Located in the beautiful resort of Waikoloa Beach near Marriott and the Hilton hotel in the Kohala Coast is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms along with a 2nd level loft that can serve as the 3rd bedroom if necessary. The condo overlooks the main pool, Queens Market and offers a peak a boo look into A-Bay, but yet is far enough away for quiet enjoyment of a morning and or afternoon at home and affords all the comfort and roominess of a larger unit. With King bed in the Master bedroom, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, and then a king bed located in the loft, this condo can comfortably sleep six. Free parking for 1 rental car and only 1 rental car allowed! Complete with wi-fi, four flat screen televisions, DVD players, and iDocks in each bedroom along with the living room area. The main living area features a 65" flat screen smart application TV along with Blue-Ray player and wifi connection to your own subscribed Netflix and or other preferred online services.

With its own barbecue on the lanai, you can BBQ dinner while either watching the children swim down below at the pool or enjoying a beautiful sunset on the lanai. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools you need to prepare all your meals. You will find that this condo affords all the comforts of home with the added advantage of being surrounded in Paradise!

Nicely furnished with a great furniture, bedding, towels, service for 6 in dinnerware, flatware, etc., with each item carefully chosen to for your ultimate enjoyment. The loft affords a comfy hideaway for children, teens and or adults, with the large sofa layout with TV as well as the King bed that can sleep two more guest very comfortably. All linens provided in the loft are conveniently provided for in a storage trunk that doubles as a coffee table for self-contained convenience. Additionally the unit features a stack-able washer/dryer in closet near the kitchen area for all necessary cleaning of clothing and towels during your stay. The open floor plan is perfectly located for enjoying the pool and spa as well as its convenient walking distance location to either the Queens and Kings Markets, with all of there amenities and or to major attractions an hotels such as the Marriott and Hilton

Just 20 minutes from Kona International Airport, Waikoloa Beach Resort is surrounded by the beautiful beaches of 'Anaeho'omalu Bay where you can soak in the sun and enjoy a variety of ocean activities including snorkeling, sailing, and scuba diving! The King's Shops and newly opened Queen's Marketplace provide premier shopping that includes everything from high-end boutiques and one-of-a-kind jewelry to art galleries and activity centers to designer wear and spectacular gifts. Several dining facilities and upscale restaurants round out the area within the Kings Shops and Queen's Marketplace and include, Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill, A-Bays Cafe, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Charley's Thai Cuisine, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. The Queens Market brings a brand new gourmet marketplace enabling great meals and wine while in the comfort of your condominium. Also at the Queens Shopping center is the Food Court with many other fine places to eat such as Subway, Lemongrass, Ippys, Hawaiian Fish and Chips Paradise Pizza and Grill, Dairy Queen, Marble Slab Creamery and yes there is even a Starbucks!!! Across from the Hilton is Tropics Ale House, a restaurant featuring a local menu along with great island brews and plenty of seating for large or small parties or to catch up on your local sports team or you and your guest can enjoy the Lava Lava club for dining on the beach at A-Bay or have a island cocktail at sunset. If you choose, you can simply just enjoy the serenity of A-Bay while at the condo or several of the Islands wonderful beaches. There are many beaches to choose from and the condo does offer a guide book for you to choose, some of the favorites of the locals are Pines and Makuna Bay to the south of the condo or towards the airport or you can head north from the condo and enjoy the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby 'Beach 69' (at mile marker 69). The villa is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. (Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler etc.)

Please be advised that no early entrance is permitted during your stay unless noted previously to the owner and early check in fee has been paid and that the house and or condo is ready for arrival. If a guest does not abide by this rule and checks in early without the consent of the owner and if the house cleaner is present, please do note that the house cleaner will leave immediately!! If you arrive early and the house has not been cleaned, please then note that the house cleaner will not come to clean the house at all if you and or your guest are present on the property at the time of their arrival to clean the property. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety of the house cleaner and the guest. So please do not plan on arriving early to the house unless it has been agreed to by both you and the Landlord prior to your planned arrival date.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach, the pool was nice, and the balcony was a great place for meals and relaxing. We did have a hard time getting hot water in the kitchen sink, and it took a while to get hot water in the shower. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. We have stayed in several houses and condos in the area and this one had the most usable space for our family. King beds in each room was a great bonus! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The open ceilings really made the place feel huge. I noticed prior to booking that other reviews mentioned the check-out requirements being excessive, we thought everything was entirely reasonable. We appreciated the thorough instructions and aimed to leave everything as requested. The proximity to the pool was great. We also noticed that the pool was cleaned frequently and the condo grounds were well kept. It was a very short walk to the Marriott where our friends were staying. The tv’s and the internet were great. This is a second story condo and we did not notice any ants or other pests like we have seen in ground floor units. Overall, a great stay and we would highly recommend it. The host’s communication was great.

The property is excellent. The place is in a fantastic location and the property has 2 great pools. Shopping, a market and a few restaurants are all within 5 mins walk. The beach (by lava lava beach club) is a <5 min drive and so worth it, we saw turtles just relaxing on the beach.

Location was fantastic, but we found this unit to be incredibly dirty, well lived-in and not taken care of. The unit needs to be upgraded significantly to keep up with many of the other units we've stayed in during our trips to Waikoloa. Lots of bugs on the counters, in the cabinets and in the bedding. We washed all of the bedding ourselves on day 2, as it didn't appear that the bedding had even been replaced from the previous guests. We had to thoroughly clean all of the bathrooms and flooring as well. Emailed the owner of the unit with our concerns the day after check-in and still have not received a response. All of this to say, we will not be staying here again.

