We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, here in paradise! Just as all of the other reviews mentioned, the owners were very responsive to any questions we had (we had zero concerns!) and they really have thought of everything here. We felt right at home with all of the amenities, beach gear, towels, games, books, and privacy of the unit. You almost feel like you have your own oceanfront home here. The rooftop bbq area is beautiful and the overall building is very well kept and clean. We did want to mention that we had concerns about bringing our two boys (ages 4 and 7) given some of the other visitors comments. We found that it was kid friendly and there were many other families staying at this complex. It was perfect for us to take our boys over to either park right next door the building to play lawn games or scream and shout in the ocean waves. Prep your kiddos ahead of time that the condo lawn and pool are “quieter” zones. We found everyone here very friendly to us and our kids. Thank you for this awesome vacation! We would certainly stay here again!

The condo at the Royal Mauian exceeded our expectations! Its location on the first floor gave us an ocean front view from our private patio. Two of the best beaches in Maui were just a few steps from our door. Another plus to the location is its location on Kihei Road. So much to explore! Loads of restaurants, shops for souvenirs, groceries, and recreational activities (bike rentals, snorkeling equipment rentals, etc.)! The building is of very substantial construction, helping make the unit very quiet. Also, our neighbors and other guests were all very polite and respected the quiet hours. The unit itself was very roomy for our party of five. We never felt crowded, with some of us on the patio, or in the living room or dining area. Plenty of space to relax! The bedrooms were all of a nice size. My wife and I particularly enjoyed having an ocean view from the master suite! And the two bathrooms were a huge blessing when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. While we did not do any meal prep, we did notice that the kitchen seems fully stocked with just about anything that you would need to prepare meals of nearly any size. And plenty of table settings! The condo was very clean and had updated appliances and cabinets which also contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Our hosts were helpful in advising what to expect and very welcoming. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to friends visiting Maui!

Great for family. We were three generations so three bedroom was great. Every day we walked out 30 feet to look at sunset and the turtles were always swimming near the rocks. The owners thought of everything and more. Super clean. Super modern but comfy. We loved everything.

We couldn't ask for anything more with this property! It was well stocked, perfectly situated (near the beaches) and clean. The owners were so easy to communicate with. The only negative, was we weren't able to stay for an entire month!
Honestly, when we return to Maui, this will be our first choice, thank you for sharing your magical Mauian property with us!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything you need to cook any meal and feel completely at home. There were plenty of beach toys towels and chairs to go around. Every morning and evening was spent on the Lanai. There are many places to see an amazing sunset in Maui but you can't go wrong watching it right from the Lanai. It is literally five steps from the Lanai to the pool and 12 steps from the Lanai to the ocean. You will always know when there are turtles at the ocean's edge because people will stop walking past and start gawking. That your sign to hustle down and take a look at these beautiful turtles. It is a very quiet complex and they make sure you know they like it that way. I would not recommend children staying here as I heard other residents complaining of noise when children were at play. However, as a family of adults it was perfect. Very close to great restaurants and groceries. Everything you really need is in walking distance. We would happily stay here again.

Your condo was perfect! There was 7 in our party and the size of the condo was excellent. The location and being on the ground floor could not have been more relaxing. It was amazing to be able to walk right out the back door right to the pool and steps to the beach. Watching the turtles play in the ocean right on the lanai every morning with a cup of coffee before everyone got up was the most relaxing part of my day.

This 3 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for my family w 3 adult children. The turtles loved eating on the rocks right in front of our condo. No need to pay for a tour to see them. I highly rec BlueWaterRaftng to the Kanaio sea caves and hiking to Twin waterfalls and Maui off-road adventures. This condo will exceed your expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this unit again. The hosts provided excellent and timely information and addressed any concerns immediately. The home was comfortably furnished and met our needs well and we loved the direct beach/lawn and pool access. The beds were cozy, the A/C worked great, and the kitchen was adequately equipped to prepare meals, although there were also plenty of nearby restaurants that we enjoyed as well. We also appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and other items that made a day at the beach fun and comfortable. This was a lovely home away from home!

Every possible beach item you could need! The best thing we loved is walking out the lanai to the beach/pool/ chairs. Every person got to come and go on their own schedule- perfect location, with minimal for traffic in front of you!

