The property is centrally located on the East side of the island, Kapaa town, which makes it easy to travel to popular destinations all over the island, 15 minutes from the airport. walking distance to a variety of restaurants, Grocery shops right across the street, and the famous coastal East Shore walking/bike path. and Yoga classes. The condo is located near the Highway. We remind you that Kauai is a tropical climate island, which hosts mosquitoes, ants of all sizes, geckos, flying cockroaches, etc. Pest control services are provided regularly in my condo, however, we cannot eradicate the natural habitat of the island. Please be accepting and respectful when you are on the island. Please help me preserve the freshly painted walls so we can enjoy them for a while.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location couldn’t be better, pools and beach at the property are great for babies. Check in process was super simple. 3rd floor walk up was easier than expected with a baby and stroller. We missed having laundry also but managed ok without. Condo is well appointed for cooking and going to the beach, a great home base for us.

Awesome location. We were able to drive north to Princeville for a day and south to Waimea to hike. Plus, there's a Safeway and Wailua shave ice across the street! The place was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the fans in the bedrooms were a great addition. We had an issue with the toilet and Luisa was quick to respond and get it fixed that day. The only con was that there was no assigned parking spot so you just had to hope to get some parking along the driveway. There were 5 additional parking spots at the resort next door we could use though. Overall, great location and great experience.

Overall it’s a decent place to stay. The host was responsive when I emailed them. They also had some complementary items (bottle of wine, chocolates, cookies) which was very generous! Overall fairly clean, but baseboards, tub, and walls need a good scrub as they were not the cleanest. However, I would stay here again.

Very conveniently located since we did not have a rental car our first couple of days so we walked to the nearby Safeway and Ross to get food and clothing that we forgot for the trip. Wake up early and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the beach. The rooms are also quite charming and spacious. We loved having 2 king size beds.

We had a great vacation, but compared to other places we’ve stayed, this was average. While central to the island, it was very noisy and congested. Really enjoyed the wide variety of hibiscus. There is really no ocean view - it was ruined by the sand bags and erosion.

Beautiful lanai for morning coffee, lunch, dinner. Across from Safeway & Papaya Natural Foods. Close to Sleeping Giant trailhead. Five minute walk to rent bikes and get on the bike path. Only a short drive to the Kauai Hindu Monastery (beautiful views). As previously mentioned, a bit of noise during the day due to traffic from road close by, but very quiet at night (except for the Kauai roosters that are everywhere on the island!). Overall a lovely location.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The second bedroom gave our 16 year son the space that he wanted and it had a king size bed (which he loved). We arrived late in the evening, with the simple door code to get in and the close parking stall, it was easy to get in and the lights were on for us. It's the little things that made this apartment feel like a home; the welcome wine & chocolates (thank you) - having coffee and coffee filters, plastic food wrap and small containers for leftovers and picnic lunches, a cooler bag and frozen ice packs for the picnic, toilet paper, paper towel, a laundry basket, extra pillows, dish and hand soap and the extra cloth shopping bags (no plastic shopping bags are used in Hawaii). Also provided (and used) were beach towels and chairs. The A/C was there but we didn't need to use it, the floor fans and the trade winds were enough. Although the beach directly in front of the building is closed, the area to the right was open and the beach and water were fantastic. This was a great apartment and we hope to return soon.
