Waiohuli Beach Hale D-123 is a 1bed/1bath condo on the ground floor next to the pool of this ocean-front condominium. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

Unit #D-123 is next to the pool with a view of the ocean and West Maui Mountains. It is partially air conditioned (bedroom only) has a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bath, 2 TV's, telephone and free wireless Internet. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, stand-up AC, ceiling fan, TV and full remodeled bath. Free Parking.

The living room features a queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV. There is no AC in the living room. Unit #123 is equipped with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie board, sand toys, Mr. Coffee+Keurig.

Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. There is also a common laundry room. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean. This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai. Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Walk to Times Market, the gym, Coconuts Café, the post office, bank and several shops in the Azeka Mall. The beach is perfect for shelling, kayaking, windsurfing and long walks.

There is public tennis, 12 golf courses, shopping and more throughout Kihei and in the nearby Shops at Wailea. Touring Maui via day trips from our central location is very convenient. Whale watch from the grassy knoll at the front of the property all winter long. Enjoy the BBQ area with 3 grills and a granite workspace.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a couple wanting to spend a couple of weeks relaxing in Maui this was the perfect venue. The suite itself was very nice, not luxurious but nice. It was clean and well equipped with extra towels, kitchen utensils and beach accessories. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the pool was large and clean. The BBQs were modern and clean. The beach where we saw multiple Green Sea Turtles resting daily was a 30 second walk from the pool. We intend to go back to this facility as it checked all the boxes for what we were hoping for.

On check in day someone stopped by to make sure everything thing was in working order and the place was adequately stocked with paper products and detergent. This condo complex is in a great location, so much so that we were able to turn in our rental car and walk to stores & restaurants.

My wife , son, and I stayed here the first full week of January 2023. Property is well cared for , clean, outstanding checkin/communication. Close to everything needed and ideal location for the day trips and exploring we did. Beach on property is very quiet with epic sunsets. If you are looking to explore island and be very active , coming back to a quiet beach, great pool and clean place , this location is for you. Would come back in a heartbeat

Walking distance to shopping and services.This year there were some partiers (but quiet by 10) and a few kids not controlled well by parents. Too noisy to eat at bbq or enjoy happy hour on our lanai. This was the first time we experienced this.

The place was spot on with a few minor recommendations for improvement. First off Location is perfect! Everything you'll need will be in this house. Comes fully stock with necessities. I would suggest putting a portable AC in the living room to get little bit of comfort on hot days. Also if the bed can be a little bit bigger. My wife and my 7yr old had a hard time fitting in the bed. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you for having us!

It was so clean and well stocked for the perfect stay just steps away from the beach! The complex is so beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. It has everything you'll need for your stay, including chairs, snorkels and boogie boards for the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and not at all crowded and be sure to go out late at night or early in the morning to see some sea turtles! We have already referred friends and family to this rental and we will definitely be back in the future!

There was a pack & play with bedding ready for our 2 year old; all of the cooking supplies you would ever need, plus ample Tupperware for leftovers and beach snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. You also can’t get a better location on Maui. Kihei was close enough to the action but far enough away that jr felt like your own private oasis. The beach was perfect with clean sand and clear water. Almost like having a private beach as jr was only really used by other condo guests. We will definitely be back. Hopefully soon.

Lanai was beautiful and one of the most private on the property due to the beautiful landscaping. Beach was amazing - very quiet and we felt like we were on a private beach. Lots of amenities and restaurants in close walking or driving distance. We would definitely return.

The condo complex has a private feeling and yet all the guests or owners are very pleasant and friendly. The condo view, etc. is exactly as pictured, if not even better in person. You walk out the condo and walk a few feet to the beach/ocean. Condo is equipped with all that is needed to make it a home-away-from-home (kitchen, etc.). Grocery shopping and restaurants are literally in walking distance. Martha (manager) is an excellent communicator and always is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed a month this time and are already ready to go back! We are missing walking a few steps down to the beach each night to watch the sunset!

Not having to carry all your stuff down to the beach across a busy road is so nice. This rental is really well stocked and I was super impressed with all the kitchen supplies. Martha was a pleasure to work with and we will be renting this unit from her again.

Great location and very convenient to all parts of the island. Martha was an amazing host and we appreciate all the help with ensuring our vacation was amazing. Sunsets each night were beautiful and most residents gather to watch together. Everyone was kind and gave more then happy to recommend places we may have missed. Only downfall was the air conditioning, but a brief dip in the pool helped to cool you right down. Most of our time was spent exploring the island and being able to return to a private residence instead of one of the busier resorts was great.
