Small condo but it absolutely worked for a family of three. Karen is an amazing and accommodating host who had excellent communication. The location of this condo is perfect. Restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within walking distance.

I thought this place was the prefect location and so close to the beach! It wasn't even a 10 minute walk. My other family members stayed at The Hale Pau Hana so it was easy to meet with them and swim at the ocean. The condo was clean and had almost everything you would need. Our only issue was that there were no additional fans to use in the bed room or living room. There was one but it was set up in front of the AC. If we had more fans we could of pulled more air in from outside when it was cooler outside instead of the using the AC. Otherwise, would go back! Thank you!

Everything was as described in the Homeaway Pages. The location is great for a relaxed beach vacation, and as well very nice to explore the island and go for hiking (as we did a lot), as it is well connected to the central highways of Maui.

Condo was very clean & well stocked. Kitchen had plenty of dishes & utensils. Appliances all in good working order.
Extra linens, towels, and even a couple beach/pool towels provided.
Pool area & laundry facilities were also clean & maintained.
Location is fabulous. Walking distance to many restaurants & beaches.
We had a wonderful vacation!

The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and other goodies available for use. I would recommend this condo for those interested in accommodations close to a beach and restaurants.

Staying at Kiehi kai nani is a a great location. It's walking distance for everything. My grandson & girlfriend loved it. They wished they could stay forever!!! The condo was equipped with everything. It's on our list to stay there again.

Great property, we were pleasantly surprised to be in a building at the back of the property, no road noise and not much traffic inside the resort going past.
Easy communication with the host, and even the pull out couch in the lounge was comfortable to sleep on.
Make sure you check out Maui bakery down the road, super delicious German goodies....

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at Karen’s one bedroom condo in Kai Nani complex. It was well stocked, clean, quite, breezy, private, with lots of useful extras. Communication with Karen was prompt and helpful. It is a great location within walking distance to restaurants and beach and price was reasonable (on a VERY expensive island) for the comfort and space we got. It was an ideal base for our excursions.

First let me say that communicating with the condo owner, Karen, was a dream. I think I may have found my organizational soul mate in her. The information Karen provided about the suite and condo complex was wonderfully detailed. When she was going to be out of touch for a day Karen sent me an email with a back up emergency contact just in case I needed anything while she was away. What? Thank you!!! We needed nothing. The condo was so perfect.
Location - within walking distance of some great local restaurants and shops. AND, directly across the street from Kam II. The sunsets... amazing! Fred's... loved it!
Amenities - kitchen was completely stocked with everything you'd need to provide some wonderful in house meals for yourself or others. On the lanai there are chairs for the beach, snorkel sets, sand shoes, a drying rack, pool noodle, boogie board, & umbrella. Nice big beach towels in the closet, plus a couple different sizes of coolers. The list goes on.
Beds were comfortable. I slept on both the pullout and queen sized bed in the bedroom. Lots of pillows and bedding provided. Bathroom was nice and big, and the open tiled shower was so refreshing after a hot day in the sun.
A/C is available but we rarely used it as the overhead fans and many windows provided enough flow through breeze to keep us cool enough.
The view from the lanai is not an ocean one, but I still enjoyed it immensely. I sat out there every chance I had listening to the birds and having an occasional visit from a gecko. The lawns are well maintained and the flowering trees are beautiful, as well as a nice view of the pool.
Pool is great. Lots of chairs. Friendly front desk. We used the laundry a couple times and it was quick and easy.
Literally zero complaints. We can't wait to return. Thank you Karen - your condo is lovely.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights during March Break and it was excellent. Great central location within walking fists distance of tons of restaurants and beaches. We loved breakfast on the lanai and taking the Tommy Bahama chairs to the beach each night for sunset. Quiet, clean, peaceful. Would 100% recommend.

We had an outstanding experience staying at this property. It is located directly across from the beach. The location was perfect to drive to snorkeling, road to hana, several beaches in the area, and the volcano (Haleakala) summit. The condo community was quiet with wonderful staff to help you find what you need. The unit was very modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. Beach chairs, towels, small cooler, and some toys were also provided.

It was hard for me to sleep in this property because the condo was so hot and humid in the bedroom. There is no ac that goes into the bedroom so I had to turn on the fan and open the windows but that was still too hot. I ended up sleeping on the couch mattress because it was closer to the bedroom. However, there is a nail screwed into the ac timer so you cannot go past 3.5 hours of air conditioning. Accordingly, I woke up at 2 am and felt tired for a good portion of my stay. The price for this property is decent but I would pay more for a hotel room next time and not have to worry about air conditioning.
The smoke alarm also went off during my stay but I was able to turn it off. The photo on the listing show a surf board but I could not find one on the lanai. It was an ok stay but probably would go somewhere next time. Not sure how everyone else was able to sleep in the heat but I don’t like when property owners are stingy on air conditioning - especially when this property charges for two people.

How could a rental be more convenient than this rental, across the street from Kameole II's beach, a few minutes' walk from restaurants and stores. Located in the back of its condo complex, this unit gets little road noise. It is well-stocked with all supplies: beach gear; kitchenware; linens and towels; cleaning gear; and more. We loved sitting on the lanai, where trees shade you during the heat of the day. We had a great vacation!

This property was everything! My husband and I escaped for an anniversary celebration in Kihei and found this little gem surprisingly available for our dates! The pictures don’t do it justice! Karen has thought of everything you might need for your stay including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella! The kitchen was very well equipped as well and the location was perfect! We didn’t want to leave and hope we can go back some day sooner than later! Much thanks to Karen!

This place was as described in the listing. The location was perfect! The beach is literally across the street. There was a cute Cafe next door that had amazing coffee, breakfast sandwiches and shaved ice. Karen's place was amazing. There were all the beach items we needed, place was clean and spacious. My wife and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary trip. We received emails from the property owner letting us know what we needed to, but just enough to be helpful and not bothersome. Check-in was easy, and it all worked like it was supposed to. We thought the location was convenient for the activities that we participated in. It had all of the necessary items that we needed, and was comfortable with only windows and ceiling fans-we didn't need the air conditioner. We would definitely stay here again!

I decided to visit Maui to experience mother nature at it best. From the time I stepped out of the car at Kihei Kai Nani condominium complex, to the last day I checked out only to discover a fruit laden delicious mango tree just a few feet away from my condo Maui did not disappoint me. The Kihei Kai Nani suited my lifestyle, no frills yet comfortable and affordable. Will be back soon! Mahalo!

My partner and I decided to rent a space apart from our group of friends to have some more privacy. The space has a welcoming vibe and the kitchen has everything you need to cook, we made sure to leave a couple more spices in the cabinet too! we had absolutely no need to turn on the A/C due to the wonderful air circulation the space had.
The condo is far enough from the street that the only noises that you'll hear are from the friendly fauna from the area. A very short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants, gas stations and snorkel/surf boards etc rentals.
If we ever go back to the Maui, we will definetively think of Karen and her rentals!
