This is an amazing condo, perfect for a Hawaiian vacation!! It is magical waking up and drinking coffee on the patio over looking the ocean, and all the surfers out with the sunrise. It is a great location as well, fairly central, easy to get to wherever you want to go on the island.
Patty the owner is great, she is super responsive, checked in to make sure everything was going well.
I have already sent this to a few of my friends who are looking at going to Maui this year, so I obviously HIGHLY recommend this property.

We had the most amazing week on Maui while staying at this cutie condo! Everything was clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, extra beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogey board, coolers, ice packs all provided. Excellent view of the ocean from the lanai and the perfect place to people watch at the park below. The "Maui Revealed" (8th edition) book in the condo was SO helpful and made our trip (especially Road to Hana) even more incredible- highly recommend reading through that as you are planning your days! Easy walk to Foodland, many shops and coffee/restaurants. Definitely check out Maui Gardens right behind the condo...so many delicious food trucks (Sweet Hula = best acai/smoothies!). We encountered a lot of homeless people in the area/across the street at the park, but still felt safe to walk around and definitely safe up on the fifth floor. Best view of all the properties we've stayed in Maui. Can't beat sitting on the lanai looking out at the ocean watching the world go by. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. A short walk to Charlie Young Beach and Kam I where you can snorkel with turtles. Great restaurants and food trucks nearby. Must try Green cafe if you like coffee! Highly recommend this property.

For those with a family, looking to enjoy Maui without staying at a hotel, look no further! We had an absolute blast of a time! It is located in a great beach town. The public beaches are beautiful, perfect wave break with surf schools directly out front for those looking to learn to surf, close by great beach restaurants with music at night, and easy Lyft to cafe olei at the millhouse, east drive to the north side for hikes and waterfalls. Great clean pool in the complex for when the little kids want to jump in for hour to tire themselves out! Not to mention the garden food trucks directly behind island surf. The condo truly has a great view of the sunset and the beach/park right out front. Already booked our week next year!

Wonderful location (but noisy at times because you’re on the main road) but walking distance to lots of places with an amazing view of the ocean. Comes with everything you could possibly need. Only recommend bringing an eye mask for the queen bedroom (could use blackout curtains). But loved every minute of staying here and would stay again!

It was my families first trip to Maui and the condo was wonderful. It was clean, stocked with all kinds of items and the location was great. I loved having the stores and deli on the bottom floor. A few morning were a little noisy, but the view of the ocean made up for it. Would definitely come back!

Great unit for 2 couples or small family, centrally located in South Kihei for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. Always a parking spot available in the lot and building has elevators! Lots to see from the lanai - surfers, volleyball, ocean views. Unit has all the essentials provided and we hardly had to use the AC as there was a pleasant breeze through the unit much of the time. The place is great! Good location, clean and bright with everything we needed for an extended stay. We treated her home like it was our home and had a great time. Patty had everything to make it feel like home. Patty is a very attentive property manager she was accessible and proactive in ensuring everything we needed was available.. Patty’s apt is lovely and the air conditioning is great. There were thoughtful setting up soap/ tea/ coffee. Please note the complex itself is in a strip mall on a main road, though access is from the side road.

I stayed at this property for my honeymoon and it was fantastic. Patty was very communicative, easy to reach, and quick to respond when there was a minor issue after check in. She was able to get it taken care of the following day without any issues.
The condo itself is very nice, the double lanai provided excellent views in the morning and sunset. The beach across the street was great for surfing in the mornings with the surf shop right next door. There were plenty of places for food/drinks within walking distance, and even more within a short car ride away.
I would love to go back and stay here again.

Fantastic OCEAN FRONT view; perfect/convenient location; clean and exceptionally stocked condo; fantastic overall value for prime Kihei rental.
Our family spent 6 nights in Patty's condo and it was fantastic. Clear communication from the minute I booked throughout the stay. We have 2 adult children and I was happy to find this 2bdrm unit each w/large beds and a sofa sleeper, instead of the 2nd bdrm having 2 twin beds. The master king bed is very comfortable; my 6'2" son thought the bed in the 2nd bdrm was also very comfortable. My adult daughter thought the sofa sleeper was fine; nothing special, but she slept just fine.
I appreciated how generously stocked the unit was. Plenty of linens, extra pillows, etc., not to mention, she had paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel/hand soap, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, spices/other kitchen staples which gave us time to first get unpacked/situated. Was also so nice to have the cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels as well as some beach toys (if you have little ones which we didn't use) ~ again, consider the convenience of value of all of this! Parking was easy in the back. Didn't have an issues there. Thank goodness for the A/C, as it does get warm! We kept the shades closed in the afternoon, but ooohhhh, the sunsets from that lanai!! We were extremely busy the entire week and honestly, I just wish we would've had more time to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the lanai!
The building itself seems a little older, but Patty's condo is updated and is very comfortable. Convenient elevator to the 5th floor! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to book Patty's condo if you're in limbo. I'm very so very glad we did.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our small group trip of 2 couples. Centrally located in Kihei next to some of our favorite restaurants and shops. Also a just short 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Charley Young Beach, where we were daily treated to turtles regularly swimming past us in the water. The views from the lanai are spectacular and we got to enjoy several fantastic sunsets along with a newly regular illuminated bike parade that starts across the street at Kalama Park. While we were there some exterior construction was being done on the property but Patty gave us plenty of notice about what was going on and it did not affect our stay at all. The condo itself is impressively stocked with beach chairs, coolers, dishwater, utensils, towels, extra blankets…pretty much anything you need. Only suggestion I could make is better curtains in the guest room. I am not by nature an early riser and that room brightens up pretty early. Initially was concerned that perhaps being on the road would lead to a lot of noise but honestly, outside of a couple emergency vehicles with sirens once or twice we never heard anything from inside. Highly impressed with this condo and will definitely look to rebook next time we go to Maui.

