The King's Shops and newly opened Queen's Marketplace provide premier shopping that includes everything from high-end boutiques and one-of-a-kind jewelry to art galleries and activity centers to designer wear and spectacular gifts. Several dining facilities and upscale restaurants round out the area within the Kings Shops and Queen's Marketplace and include, Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill, A-Bays Cafe, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Charley's Thai Cuisine, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. There are many beaches to choose from and the condo does offer a guide book for you to choose, some of the favorites of the locals are Pines and Makuna Bay to the south of the condo or towards the airport or you can head north from the condo and enjoy the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby 'Beach 69' (at mile marker 69). The villa is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. (Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler etc.)
Please be advised that no early entrance is permitted during your stay unless noted previously to the owner and early check in fee has been paid and that the house and or condo is ready for arrival. If a guest does not abide by this rule and checks in early without the consent of the owner and if the house cleaner is present, please do note that the house cleaner will leave immediately!! If you arrive early and the house has not been cleaned, please then note that the house cleaner will not come to clean the house at all if you and or your guest are present on the property at the time of their arrival to clean the property. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety of the house cleaner and the guest. So please do not plan on arriving early to the house unless it has been agreed to by both you and the Landlord prior to your planned arrival date.
