Perfect condo with everything we needed. It's a quiet area. The pool was perfect. We love having the beach close by and being able to walk to Tantes for dinner. The owner had heard from previous guests that the mattress was defective and she immediately had it replaced. We can't wait to stay there again!

Was well suited to our needs. Loved the setup and the view was great. Haystack Beach was close and we really enjoyed it. Had some maintence issues that were addressed promptly. All in all no majors issues. A great vacation.

The condo was fine. The king size bed needs to be replaced. The side of the bed next to the window felt like you were going to fall out of the bed. I had to sleep partly on my husbands side just so I could get some sleep. Everything was pretty much as expected. The only other negative was that the washing machine really needs to be cleaned.
Even with those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the area. Very laid back and quiet,

Screen on patio didn't work/slide well, so we couldn't keep the patio door open, TV in extra bedroom didn't work. Not sure if it was plugged in, didn't want to try to move the dresser. washer stunk, should be away to leave the door open when not in use. Not enough cups, never had to use the dishwasher, as we washed our cups out each use.

We had a beautiful view We loved sitting out on the Lanai weather was perfect! Unfortunately we are facing the wrong direction to see the Sunset ☹️The bed was comfortable . Only advice to future guest is to bring staples like salt, pepper, coffee etc… nearest store was a Safeway aprox6miles away.

Lynette is a wonderful host. Easy to work with and quick with response to any issues that might arise. We have stayed in this unit on several occasions and it’s a great unit. The location on Maui is wonderful. Many folks say “oh it’s so windy there” but that breeze makes it so great for keeping the unit cool and bring in that wonderful ocean smell. It’s centrally located so you can get anywhere in a reasonable time frame. Plus you’re close to the two best bargains on Maui- Costco and Walmart. The beach is a 1 minute walk and when you get there you have about 3 miles of the most gorgeous beach. If you are there on a Saturday be sure and go to the Swap Meet near the Maui Arts Center. A shopper’s paradise. You won’t be sorry you stayed here.

If in doubt about reserving this VRBO, DO IT NOW! This is a sweet slice of Heaven. What a clean, beautiful, and fully supplied home it is! All 4 of my family had their own space to enjoy. We cooked our meals with the provided pots and pans. Communication with the owners was quick and prompt before our stay and during. The view from the balcony is a gorgeous scenery of the pool and ocean. The condo is in close proximity to the harbor for snorkeling and scuba diving tours. I would definitely come stay here again real soon!

We have been fortunate to stay here two years in a row, my husband and I absolutely love this place. The view is gorgeous, the unit is well stocked with everything you need. We had a nice long stay so enjoyed eating out and cooking in as well. The property is well maintained, everything is just beautiful. We have stayed in several different places on our trip to Maui,

This condo was located in the perfect spot. Great jumping off point for going pretty much anywhere! The pool and grill area are very nice with great views. The city park down the street (walking distance) was a great place to enjoy the ocean and the condo has towels, beach chairs, ocean toys for you to take. The condo is perfect for a family of 4. I enjoyed the fact that they encouraged you to leave unused food items for the staff to be able to take for their families instead of having to waste everything by throwing it out.

This is a great property for any trip to Maui. It’s central location (easy to go any direction for activities) and beautiful grounds and stunning view of the ocean from the lanai make this a perfect choice. My husband and I were here for the winter and had everything we needed for a lengthy stay. There are beach items to use, plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen items, cable tv in 2 areas, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer in the unit (a real plus). There are two very nice grills near the poolside if you want to BBQ. We loved the high top table and chairs on the lanai to watch whales. Plus being on the 4th floor gives you the most amazing view. Lynnette is so gracious in working to make all the arrangements. We will be back!

Wonderful condo in a great location. We were able to see lots of whales from the balcony. The only thing I’d forewarn people about is that there was no small stuff left in the condo such as sugar/ salt. We arrived Christmas Eve and grocery stores were closed so it would have been helpful to have those small things. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo.

We've been coming to Maui for years, usually only get to stay a week or less. This year, we wanted to stay longer so looked at Condo's - found this one and it is by far the best place we have stayed - view is outstanding, we got to see whales! Condo is very nice and has everything you need, very clean and care of the grounds is outstanding. Sad to leave, but we plan to come back, and can't wait for next year!

