Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay with my wife and 2 daughters. Direct beach access with incredible sunset views every evening. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well as an ABC store to grab anything you need. The property was super clean and quiet. It was stocked with everything we could have needed for a 6 day stay. Can’t recommend this place enough and will be back again in the future.

We had a really great stay in this condo. The location was 10/10…being able to step out your back door and have the beach at your doorstep was priceless. The condo is well appointed with a full kitchen (including super sharp knives which is a rarity at holiday properties), laundry with powder available, two full bathrooms and living area. It was very conveniently located to restaurants and other beaches.
Communication with the owner was great and they allowed us to check in earlier as our flight arrived in the morning.
There is a cupboard full of snorkeling equipment, coolers, chairs and beach umbrellas which are available to use. This was very handy!
Overall, a perfect stay in Kihei.

We shared this unit with our son, his wife and their 3 month old. There was plenty of room and privacy for all. The owners supplies absolutely everything for a great stay and was very responsive to emails, etc. The beach is right outside so you can relax on the lanai with a great view or head to the sand with the chairs, umbrellas and outdoor equipment provided. The location is quiet - only a few units in the building and no traffic noise - yet only steps from stores and restaurants. Our friend who lives in Maui was right - you won't find a better listing.

We took my parents for their first trip to Hawaii. Kihei was the destination and the condo was AMAZING! My dad is blind and this place had easy and close access to the beach and from parking. We could site on the patio and watch the sunset every eve. Walk to and from the beach with ease. Absolutely perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our first visit to Maui! The location was perfect for us, and we were so glad we did not choose to stay in more touristy areas like Kaanapali or Wailea (we visited both areas for dinner and walking around, and were always glad to return “home”). Charlie Young beach is a great swimming beach right outside the patio, and the condo is walking distance to several restaurants and bakeries (a lovely walk along the beach rather than walking along the road). We enjoyed spending time on the wonderful patio every day. The condo is very well equipped, with tons of kitchen items, basic essentials (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, Kleenex, etc.), beach towels, and nicer quality linens and towels. This rental was a bit of a splurge for us, as it was at the high end of our price range, but after our stay we thought it was worth every penny. The worst part was having to leave.

Wow! We were very pleased with how beautiful the condo is and the location on Maui. The pictures and discripition of the condo is completly accurate and the little comforts that they supply like tissues, soap, spices, etc. are a nice bonus for us. If your looking for the best place to stay in Maui, look no further! You won't be dissapointed.

Exactly as it looks in the pictures- what a wonderful place to stay. Perfect size for our family of four. Everything you could possibly need to make your vacation perfect, from the kitchen to the beach chairs and coolers to the little resort touches (plumeria flowers and postcards!). What a location! This condo is amazing! Perfect location and has everything you need for the best vacation. The location is in the heart of Kihei and in walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area. Charley Young beach is only a few steps from the lanai and offers stunning sunrise’s and sunset’s. The condo is well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We plan on staying here for every visit to Maui!

This is our 4th trip to the Hawaiian islands and our 3rd to Maui. This was by far the nicest, most convenient, and most well appointed condo we have rented. Everything you need is already here!
Beyond the view and beach front access to Charlie Young (our favorite beach in Kihei) every amenity is here is duplicate. The condo has an expansive kitchen and appliance compliment with high quality items. Every cooking implement you could want,
And multiple options for tea, drip coffee, even a nice small espresso maker a d electric grill outside in the patio. The rooms and beds are comfy, the furniture inside and out is well maintained. Locking beachfront slider doors, AC for hot, nights, and plenty of games and entertainment options.
But the hook is the location. Parking, and a killer view with a 1 minute walk to ocean.
We are going to make every effort to make this our repeat destination!

Condo is really well equipped! Location is central to everything in Kihei and right on the beach! The bottom level condo is nice, as we were able to walk straight out to the sand. We left the windows and screens open and could hear the waves 24 hours a day. If you plan to come to Kihei, invest a bit extra to stay on the ocean side of South Kihei Road- it is well worth the investment and you will have memories of a lifetime!!

WOW!!! What a gorgeous place to stay. When we booked this property, we knew it had easy access to the beach but honestly did not expect to be sooo close to the ocean. It definitely exceeded our expectations!! One of the best parts of our stay was listening to the waves crash and watching the sunset every night while sitting and relaxing on the spacious lanai. Whether it was snorkel gear, washer and dryer, or binoculars, this place had everything we needed. The property is quiet and not a lot of foot traffic either, which makes it more relaxing. We loved that restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

This place is just beautiful and had everything you could possibly think of or need. It is right on the beach with views for miles. The place was spotless and decorated so well. We had a few small needs but they responded to us quickly. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect place! The location is beautiful, definitely beachfront and closer to the beach than any luxury resort room. The owner has also thought of and provided everything visitors would need from laundry detergent to snorkeling gear. Incredible place and would definitely love to stay here again!

What a fantastic place! It's beautiful and right on the beach, but you have a nice lawn and hedge to give you a bit of privacy. We sat in their comfy chairs on the back patio for many hours, especially in the evenings watching the sunsets. And this place is the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. They have everything (and I mean everything) that you might need. We will definitely stay here again!

I almost hesitate leaving a review for this place because I don’t want the secret to get out! The location was amazing, central to everything we wanted to do and so close to the beach! The hosts were super responsive and kind and the place shows exactly like listed. The place is stocked with everything you can think of so we were ready for anything! We had such an amazing time on this trip we will definitely book again!
