Centrally located, but you’ll want a car because the walkability down Kihei Blvd is hindered by a lack of sidewalks and most places are generally too far away for walking anyhow.

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean, well stocked and updated in appearance. It has central air, which was a nice bonus since it was hot the week we were there. The AC had a brief malfunction when we arrived (this was a building issue), but the property manager kept us informed and it was resolved very quickly! The property owner is very responsive - the best we've dealt with, and we've stayed at multiple VRBO properties. We took two adult age kids (20) with us, and we were all very comfortable with the amount of privacy and common space. The only thing we found somewhat inconvenient is that there wasn't anything a short walk away. We love being able to walk to get coffee in the morning, or even a quick breakfast, and while those options are close, it was a bit further than we wanted to walk in the morning. That's just our preference, and not a deal breaker at all. Also, the beach right behind the property isn't much of a "playing on the beach" type of location. We went there to see the sunset and walk around a bit to get our feet wet, but we drove down the road to surf, swim and hang out on the sand. The pool is very well maintained and a nice option, too. Overall, this is a great property, and I would recommend it.

Communication was above and beyond starting prior to our arrival and continued through our exit. Views were splendid and the lanai is situated in a way that blocked the afternoon island winds permitting us to really enjoy it. Lovely condo that I would highly recommend.

Lisa’s property was the absolute best location for all the adventures we packed into our short stay. To be able to watch sunrise and sunset on the beach a short walk from the condo was amazing, and I am already planning a trip back with my husband and kids to be able to share the beauty with them! It was our first time visiting Maui and we couldn't have asked for a better place, location and host.
The place is centrally located (easy day trips to other towns like Lahaina) but not overcrowded with tourists, which is perfect if you want to just relax.
The property itself has multiple amenities (pool, spa), convenient access to the ocean as well as an ample amount of parking space. The unit was clean and tidy and had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony.
Lastly, our host, Lisa was so welcoming and was always available should we have any questions.
Wish we could've have stayed longer. We will definitely be back soon. Mahalo!

The condo was clean, updated, nicely furnished with beach-type decor, the beds were comfortable and it had just the right amount of space. The ocean view was great both in the morning and during the evening sunsets. We loved the location as it was a short drive to multiple different beaches. Lisa was a great hostess, communicated well and gave great tips on everything from eating out to best places to snorkel.

My wife, her sister and daughters spent a week at this fabulous condo. You can tell it has been recently renovated. It has a fantastic view looking out over the ocean which was great for waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee or watching the sun set. We really enjoyed that this condo was in a quieter part of Kihei but so close to everything we wanted to do like going to the beach and hiking. We would for sure stay here again if we come back to Maui!!!!

We did a lot of research into where we would stay for our two week Maui vacation and planned very far in advance. This place checked all the boxes except for one...no in-unit washer and dryer and as it turned out, the owner was right, access to them was super easy and the machines were high efficiency and quick. Being oceanside was top priority, also central AC, a pool, hot tub and comfortable mattresses for all. Everything was clean and lovely, updated and efficient. The view, oh so lovely. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening! Two tiny details: we would have liked more than one bath towel per adult, but we understand that is a lot of laundry to do at the end of a guest's stay, and the rattan dining room chair backs were a little loose. Otherwise, everything and more was provided for a comfortable and most lovely stay! Lisa was an amazing host and went above and beyond in her communications. Her property manager was so helpful as well. Lisa and her property manager were so helpful and made awesome recommendations. When we arrived everything was so lovely with coffee waiting and all the details seen to. You can tell this is their home-away-from-home because it is so well cared for. We met many nice people when we were there. Our last night, there were some loud spring breakers at the pool. We were grateful for the building security who came every night at 10:15 to clear the area. We would return to this beautiful unit in a second!!

This lovely condo definitely deserves a 5 star rating! It is immaculate, tastefully decorated with newer upgrades and offers a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is close to many amenities. The unit is very clean and well appointed for a relatively short stay of 8 nights. My only suggestion is that we would have appreciated more towels and facecloths. We had to launder them often. Also curious as to why there weren’t any Kleenex in the unit.
We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

My husband, 19 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in early January and found this condo to be a great base for exploring Maui. Having two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was perfect for us and the kitchen was very well equipped with cooking oil, spices, coffee and other essentials. Communication from Lisa prior to our stay and Juls during was very helpful. Lisa's suggestions for beaches, places to snorkel, and restaurants were all spot on. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The location of the condo makes it easy to explore different parts of the island and there were lots of great restaurants and grocery stores within a mile or two. We were really happy here!

Only stayed here for four nights but will definitely book here in the future! Perfect combination of on the beach with view of the sunset from the balcony, close to amenities, easy to get to from airport super close to Kahului for a trip to Costco, etc. Great communication and fantastic amenities so that we didn’t have to buy things like spices, cooking oil, saran wrap, shampoo and conditioner etc..Really appreciated that!!

The condo was nice and as expected. Great sunset views from the deck. Unfortunately we arrived after a storm and there was no electricity. I contacted the on-site manager who was very helpful and she told us where to find a flashlight. That helped a lot because the entire property was dark. The lights came on a couple of hours later, and our real vacation started. The owner provided good suggestions for activities and dining. We enjoyed it very much.

This property is clean with a great view. There are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Great for 4 people. The mornings on the balcony were fantastic, with birds and calm waves in the distance. There are chairs and boards available. Location is central to everything. Beach out front is rocky but beach parks are close within walking and driving distance. We wanted to try our as many of the beaches as possible so short drives were fine. We would stay here again.

