner in the bedroom was very helpful at night as it was a bit humid. All the kitchen amenities we needed were right there. Lots of supplies like cooking spray, ziplock bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We really enjoyed the added amenities and made full use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. We also found the drying rack on the balcony super useful. This place had everything we needed!
As for the grounds of the property, everything was great. The pool was very clean and the grounds well maintained. The beach was very nice. Sea turtles on the beach every early morning and swimming along the shore in the afternoon. The water was pretty calm and the beach never crowded. Lots of shells and coral for beach combing. And the sunset views were awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything you would ever need to feel comfortable while being away from home. The location is great; not too far from any of the islands must see places. You can walk to dinner after being out all day exploring. (Coconuts and Nalu's are very close) The beach at the property is clean and not crowed. We saw/swan with turtles everyday and could see whales playing out in the distance. A beautiful beach to watch the sunset with your honey and a glass of wine, then head out for dinner (or cook a romantic dinner in the fully stocked kitchen!). Will definitely return on our next trip to the Islands <3

Our stay at Waiohuli was great! The condo was just like the pictures show, nice and clean, spacious, perfect for two people. The beach was nice and private. The pool was awesome to have as an option if you didn't feel like getting full of sand and salt. It was about a 30mins walk into Kihei which we found a little far but also meant that it was nice and quiet so a bit of a toss up. Grocery store was across the street so that was convenient. Wifi was super slow which we found frustrating when trying to research stuff or check in for our flights.

Have spent the past 3 summers here..For 60 days at a time. We find this condo to be peaceful,quite, and well maintained. Never had any problems but when needed assistance with anything....Ms Ingalls was only 10 minutes away. We highly recommend you stay here and enjoy life. We will stay here again soon.

We took our very first trip to Hawaii and we loved it. The grounds were beautiful with daily maintenance that started at a decent hour versus the crack of dawn. The condo was exceptionally clean(one of my biggest concerns anytime I stay away from home). All linens were provided with extras. The linen closet also had chairs, beach towels, other beach items and supplies to help with cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed and more (blenders, toasters,etc.). There was nothing we needed that was not in the condo. The location is convenient, near many of the great beaches in Kihei as well as a 30-45 minute drive to the airport and beaches in lahaina and Kaanapali. Restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance. The entire complex was peaceful. We were so grateful to Martha who was in constant communication with us and was able to give us a great rate for a wonderful experience. We are looking forward to our next trip and put this place at the top of our list for the future.

My family (family of 5) stayed in this condo for 3 wonderful weeks. Although there were 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 children, we were very comfortable in this well kept condo. The grounds kept our children busy and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon after spending the day at a number of great beaches close by.
This is a great complex and we found one of the best units here which made our trip even better! Thank-you Martha for your help and prompt response to help if we had questions,

We left California wanting peace, beauty, warm weather, and most important...to be able to swim in the Ocean whenever.. This sweet Condo provided all of that. Compared to others we looked at, it was intimate and family friendly. Only two stories, no need for elevators. altho we were situated in a unit toward the back, our view was great..over pool and shore. We left our door, and with beach chairs, towels and snacks in hand, we were on the beach In two minutes! Each evening we watched the Sunset and fired up the BBQ with other travelers.. The pool was heated and with a max depth of 4 1/2 feet..it was great for little guys. The kitchen had every item for cooking you could think of. Groceries, shopping malls near by, ie. walking distance. WE will definitely return , and bring our friends!

The location is good. Times supermarket is just next to the building. The property manager maintain the building and the commom area very well. This condo is very clean. Kitchen supplies are sufficient. It is good for family with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo (with 2 children 9 and 7 years), very clean and nice decorated and good equiped. The property has a big garden with an excellent swimming pool. The beach is o.k. but not a top place for swimming & playing.