The property had a very convenient location and was a very short walk to many restaurants and shops. It was clean and tidy. The pool was close by and we enjoyed the nice lanai even on a rainy day. That being said the ants all over the kitchen were not fun. I put everything in the fridge and took out trash daily. Also the A/C had lots of issues we replaced batteries almost daily. The last night we stayed there the A/C quit altogether and the numbers left to call with any issues never answered we tried several times but would only text back never actually spoke to us and then after a text or 2 telling us to just replaced batteries which we had already done they went silent and never answered us back again. By 9 pm Hawaii time we gave up trying to get any help. We slept our last night in a house that was 80 degrees ! Not fun at all especially when your getting on a red eye flight home the next day. Wish things had been different because we really loved the location.

It was very nice, they have everything. Good Location, lots of affordable restaurants near by. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was only disappointment. Way to many small children not well supervised by their parents. I do not believe kids belong in a hot tub, yet the dominated it every day.

We specifically booked this property as it overlooks the pool. With kids and grandparents, overlooking the pool was vital. The owner did not disclose the pool was being renovated. Not only is this frustrating, we were forced to hear heavy equipment throughout the day and the lanai was covered in concrete dust. Very disappointed. There was no welcome kit or parking passes available in our room. We were not allowed to park in the garage. Checkout instructions are excessive. The owner wants you to essentially serve as the cleaning crew prior to checkout. I would recommend this building, but not this owner.

One of the worst surprises going on a relaxing Hawaiian vacation is renting a villa with construction noise 7-5 daily! The owner was definitely aware of this scheduled project, as there is an association, board and I spoke with the on-site manager. I rented this condo specifically because I have 2 teen kids and wanted to watch them in the pool. I paid extra for the 3 bedrooms when I really only needed 2 due to the view. Show up and the pool is completely being renovated. There is another pool on the property but I would have rented a lesser priced villa had I known that this pool was closed. Not only was this disappointing but the construction noise started at 7 am everyday. They were cutting the stones for the pool deck and it created so much dust and smoke that not only could we not rest during the morning or afternoon (with all the windows closed) but we couldn't use the balcony for eating or grilling. When I contacted the owner about this (first day we arrived), he didn't even respond! Unbelievable! The owners have a lot of demands: sign the waivers, initial this, clean the condo (even though we paid a cleaning fee): take out the trash, wash the towels, clean the dishes, clean the fridge out, a/c temp, squidgy the shower. I am sure if something was off from our end the security deposit would def be taken, but as a tenant when something isn't as advertised our hands are tied. Buyer Beware Shame on this owner, they should be embarrassed! Driven by greed Beside this I would also like to mention that this unit had tiny bugs all on the kitchen counters even the first day when we showed up, beach towels they provided were thin and stained. Carpet is old and stained. Beds are cheap memory foam. Buyer beware - owners just out to pay the mortgage could care less about making sure you are accommodated properly So many other beautiful condos for rent on the property, I would suggest avoiding C-22

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was only me and my two 18-year-old grandkids. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed for our stay. Having all the little things like soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. was really convenient. It took us a while to find the spice cabinet which is above the microwave. The pool pictured in the listing is drained and under repair, but there’s another pool down by A building.

We enjoyed the condo and the property’s location very much. However, we were disappointed when we arrived and found the pool view and easy pool access we had looked forward to was the view of an empty pool. There is another pool a short walk away, but it wasn’t what we had expected.

The property was amazing! Loved how roomy it was and the location was pretty good. Loved the pool. The only negatives that I would warn people of is that you cannot get into the garage at all for beach stuff, which was disappointing. I tried to contact both numbers for help on day 3 of our stay but no one ever called me back. The only other annoyance was that there was no propane and apparently we are responsible for that. Other than that, it was absolutely amazing! I would absolutely stay here over and over again and recommend it to people! Thank you! We had an amazing time!!!!!

The positives are the great location to shopping and the pool and Abay. The negatives are numerous. I wish I could post pictures to show dirt and dust on the bathroom and living room vents. The 16 steps to the main living area is not mentioned and was inconvenient for carrying luggage and groceries. They made a big deal about the non existent condo guide which is supposed to have instructions for the HVAC, TVs, fans, etc and ask you to check off receiving it. The lock on the garage is old and just spins when trying to turn it to open. We never got into it so no access to any beach chairs, etc. The grill on the patio was dirty but we cleaned it before we left and the propane was low. We ended up grilling at the pool. The towels were so thin and raggedy and smelled sour like they were left in the washer too long before putting in the dryer. We’ve stayed in several condos in this area previously and never had these issues. They should probably get a new cleaning crew.

Once we managed to haul our suitcases up the 16 narrow, steep stairs (not pictured on the listing!) we found the condo clean and comfortable. And we really enjoyed the gas grill on the lanai! However, we did have a few other complaints: - the closets were so full, it was hard to find room for our things. Even the kitchen cupboards were full so the only place besides the refrigerator to store food was on the countertops. - contrary to the extensive guidelines in the contract, there were no operating instructions or manuals for the TV or the HVAC. - the locks to the garage where we were supposed to be able to access bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc. were inoperable so we didn’t have access to these items after all. - despite a great deal of attention being dedicated to the importance of keeping the condo locked, the lock on the sliding glass doors (to the lanai) was also broken. Overall, having stayed at many different condos in the Waikoloa area, we believe this unit over priced commensurate to the amenities.

What an amazing stay we had! We were extremely comfortable in this beautiful condo! 3couples: myself, my 2adult children and our significant others enjoyed calling this condo home base for 16 days. Fantastic surroundings, close to shops, restaurants and many activities. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in after soon of our adventures and we made great use of the patio grill. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends! Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!
