We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located, well appointed and clean accommodation. Our host was gracious and communicated well. The house is well laid out and spaces are generous. All aspects of amenities were perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of utensils, bowls, and plates, etc, access to additional towels and plenty of beach towels. It felt like a completed home and not just a place people rent with minimal supplies. The complex is beautiful and easy to access, and the views were beautiful and the perfect place to have coffee every morning. The location is exceptional. Just minutes away from anything you would need. Grocery store and shopping center just above, snorkeling, and Manta Ray excursions minutes away, and a short drive to downtown. The house accommodated six adults comfortably and we would highly recommend.

You know how rare it is to find a vacation rental where everything is perfect? If this one is available when you want to go, don’t hesitate. It’s fantastic. Not only is the decor and furniture lovely, but everything is in great working order: the AC, dishwasher, the huge capacity washer/dryer set, and the sinks/showers/toilets. AND they provide more than enough dishware/ glassware/kitchen appliances/pots/pans, hand/dish/dishwasher/laundry soap, plenty of TP and paper towels, flashlights for emergencies, extra lightbulbs, batteries, and fun equipment for the pool, the beach and court sports. The owners’ thoughtfulness was so appreciated. They even provide notepads in the kitchen where you might need to write down a phone number or make a grocery list. The view is lovely, easy access to the pool was great, and the location was perfect for our needs. Nice to have a grocery store, drug store and restaurants nearby. We’ve stayed at several Na Hale condos over the years and this is the best! Thanks Melissa!

We had a wonderful time at this property for our week on the Big Island. View is lovely and location is convenient. A two minute drive to the closest beach (or 15 min walk), shopping center around the corner, and easy access to lots of fun activities in the area. The condo is nicely furnished and equipped for a family to enjoy the beach—chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. we had four teenagers and two adults and plenty of space to sleep and relax when we were not exploring. The kitchen is also well equipped and we used the grill a few times. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was easy to contact and left a lot of good recommendations for us. We would stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We loved the condominium and all of it's amenities. Very clean on our arrival. All of the amenities were in excellent shape. Very nice dishware, all of the tools for cooking fantastic meals and a beautiful Weber gas grill. We bought fresh mahi mahi from Umekes and pineapple from the farmers market and had grilled mahi mahi with pinepple salsa. The view from the decks is amazing so very pleasant to just relax out there. Also very close to the pool which has a baby pool for our one year old grandaughter. Beds were super comfortable and the area is very quiet at night. It was so nice to have all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and ice chest for beach days! I can't say enough about how perfect this home is for a Kailua Kona vacation. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. All in all I can't find anything that didnt seem perfect.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable, except the beds. The master was great, but the other two bedrooms beds were extremely hard, and my adult children were very uncomfortable. A simple mattress pad would fix this, but they didn't have any at Costco!! Otherwise, very clean and an overall great time was had!! Thank you Melissa

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is by far the best ever! While the pictures are great, it’s even better in person. The host has thought of everything and has the whole house labeled well making it easy to locate items. It truly felt like our home away from home. This was our first trip to the Big Island and we had a fantastic week. Highlights were snorkeling, an island tour including the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and an entertaining luau. We loved our accommodations! Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, and to top it off they had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and for the pool/beach. The outdoor living space had a beautiful pool/ocean/sunset view. Groceries and restaurants were within walking distance and there is also a free trolley service to the downtown area. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Na Hale Keauhou!
The property was exactly as advertised and more.
We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past 10 years, and would have to say, this property had more amenities provided than any other. The kitchen was well stocked with ample dishes, cutlery, utensils and appliances. We were appreciative of the little extras including baggies, saran wrap, tinfoil and small Tupperware containers!
There were numerous extra beach towels for those days when we went to the beach earlier in the day, then went to the pool in the evening.
The garage was also stocked with more than enough items for our family of five including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, snorkel equipment and tennis rackets/balls. We used all of these items as there was a great snorkeling beach 5 minutes away from the condo and public tennis (and pickleball) courts less than 10 minutes away.
Like this condo, the entire property itself was clean, well maintained and quiet. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Ample parking.
All the information available in the condo (books about the island, maps, activity pamphlets and an information binder) were very helpful.
We enjoyed the proximity of this condo to Kona, was convenient to drive a short distance to a number of good restaurants.
Melissa was a pleasure to deal with and always responded promptly to our emails.
We would absolutely consider staying at this property again!

