Our stay was great. The beds & pillows were super comfortable. We didn’t cook much, but there were dishes& silverware. The location is super convenient to the water, to Kailua-Kona and an easy drive to the Volcano Park. There are several restaurants nearby and grocery store. I would recommend this rental for your family.

This was the perfect choice for my family of 4 on our recent Big island trip. One of the things we prioritized was a location that was close to a beach for swimming (not rocky, not too many waves etc) and Keauhou Bay was the main reason we chose it but ended up loving it for lots of other reasons. Aside from being a less than 10 min walk to the Bay (so convenient when we also went on a manta ray snorkeling tour at night!), the facilities were gorgeous and well maintained and we felt really safe walking around at night. Very clean and I especially love the reverse set up with downstairs bedroom and upstairs kitchen and living room (with a huge TV) that served as. a great central hub. Amenities were provided such as basic cooking items and beach equipment that we took advantage of as well. Minor ant problem and we did spot a cockroach in the bathroom but nothing uncontrolled and to be expected in the tropical climate. Would highly recommend for families and consider staying again in the future!

This was a beautiful property that we well enjoyed. I would say that our only complaints were that there were no dish cloths or wash cloths. We were not able to access the pool/ hot tub but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any issue.

We rented the property for 6 days. Inwas littke skeptical about it in the beginning, not knowing the area, property, location..etc. like anyone who is going for a week.
But it turns out to be the best decision.
Family loved the place. Ashok, the owner was very helpful. He was always available when ever we had a question.
Place was very nice, clean, it has all the amenities which anyone need when living in a house.
I don’t remember buying anything for a kitchen, laundry or bathroom. Ofcourse other then food 🙂.
If we go again to a Big Island and plan to stsy in Kona side then definitely we will consider to stay here if available.

Enjoyed our stay last week at the condo. The beach gear was ideal for us as we visited multiple beaches during our stay. The check in procedures and property details were spot on to our expectations. My 14 year old granddaughter and I stayed for 7 nights. I really appreciated that the bedrooms are on ground floor and we didn’t have to lug the baggage upstairs. Everything was available for beaches and drives sightseeing the Big Island. Ashok was easy to communicate with. He made sure that I got the house rules and knew how to check out. The Condo is close Keauhou shopping center with grocery store, restaurants and Longs Drugstore. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of things to do.

There were a few property conditions, starting from the moment we arrived, that hampered our experience, resulting in a less than optimal stay. However, not everything was entirely controllable by the host, Ashok, but he was always very responsive and earnest in trying his best to address issues. Otherwise, the unit is in a nice complex with a lot of amenities, and it's well-stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, several lanais outside the bedrooms and great room, TVs in the bedrooms and great room, and high-tech washer and dryer. They are very strict with the AC setting rules, which we followed, and the hot water heater must have been on a timer after a few minutes of showering, to conserve electricity.

Unit is accurately described in the listing. Traveled with friends (one other couple). Lots of space for 4 people. Kitchen is well stocked and the entire unit is nicely furnished. It is slightly dated, but in excellent condition for the price. Convenient drive from Airport (about 30 minutes). Parking fairly convenient. Property grounds are first class and well maintained.

We came on vacation to relax and enjoy our self’s . Coming into a 90 degree condo wasn’t the idea I had . We forgot to turn the thermostat back to 85 when we left the first day and then got a sarcastic little e- mail reminding us . This is a very nice place and if I ever come back , I will be sure to go through someone else. I talked with some of the other people staying here and they had never herd of such a thing . I didn’t know I was going to watched so closely . I hope they’re are no cameras inside this condo . But that is feeling we got staying here. Other than that it is a very nice place wish we could have enjoyed more

The property was very organized with inventory listed in closets, cabinets and drawers labeled for ease in finding things, instructions on what not to use and very thorough instructions on how things should be left upon use and checkout. This condo was very nice, and included all the amenities you need for a nice stay. What I liked: pretty bedrooms and living areas; lots of things to use at the beach including snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, life jackets, and much more; plenty of things to use to cook meals with; nice washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. What I did not like: the thermostat is set so you cannot turn the air down any lower than 76. When we first arrived, the thermostat was set at 85, and the condo was so very hot. It took several hours for it to cool down to 76, and so for the first several hours we were there we were very hot. But 76 still feels hot for us. We were just not comfortable the entire time, and not many windows open so it is difficult to get a breeze going through the condo. And when you leave the condo, the owner makes agree to turn the thermostat back up to 85, so when you return, it is so hot again. We stayed very hot and it was just not comfortable for us. I understand saving money on the electric bill, but I feel that I paid a lot for the condo, and should be able to adjust the air to my comfort level.