This condo is wonderful! It had everything available to make our vacation perfect. Very clean, and the views are amazing. Well stocked kitchen, and plenty of ocean/beach toys. Close to shops, some restaurants, and the grocery store isn't that far of a drive. There is a market within walking distance. The grounds and pool were well taken care of. We will definitely see if this condo is available our next trip to Maui! Thanks for making my Mom's 84th Birthday extra special!

Great owners with pleasant attitude. However, they don't need the property managers who had a bad attitude. Acted bothered when the finally returned my call after calling 4 times on varying numbers. Instructions in condo vary from emailed instructions including access codes and processing times.
The condo is clean comfortable with incredible views. It is centrally located and quiet. Get rid of the managers and the owners can handle it easily.

This property has a great layout inside and out! We loved everything about it: the pool, the beach, the shops and restaurants only a walk away. The property is centrally located and contusive to reasonable Uber rates.
The host had so many practical items available such as plenty of beach accessories, a fully equipped kitchen, the MOST comfortable beds, and a convenient washer/dryer right in the kitchen, among others.
We had a fabulous time and would recommend this property to others. Since we have a daughter and five grandchildren who live in Maui, you will probably be hearing from us again! THANK YOU

This condo worked really well for our family of four. Nice beds, comfortable living room, nothing glamorous but pleasant. surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Beach gear provided, which I didn’t expect (towels and boogie boards), Great view from the lanai. Only minor complaint was the lanai wasn’t very comfortable as a hangout—too much furniture for a small space, and none of it conducive to lounging. Of course the upside to that is that we got off our butts and did more exploring.

This condo was wonderful, the views from the balcony are spectacular. The breeze through this condo was one of the best things, no need to turn on the ac, just often the door! We had everything we needed at this property and the location is great. Centrally located it makes it easy to get everywhere on the island. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 of our grandchildren and it was wonderful. The pool was fantastic and the BBQ area is really nice as well. The beach is right there !! The house was comfortable and it was nice for the kids to have their own room and bathroom. We paid for a late check out which was really nice as our flight was in the evening and we were able to check in a little early. That was nice as well, thank you for that. The complex is quiet and close to anything you want to do. We will be staying here again.

The unit was equipped with everything we needed. The new door lock system gives you your own special code. No need to remember your key. Note that if your check in time is 2:00 that means 2 not 1:45 or1:55 it is computerised. The 4th floor unit gives you a great view of the pool where you can watch and hear the sounds of kids having a great time. The large courtyard gives them lots of room to play. Hint: if you like to swim laps go early in the morning before it gets to crowded. The unit has lots of seating area and updated furniture from the pictures on the web. The only problem was that I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and the designated smoking area was on the curb side of our unit. When the wind blew in sometimes would come in. Closing the windows solved this problem. What couldn't be solved was that several other units decided to smoke on their balconies even though this is a nonsmoking building. Hopefully these idiots won't be there when you are as this really is a nice unit with a great view.

The place was perfect for us. It was quiet, clean and reasonably priced. The first day we saw lots of whales from the laini fairly close to shore. You can start walking sugar beach right from in front of the complex. Maalaea area is the best area in Maui if you want low key, laid back vacation.

It is a distance to a grocery store and there is nothing in the place. No salt, pepper, sugar, spices, oil etc. While the kitchen has plenty of cooking implements, plan to pick up everything you need to cook with. Best bet is Whole Foods which has a great ready made selection, but since the purpose in my mind is to eat a few meals in, it made it difficult and then we threw everything out at the end. So wasteful.

We just got back from 5 nights in this condo. It was just right for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys included). The condo is on the 4th floor and was very quiet! All of the people staying there were very friendly. Each condo looks out over the ocean and pool and we took advantage of the small table and chairs on the lanai every morning for breakfast with stunning views.
The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay, except salt, pepper and sugar which would've been nice for the most basic cooking. We truly appreciated the cooler, boogie boards and beach umbrella and used them often. They weren't in the best shape but my kids aren't picky.
The location was quiet yet centrally located so that it was an easy drive to all areas of the island. The beach was a very short walk (less than 2 minutes) from the room and was rarely crowded. We saw lots of sea turtles swimming around and the boys used some rented snorkel gear to get a better look. The waves were calm and not the best for boogie boarding but still nice to play in!
Overall, we would defiantly recommend this condo and would stay again!