We have lived in many homes and rented many vacation properties in numerous locations. This condo was very well located and laid out. It was very spacious and well-appointed, with many of the high-end finishes one would find in a custom home. It had many modern features like motion sensor lighting, night lights and a smart thermostat. Everything we needed (even snorkeling and beach gear) was provided and all the labeling and instructions throughout the condo were a big help. The owners went out of their way to help renters feel comfortable and get the most out of their stay. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. On site pool and hot tub were great. Ample parking. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others. One tip - let the owners know when you will be arriving and entering the condo for the first time so that they are available if there are any problems. Entry is by key code so if something goes wrong with the lock you are left sitting in your car in the parking lot until you can reach them. It would be good to check with them a couple of days in advance and get contact info for someone local that you know you can reach quickly.

We LOVED the private and quiet area yet it was close to necessities and only 10 minutes from downtown Kona. The layout of the condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Melissa had everything we could need in the garage ready to take to to pool or the beach. The neighbors were very friendly, the grounds nicely kept, the pool area was perfect and we did water aerobics a couple mornings with the regulars. (They do it M, W & F at 9 am. Highly recommend. We WILL be back!

This unit was the perfect size and location for our crew. Being south of Kona town is a great location to get to Captain Cook, Black Sands, Volcano, without having to deal with Kona traffic every day. Plus you can just zip up to the edge of Kona if you want to go into town. Also great having one of the best snorkeling beaches just a half mile away!
We also used the pool and hot tub every day.

And we love the coconut tree theme that the host is presenting. Just basically can’t use word to describe our experience. This is truly one stop shopping. If you're considering a trip to the big island, this is your place to stay. It's comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Melissa was excellent and answered questions timely. She also provided a detailed book about what to do while on island (eating, beaches, snorkeling).

What a great property! We stayed for a week around the Ironman World Championships event in October. Melissa was a great host, the property was just awesome (modern, clean, well equipped etc), the location great, and there was even half a garage full of water activity gear for us to use. We would 100% stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island!

This property is the best I have rented by far. The home is very clean, layout of the house is smart, welcoming and bright. Furnitures and fixtures are of good quality, the bits and pieces of decorations are tastefully selected. Melissa is very warm and friendly, she responds to email efficiently. The owners of this home are thoughtful, they know exactly what the renters will need to have a wonderful vacation. The many beach accessories and necessities ie boogie boards, picnic chairs, umbrella, snorkling equipments, etc. that were neatly organized in the garage makes this rental even more a very good choice. They even provided water filters for the pitcher! The beds are comfy, i love the many pillows too ☺️. This home is absolutely perfect! Thank you Melissa for letting us stay. Mahalo 💕

We had a wonderful time staying at Melissa’s property. The check in was super easy and the condo is better than listed. We were two seniors, two adults and two young kids and the amount of space was perfect. We needed up eating most our dinners in because it was just so spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels and a good wash and dryer. I could have easily packed less clothes and wish I had. The location is also perfect. The local market up the street is a short walk up a steep hill but I loved walking up with the stroller to get what we needed. And down the hill is a beautiful beach. There is also a free trolley from the shopping center into Kona but we didn’t end up taking it. Several times while there and still after I am being told by my husband and in-laws how wonderful of a place it was that we rented. Perhaps the the best of all was the pool. If you’re at the condo on the lanai you can see the pool which was very nice for my in-laws and myself while my younger son was sleeping but my older son was at the pool with dad. The pool was lovely, my son learned how to swim there and went every day because it was close and convenient to just take a quick dip. My youngest is talking daily about going back to Hawaii and staying in the same place, must be the same place. And it certainly will be. Thank you Melissa! We felt like we were in a home and that’s what we wanted.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! There were 5 of us staying and we had enough space to spread out. The view of the ocean was amazing! The community pool was just a few minutes walk from the house and you could see it from the lanais. The 2.5 bathrooms were also great when everyone was getting ready at the same time. Full appliance amenities includinb washer/ dryer and dishwasher. I am used to sleeping on a very soft mattress and these were a little more firm, but not rock hard :)
The owners were available if needed and we really appreciated the beach gear provided.
For more local things, we rarely drove more than 15 minutes.
Overall we loved the place and location and would stay again!