The place is a good location what we didn’t like was that the stairs had white carpet and they were dirty and the place needs to be remodel there’s drawers, blinds that don’t work the place is outdated.beds and bathrooms and the rest of the property were clean. It was not clean, carpets were filthy, especially the stair carpets. Every room had several broken blinds, stickers everywhere of what you can and cannot do. You are not allowed to have the Ac lower than 78 if you go out you have to raise the Ac up to 85 degrees. In one of the bathrooms, there was a towel rack pulled out of the wall a little. We were charged $95.00 for something we did not do. Makes you wonder if he does not do that to every booking.

My husband and I rented this lovely townhouse for March and April of this year and it was wonderful! We also during our 2 month stay had our adult childreen visit us for a week here and there. They also were very pleased with the accommodations.
. From the start Ashok answered all our questions and was awesome to work with. He always responded quickly and provided the information we needed.
The townhouse is a 2 story configuration with 2bedrooms 2 baths on the main floor and laundry. The upper level had the living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, airfryer, blender, rice steamer and more!
An outdoor deck/patio was off the livingroom and a wonderful place to sit and have morning coffee.
Also provided were beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, snorkle gear, and more.
The grounds around the townhouse was well kept and a beautiful tropical setting .
Parking was located a short distance from the townhouse in underground garage but space was provided next to the condo to do loading and unloading of items. It worked out well. Our stay was relaxing and memorable!
We would stay here again in a heartbeat !

This condo was perfect for us as we wrapped up our Wedding week! Comfortable and convenient to everything you might need, from restaurants to grocery stores to beaches with beautiful views. Check in and check out were easy and seamless and I appreciated all the extras provided (tennis racquets, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear!) The resort also has excellent security and we felt quite safe here. I’d be delighted to stay here again.
Plus, the interior is beautifully decorated. Not another boring beige rental property.

My husband, our friend, and I stayed at Ashok's place for four nights.
We were supposed to arrive on a Friday evening, but our flight from Chicago got canceled, so we were not able to arrive until Saturday evening. I contacted Ashok to let him know that we would not be arriving until the next day. Since we did not want to shorten our stay on the Big Island, I also asked if there was any possibility of us extending our stay by one additional day. He told me that he would check and get back to me. He got back to me within the hour, and even though it was a short turn-around for his cleaning crew, he allowed us to stay the additional day, which we really appreciated.
Ashok continued to be great at communicating with us throughout our arrival and our stay.
The location of the condo was great, as it was only about 30 minutes from the airport, and close to restaurants and a grocery store. It was conveniently located between the sites to the south and the sites to the north.
Ashok recommended a grocery store and that we stop before we went to the condo, which was very helpful.
The condo has two "master suites, with ensuite bathroom in both" as well as a half-bath upstairs by the living room and kitchen.
It has a very nice balcony on the second floor, which we enjoyed every morning while we had our breakfast and in the evening when we returned from our outings.
The condo was clean and had everything that we needed.
I would definitely recommend the condo if you will be visiting the Big Island.

We had such a wonderful time at this location and the condo was nestled perfectly near all of my favorite snorkeling locations! What a find! The owners are the sweetest and extremely communicative. Even when our flights changed, they responded instantly and helped us salvage our vacation! Any issue that came up, the owners took care of it. They had a lovely binder to provide recommendations. There are outdoor supplies in a bedroom downstairs. The beds were very comfy. The grounds are managed beautifully! We will return!

The accommodations were as advertised. The location is convenient with a farmers market around the corner on Wednesday’s.
It’s extremely quite and low key, so if that’s what your wanting, you’ll enjoy it. If your bringing a younger family you may feel a little out of place. We enjoyed the condo, bed was comfortable, good selection of beach gear. One thing that’s needs addressing is there is a significant privacy issue at night in the bedrooms and living areas. The draperies are virtually see-through if you have a light on inside and it’s dark outside. We had to do all of our changing in the bathroom at night. This place is big! Large great room upstairs with kitchen and decks, and large bedrooms with large bathrooms downstairs. Washer and dryer are new which is always nice.
The AC cools everything down very quickly so there is no need to leave it running when not in the unit.