I typically don't write reviews as I don't want to spend the time. But I wanted to write one in this case since my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Never being to Maui, we selected this condo based on the good overall reviews and the description of the unit and the surrounding area. It was right on in all respects and reasonably priced. All units appeared to have an ocean view. The unit was very clean and everything was ready for us. I emailed Lynnette for early check-in which was no problem. Very nice kitchen with everything you needed to cook meals. There were supplies to use but it was not heavily stocked which was fine. We didn't expect it to be; this is someone's condo not a hotel. We left leftover dishwasher pods and some paper goods which is usual for this type of lodging; guests will leave whatever isn't used so the next guest has something to start with which is great. Having the stacked washer/dryer unit was a huge plus as we washed towels and beach attire each day. The bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable mattress we have every slept on while traveling. The master bath was first rate with a very nice tiled shower. There is no A/C in the bedrooms but open windows and fans took care of sleeping comfort. There is an wall A/C unit in the living area where one of our sons slept. It was very nice to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. The beach area directly in front of the complex appeared to be somewhat usable but while we were there the waves mostly covered that area and for us it was not usable since we would have been in water. Not sure if this was the time of year or? No worries though as a short walk on the beach or on the sidewalk led to a close beach park with miles of open beach and shade if needed to spend the day swimming and snorkeling. No crowds whatsoever. This is not an area for lots to do outside of going to the beach. No nightlife, etc. in the immediate area. There is a small retail area close by at the small harbor with 2 places to buy a few groceries and a few restaurants. Plus a nice aquarium which we visited. Recommend purchasing groceries at Walmart after arrival to save money. But for our family it was perfect as we were looking for just a vacation to relax on the beach, swim, etc. If we make it back to Maui, this condo will definitely be at the top of our list. Close to ocean, easy to do day trips from here. FYI- there are no coffee filters or spices so you have to bring. Need to close drapes to keep cool. Not fancy but clean:)

The property was nice! My kids enjoyed the pool and walking the beach just outside the condo. Location was amazing and the room itself was comfortable and fully stocked for beach fun! It was not very clean though as there was crud in the disposal, hair balls in the showers, and food on the walls. That was unexpected. Aside from that, the condo had everything we needed.

The home was great and fit our need perfect, we were traveling with our baby and there was even a little high chair for her. Very central location between Lahani, Kehei and Kahalui. Owner is very responsive with any questions you have. There was no travel shampoo/conditioner or face wipes which would have been nice on the first night but we went out and bought our own stuff the next day. Couldn't get the DVD player to work but that was likely user error (no instructions were included). Again, loved the place and will likely stay here again.

First trip to Maui for our family of 6 in August 2016. Our four kids range from ages 8-16. All of our friends told us to stay in Kaanapali and I'm so glad we didn't. Kaanapali is busy, touristy, and full of large commercial resorts. This place was perfect in a quiet and fairly secluded neighborhood. The unit is on the 4th floor close to the elevator. There were plenty of linens and towels (bath and beach) and most importantly the unit was clean! Here were my major criteria in choosing a vacation rental: washer/dryer in unit, "swim-able" beach access, pool, A/C, and free parking. Not to mention this unit is very well-reviewed. It is very centrally located; literally 20-30 minutes from major areas (airport, Lahaina/Kaanapali, Wailea). The beach is not huge but literally a step off of the property. Our kids enjoyed swimming and there were TONS of turtles all around us while boogie boarding and snorkeling. The complex was not crowded or noisy during our stay. There is a general store, aquarium, Carls Jr., and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Major grocery stores and restaurants are within 15-30 minutes drive away; which was no bother at all. Although Kihei is the closest town, we found that driving to Kahului was faster due to less traffic lights (10-15 minutes). Best of all, this place was much better priced than the big touristy places. The savings was by far worth the small distance away. We dealt primarily with Lynnette who was more than helpful and accommodating. She gave us her cell number was available for any questions we had. She was also nice enough to allow us to have a late checkout since our flight out wasn't until 10pm. There are some beach accessories in the unit. We left some stuff so there are now 4 boogie boards (2 will need replacing soon) and some swimming fins (we didn't have room in our bags!). There is an ice chest which came in handy. Two beach chairs (one kind-of broken but functional). Kitchen was well-stocked. WiFi worked well. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We prefer the quieter parts of Hawaii and not the busy crowed ones and this met our expectations.