Five stars, it’s a perfect place for a vacation!
The house is spacious (3 bedrooms, 4 beds), very clean and is decorated with great taste. I really appreciated water sports gear that was included. Complex is well maintained, pool area has hot tub, regular pool and children shallow section, all very clean. Did I mention breakfast at lanai with ocean view, or sunset you can watch from bedroom?
Location is perfect too: it’s walking distance to Kahalu’u Beach Park (amazing place for snorkeling), KTA market (where locals shop) and a couple of restaurants. Short drives get you to Captain Cook, Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park, Two Steps or Kaloko-Honokōhau National Historical Park (turtles! turtles everywhere!)
Checkin/checkout were smooth, our host Melissa was very responsive, so I can highly recommend her and her place to everyone.

We really enjoyed the two Lani’s with great views of the beaches and ocean and sunsets. We were also pleased with how close we were located in relation to the pool. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai, watching sunsets and grilling. The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to beach toys to pool towels. The shopping center just up the hill hosts a Saturday morning farmers market and is a stop on the free downtown trolley route.

We highly recommend this incredible home to anyone who wants to experience absolute magic on the Island of Hawaii. Everything about this home is comfortable, thoughtful, beautiful. The location is great, the nights are quiet and calm, every attention to detail has been given to make every room and angle beautiful to look at while maintaining the utmost comfort. The view is stunning. Our first morning we were greeted with a view over the ocean of a double rainbow. Both upstairs and downstairs you can see the ocean, an unobstructed view. Our two children made themselves at home right away, and were able to sleep well the entire time. The beds were comfortable, there were sand toys, plenty of towels. The washer and dryer are amazing, we needed to use them bc we were visiting for two weeks and couldn't bring that many clothes. Thank you for everything!

Family went to big island for a week. Great location near beaches and shopping. Also good starting point for excursions. You can go to more local restaurants near by and you can walk to the beach and also to grocery store and some restaurants above at the shopping area. View is very nice from the patio on the ground level and two of the above bedrooms. Don’t need to go anywhere to see amazing sunsets, just do it from your kitchen, living room, or personal lanai. Pool is very well kept and nice. Overall this property and the grounds are very well kept. Everything you need to cook is there if you want to cook and feed the family of friends. Lots of stuff to use for beach trips also. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

We traveled to the Big Island with our three young daughters and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one was far and away the very best. Everything was very clean and the house was stocked with all the comforts of home! Tons of beach towels and bath towels for everyone, a cooler and reusable ice packs for days at the beach, snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even totes for hauling all your gear! The kitchen was so well stocked: a regular coffee maker and a keurig, good cookware, plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils, a rice cooker, blender, etc. We tend to cook a fair amount of meals when we are on vacation and it can sometimes be slightly frustrating to not have what you need - never had that problem here! The house is so well organized for a family, as well. Dry racks are set-up in the garaging for hanging towels and swimsuits to dry, there are hooks in all the bathrooms and bedrooms for hanging jackets, towels, what have you - there were even nightlights in all the bathrooms and bedrooms which is a must when you have little ones sleeping in an unfamiliar place! There usually comes a point during vacation where you miss all the comforts of your own home and begin to look forward to returning. That point did not come on this vacation! The house was so comfortable we could have stayed forever! The view from the lanai is incredible and we enjoyed relaxing out there every day. The condo is a very short walk to a nearby shopping center and we took an evening walk almost every day to get the kids shave ice! Melissa, the owner, was so responsive throughout the booking process and in the months leading up to our stay. She gave us great recommendations for things to see and do on the island, including recommendations for restaurants to celebrate our wedding anniversary. In fact, when we arrived, there was a beautiful arrangment of tropical flowers and a card from her, wishing us a Happy Anniversary and a wonderful vacation! She truly thought of everything. We would defititely stay here again!

Condo was very spacious, plenty of room for all of us. Everything we needed was provided: plenty of towels, a well appointed kitchen, everything needed for a day at the beach, etc. The property is kept up beautifully, lovely landscaping and a great pool area. Shopping center with grocery store nearby was very convenient. I will really miss my morning cup of tea on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean.

This condo was exceptional for our multi-generational family stay. We found the property very comfortable. When we weren't snorkeling the kids were in the pool. The property is equipped for most things you might want to do and inside, it is very thoughtfully organized as well. It is next to a golf course and makai is one of the best snorkeling bays on the island. It is located near the Keauhou Shoping Center which has a grocery store, drug store, and several very good restaurants. Access to South Kona Coast is exceptional and into Kailua Town is a short drive.
Best of all are the sunset views and views of the ocean! Enjoy a cuppa or tall cool one, sit back and enjoy.