Enjoyed our stay in the spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath townhouse unit. It's located on beautiful resort like grounds. The vacation rental had everything we needed: beach towels, beach mat and insulated cooler bag plus indoor washer and dryer.
I appreciate the owner, Ashok, and the communication between us. He checked in with us to ensure a comfortable stay.
Free parking was also a plus and it's located next door to the Outrigger Hotel where there's the manta ray viewing deck.

We have stated this exact location on many occasions it never fails to make us very happy the furnishings are amazing the location is South South of the main town it's off the beaten track off the beaten track it has gotten a little busy with all the material snorkelers on the road that goes to the condo but our little area is very quiet the condo provides all the amenities that you'll need washer dryer full refrigerator I just can't say enough about it to the point where we almost bought it at 1 point we love this location enjoy

Checking in was easy, the owner provided great instructions and checked in by text to make sure we'd made it to the property with no problems. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do during the day, and this was a great place to relax during the evening. The kitchen was well apportioned, so we had everything we needed w/o having to improvise. Would definitely stay here again if my travels bring be back to the Kona area.

The location is great. The condo is roomy and the complex is very quiet.
The downsides were the bathroom tubs were not very clean, the bathroom mat was covered in mold. I’m pretty sure the coffee pot had never been washed, I soaked it and washed it twice before we could use it. If anyone sleeps upstairs it gets pretty hot and the owner doesn’t want the temp to be set below 77 degrees.
Overall the grounds are lovely and it’s a spacious condo. If it had been cleaner it would have been great.

Also, several fans and ceiling fans. We were quite comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Close to shopping center and easy drive to Ali’i and downtown Kona. We enjoyed the beaches and shopping. Our friends who were vacationing with us were staying in the same complex as us but their unit didn't even compare to ours and was single level so most of our group time that was spent in doors happened at our rental <3 We also used the outdoor patios and common space BBQ on multiple occasions.

This is a great set-up for 2 couples. I looked for something with 2 king beds with private bathrooms. This fit the bill nicely. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The washer is in the smaller bedroom closet and the dryer is in the hall closet. We didn't cook much but it was nice to have a kitchen. We put the little bit of food we had in the topmost cupboard but the ants still found it. Nothing is safe unless it's in the fridge. That is usual anywhere in the islands. The wifi worked fine. We enjoyed the pool one day, but other than that were off exploring all the time. The parking gets a little weird at times in the small lot near the condo. Half the spaces were coned off for loading and we had to park in the big parking lot sometimes. The shaded spot for this unit is filled with construction supplies so you have to park up top. Not a big deal. Some neighbor people get a little fired up about it though. The A/C set on 78 degrees actually cools it off nicely. We usually slept with just the sheet or the sheet and thin bedspread with the fan above the bed on high. It cools down quickly. There are coolers, beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. we left a boogie board behind.
The blinds are definitely due for an update. Many slats are broken off or missing. Not a big deal upstairs but in the ground floor bedrooms it's not ideal. The curtains are too thin for privacy. The plastic on the carpet is a little weird too, but not a deal breaker. I would stay there again. Ashok was pleasant. It's a beautiful place to stay.

This condo was a perfect home base while we explored the Kona side of the island! Great location. We were super comfortable here and would definitely visit again. The only thing we didn't love was that quite a few of the blinds (especially in the master bedroom) are pretty old and wouldn't close, and all of the curtains are sheer - a little more privacy downstairs especially would be nice but no big deal!

The condo is quiet and secluded, just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful Keauhou Bay (where you can go to snorkel during the day or swim with Mantas at night).
Ashok provides a great list of things to do, ample towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor equipment, etc. The unit was comfortable with lots of items to make our stay easier and more enjoyable.
The resort where the condo is located is nicely cared for and very private, plenty of pools, courts for tennis or pickle ball. There’s a great grocery store and shopping center less than 2 miles away and a great location for easy access to most of the island.
There are a few signs of wear - light-colored carpet that has some stains and plastic covering which will need to be replaced, a window that doesn’t close, blinds that need to be fixed - but all in all it’s in great shape and we’d definitely come again and recommend to friends and family!

Ashok’s condo was perfect for the three of us, but it would cater to 6 no problem. It nestled in a laid back area of the beach. The condo has everything you need to cook and more. Chairs, towels, snorkel gear for the beach. Pool and jacuzzi were conveniently close. We even walked 5 minutes Down to the boat dock and went on a right off the shore manta ray excursion that was so amazing!! The manta rays were all around us and got very close!! We will stay here again for sure! Thank you ashok for everything including being so communicative to our needs!