Our $ was refunded in full by owner, however we found ourselves at a restaurant having to look for accommodations with our suitcases in our car at the last minute. Luckily we did but not in Kihei...in Lahaina. (September 2022) BEWARE

Even though it is an older building it is clean and well maintained. The unit was just as advertised in the pictures. My only complaint is the mattress in the murphy bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable. But hey who goes to Hawaii to stay in bed. Conveniently located next to a surf shop and Kihei Kitchen. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The place was great to stay at! You’re nearby restaurants and botiques, and you’re across from a beach (that’s not safe to swim in). The place had enough room for my family to eat and sleep in. There was a mishap with the padlock door’s battery but the owner was able to get to us via email ASAP. Be aware that there is no front desk so you just self- check in.

We had a wonderful vacation and Patty’s condo was perfect! Everything was very clean, up to date, and well maintained- Very comfortable beds too! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. Check-in was easy with clear instructions for every detail and Patty is very easy to reach for any questions. The ocean views off of the lanais are amazing - We enjoyed watching our son surf from the lanai as well as the beautiful evening sunsets. There is some road noise during the day, but it never bothered us at night and being able to walk from the condo to so many great restaurants, fun bars and shopping (Thank you Patty for the great recommendations!) overshadowed any road noise during the day. Patty is a wonderful host and we highly recommend her condo if you are staying in Kihei! Mahalo

Very clean condo in an ideal location if you like a short walk to all services. The host is excellent. Amazing views. Only thing is the street is a bit noisy but we loved the location. New smooth large patio doors absorbs most the street noise. Perfect breeze inside the condo. No need for AC most days. Strongly recommended!

The property was excellent. Was clean and comfortable for two adult couples. The lanai has an amazing view of the ocean; definitely great for sunsets and people watching. Had everything we would need for hot/cold cooking, the beach (chairs, coolers, umbrella). Location is definitely one of the best parts; walking distance to several restaurants, grocery store…and yes, a Starbucks. Great path for a morning walk/run super easy access to the Pilani Highway. This condo is our absolute favorite in Maui. The huge lanai gives you the most amazing view of the sunset and is just perfect for sitting at, having a cocktail, and watching all the people go by. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. All switches were labeled which made use of the condo straight forward. The view from the condo of the sunset was spectacular. Location in Maui was central - easy drive to all the day trips we wished to do. The description matched the place perfectly, which is super appreciated. I stayed with my wife and dad and we always had something to do close by and easily grab food. Really easy to get to much of the island for activities and hikes. The road out front is louder during the day, but by the time we got back to the property and settled in for the night it quieted way way down and I personally couldn't hear it at night. Great location in Kihei. Plenty of good casual food within walking distance, also a Starbucks and a supermarket, yay. View is fantastic, even a little better than the pictures in the listing, the lanai is really nice/large/wide. Unit is well kept-up had plenty of room for the three of us, and had every amenity of a real home, include some kitchen staples in the cupboard. The lanai is right above a busy road, so don't expect to enjoy ocean sounds while enjoying the view. Really a great place, exceeded high expectations.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for the South Shore. Direct view of the ocean and the park across the street. There is not a better view in the area. Running the a/c at night kept us very comfortable. Communication with Patty was great.

We had just had a terrible VRBO rental in Ca and we’re worried about this one but we had no reason to worry . This condo was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and same with the bathrooms . The view was beautiful!!! The location was convenient to the beach and park and stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Kihei again.

I’ll get straight to it- The condo is over the top clean and has just about everything you’ll need for your trip. The beds were very comfortable and we felt very safe in the condo. The place looks EXACTLY like the pictures on VRBO. Great location and Patty, the owner, was very nice and responsive. My mom and I have already said that we’re staying there again when we go back. Stop searching for other properties and just book this condo! You will not be disappointed.

I have been to Maui every year for the last 30years, but have never stayed in Kihei. This trip brought me here for work in Kihei and I have to say, the location was amazing! Walk to everything you could want or need. Would definitely come back and stay here.