This was our first time to Maui. The condo was in perfect condition and close to the beach. Not great for snorkeling, but still beautiful. The condo was stocked with lots of beach stuff, coffee, and condiments. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Views of the sunset were breathtaking! The pool and hot tub were a a bonus. Kihei is a beautiful area. We will definitely be back!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. The condo was so clean and outfitted with very nice cooking essentials, fluffy bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs and even a cooler! Our view from the condo was gorgeous and the pool area was well-kept.
The Location for us was ideal. Kihei is a cute little town with great beaches for snorkeling, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and cute little shops. It’s centrally located so that you’re able to access hiking, the volcano, the aquarium, Road to Hana, and excursions very easily.
The battery in the front door lock stopped working, and the owner had someone over to fix it within 15 minutes. We were very grateful for the quick response. We also had a big rain storm during our stay and the condo was secure.
I would not hesitate to come back!

Lisa’s condo in Kihei is fantastic! Very nice property and plenty of room and nice amenities. She keeps the unit well-stocked and has a great folder with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and shopping. Plus her on site manager is super helpful and attentive. My only suggestion is that the condo association upgrade the laundry facility since our unit did not have a washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay here again. Charles in Texas

this was our first time staying on this side of the island. We wanted a more chill environment and Kihei delivered. Lisa's condo was very clean, recently remodeled and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots and pans and utensils compared to other places we have stayed. We were met with fresh flowers, and some popcorn and breakfast bars as well as coffee, which were much appreciated. Plenty of towels and beach chairs were also appreciated. Her property manage Jule was also very attentive and even let us know about a hula practice with Hawaiian music which took place on the property. A wonderful place to stay!

This lovely condo was a real treat. The kitchen was well-stocked, good knives, etc. It was so clean and welcoming. We loved sitting on the deck looking out to the ocean and pools in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our drinks. A nice breeze made it even more wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfy. We had everything we needed. A walk or short Uber ride took us to delicious, fun restaurants. Lisa, Nina and Juls were all fantastic to work with. They responded immediately when I had questions. You can't go wrong renting this condo.

We stayed in Ka'anapali the last time on Maui, so this was our first time staying in Kihei. The condo was fully updated and extremely clean with lots of nice touches, such as coffee, snacks, beach chairs and fully stocked kitchen. The condo grounds were immaculate. The beach was a bit of a walk across a grassy field, but the beach was quiet and peaceful albeit narrow. Kihei was surprisingly convenient to most everything and was not overrun with traffic, was near restaurants, close to beautiful Wailea and a short drive to the airport. All pictures were accurate representations. Our only regret was not staying longer.

One cannot beat having a beach in one's view! The condo is exactly as described, roomy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Communication with Lisa and Nina was top-notch, with them going above and beyond to recommend beaches, hikes, eateries and entertainment options. We enjoyed the condo. It had a great view. The condo is equipped with all the utensils and gadgets you will need to create meals and drinks. Every time we have visited Hawaii there were at least some bugs. I did not see a single bug in this condo. That amazed me. There are chairs, a cooler and beach blankets to use. Nina was extremely nice and helpful. The property owner always responded to any question I had. I would stay here again and recommend this condo to friends.

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed in this condo for 9 nights. It was the perfect size for the three of us and the configuration of the condo gave our daughter her privacy since she had her own bathroom. We ate most of our meals on the large lanai (which has a drying rack for clothes) with the wonderful view over the pool and of the ocean. At sunset we quickly walked across the lawn to watch it from the beach. In my opinion Kihei is the perfect place to stay in Maui. It has a more local vibe, is centrally located and an easy drive to anything you want: beaches, Haleakala sunrise, the Hana Hwy, Upcountry (check out the Surfing Goat Dairy), restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is a lot within walking distance but we drove because of the heat and humidity. The condo has three full size beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked and the communal BBQs are awesome. There are full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. There are paper towels and TP. All these extras make the vacation more relaxing (fewer things to pack or buy). The condo is comfortable (the main bedroom bed is heavenly) and the grounds are clean and attractive with flowering plants and interesting birds. The condo overlooks the pool, so you can hear conversations and noise from the pool but it closes at 10 PM and all noise stops. The air conditioner works great and there is a separate unit for the second bedroom, but we slept at night with the doors open and the breeze flowing. Lisa is a super host and responded promptly to all my questions! Her sister is onsite and very welcoming. I highly recommend this condo and would return.

This property is in a central location at Kihei with just a short drive to airport, grocery, restaurants, and all the popular spots around Maui. The property itself is condominium style with laundry facilities, was very well maintained, clean, airconditioned, comfortable, well decorated, private with parking, amazing ocean views and almost private beach. The fully equipped kitchen had pots, pans, flatware for at least 8 people with a rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, basically everything you'd want in a kitchen along with basic spices stocked up and super efficient dishwasher (probably very new).
The owner Lisa was very thoughtful with checking on us right from when we booked, providing covid updates, connecting us with her property manager, alerting to book our car rental as that will both be needed in Maui and apparently became a shortage the time we travelled. We were welcomed with a basket of water bottles, snacks and candies on the table.
Overall, our family enjoyed staying here and will surely stay again perhaps longer. Thank you Lisa!

The location for this condo was great, it felt more like a neighborhood than a giant tourist resort. It was very family friendly and the beach there was beautiful.
