It was a wonderful property and we had a fabulous time. It's centrally located and there were several days we didnt even leave tbe property. The beach was wonderful amd we saw turtles and whales from the beach. We will be back!

The condo was perfect. So clean and updated with every amenity you could need. Our favorite part was the location with easy access to a beautiful beach (steps away from door to the sand) and everything you could need for a day at the beach. Plus, it was right across the street from some delicious restaurants that we took advantage of on lazy days when we didn't want to hop in the car. The facilities we're top notch and guests at the complex we're quiet and respectful.
Aside from the condo and location, Anita was one of the best rental hosts we've ever worked with. She made a point to call us upon reserving to say hi and get to know us. She checked in with us ahead of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and offer flexibility for check in / out times based on our flights. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the extensive condo packet and Maui visitor guide that we used often, plus the welcome champagne and congratulations card (it was our honeymoon).
Multiple times throughout our stay my husband and I discussed when we could come back and stay in the same condo. We truly loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you Anita for the warm aloha hospitality! It was a trip we will never forget.

The condo is in a great location, right on the beach with a great ocean view from the lanai. It is also close to lots of great shipping and restaurants, and a short drive to assume great South Maui snorkeling spots. Condo is clean and well equipped.

Beach chairs, beach bag, cooler, hairdryer etc all provided.
View is awesome and the beach is fabulous for swimming and seeing sea turtles.

We visited Hawai’i for a niece’s wedding. Many guest we’re staying in very expensive hotels in nearby Wielea. Our stay at Anita’s was convenient, close to everything, stores shops, restaurants and the wedding events. More importantly it was right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Compared to the nearby hotels it was a far, far better place to stay. Thank Anita for making it so easy to enjoy!

Our stay was so wonderful! The condo had so many things available to use, such as beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. which made it easy to go down to the water. You have an amazing beach view here. The location is ideal, because there are so many shops and things to do close by. We had such a great trip and hope to stay here again!

This unit was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. Anita is a terrific communicator and shared everything we needed to know. Above all else, the location and beachfront access was spectacular. Just steps from the unit to the most amazing and uncrowded beach in the area. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Kihei.

Amazing location, with restaurants, natural food market and all you need for a fun time (snorkel set rentals, paddleboard rentals, bike rentals, etc) across the street. We did not have a car so this was very convenient. The condo was well stocked for cooking and the previous vacationers left beer and other goodies in the fridge. THANK YOU!

This condo was a perfect, beautifully remodeled and maintained residence. Buzy area out front, all the walking/shopping/eating you could do if wanted, but for us, the big beautiful Ocean out the 2nd floor lani was hard to stay away from, for us to do anything else. Loved our time there and Anita was an amazing host!

This condo was a great spot to begin our adventures in Maui! It was right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean (and gorgeous sunsets), and within very easy walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in Kihei.
The area was a bit noisier than we anticipated, as the beach and pool area was full of families and the other side of the condo faces a busy street, but everything quiets down pretty soon after sunset. Also, we like to sleep with AC running at night, but there was a timer that automatically shut it off after six hours. We totally understand wanting to conserve energy, but this did impact our sleep a bit.
Overall, great space and location - Anita has everything you could possibly need in the condo and a great guide to the area.

Really was perfect. Great ocean view and very clean updated condo. It has ac which is nice and the beach area and grass/pool area is also really nice. I took a paddle board out fishing in the morning and there is a long reef going out for probably about a mile and there were lots of fish to catch. It’s partly protected from the wind for a little longer in the morning than some other parts of the beach. Overall super fun and the host was absolutely the best to deal with !

I cannot say enough good things about this rental or the owner, Anita! This condo is in the best location for exploring the whole island. You definitely get the Maui vibe in Kihei and not the big resort feel, which we loved. Especially after driving to the big resort areas! It has the perfect swimmable beach right out front and the best food spots nearby. Don't miss Miso Phat, Outrigger Pizza or South Maui Fish Company! Anita was the perfect host and communicated with me throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!!!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our time was here! We loved being right on the water hearing the waves. It was so nice to go right down to the beach and lawn. We had everything we needed supplied by Anita. She was so easy and wonderful to work with.
The best part was ALL THE WHALES! Right out our window we saw a newborn with its mother teaching it how to breach! We cannot wait to go back!!

My wife and I booked this place for our wedding trip and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location (right on the beach, close to the airport, away from the touristy locations but convenient to restaurants and beaches). The host was super, she even purchased us some Champaign to help us celebrate our wedding. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to going back to celebrate our anniversaries.

I used to live in Kihei 10 years ago and my wife had never been; this property gave us both the ideal location to reconnect and experience Maui from. It's a gorgeous, picturesque view of the south shore of the island, on a little cove that, while the neighboring public beach has a bit more visitors, the adjacent beach to the property feels private and intimate. But the condo facilities make the experience even better; we could enjoy the beach and ocean vistas from the comfort of the lanai or the immaculately-manicured lawn overlooking the beach. Either way, we always felt connected to our location; the waves and ocean sounds at night were better than any fabricated white noise we could dream of. Kihei is also a perfect home-base location for exploring the rest of the island; the ease of access to the Pi'ilani Highway makes Maui feel effortlessly accessible. As for the hosts, they go well out of their way to put personal touches on every aspect of the stay, from great lead-up communication to extensive personal guides to the island activities and locales, to handwritten guestbooks, and so much more. Hospitality is and aloha is obviously their mission with their properties and my wife and I can't wait to return to this condo repeatedly in the future. Most highly recommended!!

This was a wonderful beachfront location with beautiful views. We never wanted to leave the lanai! The beach directly in front is perfect and not too crowded. The condo was really nicely furnished/decorated. The location is ideal.

We highly highly recommend staying here with such wonderful hosts and a gorgeous location- close to the beach and restaurants and city bus (in case there are no rental cars). There was great wifi if you wanted to work, and everything is labelled and easy to understand/find!