This property was perfect for us. It is in a good location to access all that Maui offers. The view of the ocean from the lanai was breathtaking. The local shops and restaurants were awesome. The condo itself is very well appointed with everything you need and want from a nice Ninja blender for frozen cocktails to beach toys and chairs. The roof top deck and pool are really nice and the condo building as a whole is very well maintained. I did feel the condo was a bit smaller than I expected (the master front bedroom was definitely tight for us), but really, we were outside so much, it wasn't a big deal and we had only 5 people in it. We'd highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Maui and if we get back to Maui in future years, I would look to rent it again.

Wonderful stay! The condo was in a great location. Close to two nice beaches, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that we needed. They provided boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs. Every morning we saw Dolphins and turtles right off the point outside our lanai. We snorkled off of both beaches and swam with many turtles and lots of beautiful fish. We enjoyed lots of mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful view of our Lanai. I would stay here again!

Open up the sliding glass doors and you will experience the view that you came to Hawaii for!!! Absolutely gorgeous. Early morning coffee on the chaise lounge was my favorite part of the day!! Not to mention the rooftop deck for sun sets and sunrises!!

This is a beautiful the condo. The owner has generously thought of everything one might need or want. For this reason, I gave a 5 star rating. I felt a little misled since the pictures of the pool showed kids, a floatie, toys, and a plastic ball led me to believe these were allowed at the pool. Not the case at all! You are not allowed even a small beach ball, a pool noodle, toy, floatie ~ nothing! Kids are not allowed to splash around and play in the pool as they will be scolded for making too much noise. They want the pool area as well as the grounds, quiet. We watched adults talking and laughing at the pool reminded there were residents there they might be disturbing. We rented a ground unit because we like to be able to relax on our lanai while our 2 granddaughters quietly play on the lawn in front of the lanai. They were not allowed to play, run, jump rope, use a beachball, play with toys, etc...If loungers in front are taken, you can not use your own beach chair to sit in the sun. My granddaughters were bored, making relaxing on the lanai difficult. The pool was no fun since they were not allowed to even quietly play and being on the lawn was no fun either. There is a park they could go to but it's clear across the grounds on the other side of the resort. The beach was fun, but there's only so much time one can spend on a beach. In fairness, I should have read the rules a bit better but when I saw the ball, floatie and pool toys in the photo, I assumed it was fine. There are elderly board members walking around all day that approach anybody breaking their rules ~ we even received a nastygram posted to our door for throwing a small water ball even though we were out by curfew (8:30) and didn't disturb anybody. Additional rules posted at the pool: "No toys, balls, floaties, games, sports, unnecessary noise including Marco Polo." The pool is for quiet time or swimming laps. No music on grounds without headphones. We witnessed one couple be scolded while hosing off their feet at the supplied hose because they felt they weren't conserving water. Unfortunately, it ruined our time at this resort as we felt we either needed to leave or set the kids up at the tv when we wanted to enjoy the lanai. The owner does a beautiful job of trying to give her guests a good experience, but we wouldn't stay again because of the constant babysitting by those walking around looking for reasons to correct people, (not just us) It made it uncomfortable.

Everything about this condo is perfect in every way. Staying here was a dream come true. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, perfectly positioned in Kihea across from shopping/restaurants, and right next to the Kam 1,2, and 3 beaches. The condo is generously provisioned with beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. Whale watching was topnotch right from the condo!

Absolutely one of the nicest places I have stayed. Condo was perfect for 6 adults. Location doesn’t get any better 1 min walk to beaches on either side of the property and great location in Kihei. Ground floor unit was super convenient with access to the pool about 10 steps from the patio. Patio area was amazing for lounging and table was great for eating outside. Condo itself was beautifully finished, well stocked, and everything was high end and good quality. We had a fantastic vacation here and will definitely be back in the future.

Been to Hawaii over 2 dozen times, but this is our first stay in Kihei! The location of the property was ideal - so many dining, shopping, and equipment rental places right across the street! The condo location could not be more perfect either. Step off the lanai and it's like 10 steps to the pool, and maybe 20 to oceans edge! I loved to watch the turtles here every day. A very short path to Kam II beach is where we spent our days.
The condo itself was one of the best stocked places I've ever stayed. Kitchen has everything you need (and more), love the extra beverage fridge. Closet has tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Each bedroom had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and beds were so so comfy! Only complaint is that bathrooms were very small/narrow - but that's only being nit picky.
We would definitely stay here again, and are already recommending it to all our friends. This place is a gem!
