The house was very clean and well stocked. We had a short stay at the house but enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs, and some sand toys. We took the short walk to the beach a few times when only going on a walk but with our kids and all the beach gear we opted to drive and park. Food and shops were very close. Hanalei Bay is beautiful and the house is in a great location.

The property and amenities exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning was a nice touch. We hope to be back and would definitely rent this house again. Beautiful home perfect for our family of 5.

The property was everything advertised. Great proximity to Hanalei Bay, clean, remodeled and nice layout for two couples. We would have appreciated proactive communication via text or phone as emails from the property manager may have been intercepted by our fire wall as spam and we had to dig to find a phone number to reach out in order to confirm check-in details. Other than that, it was great.

Our rental was perfect for our family of four. The place is situated for easily walking to the beach and town and is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie/surf boards. The place is clean and well appointed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

This is a wonderful home base in Kauai and anyone would be incredibly lucky to stay here. The property is lovely, perfectly situated, and professionally managed. Small issues were resolved promptly and professionally and communication was wonderful and very helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Everything about this home was just perfect for us: the location, the layout, the amenities, and the style--it was a little slice of paradise, and we didn't want to leave!
Loved the quick walk to the beach and riding bikes into town. Directions were easy, check-in was simple, great communication-- would highly recommend!

House was perfectly as advertised. Open and airy interior, well stocked for cooking and beach gear, and comfortable beds. Walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and the beach is simply beautiful beach on Hanalei Bay. Downsides were that it was a bit of a busy street to cross to get to the beach, and we didn't want to brave the walk to town on the highway with small kids. Some nighttime noisy neighbors and barking dogs. Otherwise, a great stay!

We loved our stay in this home! It is adorable, clean and has everything you need for beach days and cooking meals. The location is perfectly situated close enough to bike into town but tucked away enough to relax. Cannot wait to come back!

Awesome property in an incredible place. Short walk to the beach, short bike into town for food or shopping, quiet residential location with excellent amenities. We definitely appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie and surf boards, bikes, cart for hauling...it was a great set up for success. We enjoyed the gorgeous mountain views and found the interior comfortable and cozy for our group of four.

This property was perfect for our family - truly walking distance from the beach with great beach amenities (wagon, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, boards, outdoor shower, etc). Beautiful view of the mountains just beyond the town. As written in the description, the house is newly remodeled and very comfortable, every appliance and plumbing works great and is in good condition.
Similar to other posts, I would agree the statement that there is AC in every room is a stretch: there were swamp coolers, and in the middle of a hot summer day they didn't do much. But overnight between them, the fans, and "tradewinds" breezes, it was easy to cool off.
I recommend and would stay again!

So much to love about Hanalei and this house. Lauren was responsive and helpful with all of our questions in advance, and the location and property were perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and came with everything we could need for our stay (bikes! Boogie boards! Beach chairs!). We will definitely return!
